Charming street house in central Malmö. Two rooms with two beds in each room, associated kitchen, two bathrooms. The guest house is surrounded by a lovely garden where you can enjoy birdsong with your morning coffee. There is access to WiFi, laundry room and proximity to most things you may need. Within walking distance, there is Möllan's marketplace for fruits and vegetables, a number of grocery stores as well as restaurants, parks, playgrounds and buses and trains. Welcome to vacation in Skåne! Lund is well located with proximity to many places to visit; museums, parks, nature reserves, restaurants, beaches (the closest about 10 km) and much more. In an extension (construction year 2015) in my villa in central Lund, I rent out a light and beautiful 2nd ground floor with separate entrance and patio door facing a lovely garden. Välkommen till vårt fridfulla gästhus i Nordanå, döpt efter vårt pampiga åttio år gamla kinesiska sekvojaträd. På landet men nära staden. Tio km till centrala Malmö och två km till närmaste köpcenter med stor mataffär, många affärer, shopping och snabbmatsrestauranger. Busshållplats till Malmö ligger tio minuters promenad bort och bussresan till centrala Malmö tar ca 15 minuter. Lommas fina strand ligger 13 km bort och nås med bil på under 15 minuter.
