The city center, as well as the university, can be reached in 10 minutes by bike or car and the train station in 15 minutes. A bus stop is 2 minutes on foot and the nearest shops are only 500 meters away. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a microwave and dishwasher.

Quiet and cozy apartment (about 32 m²) in a two-family house (1st floor) in the Eversten district (15 min. by bike to the city center). It offers space for a maximum of 4 people, but is not suitable for infants. A fold-out staircase in the bedroom leads to a 2nd bedroom (1.5 m max. ceiling height) and the chaise longue in the living-dining room offers another sleeping place.
