Large garden, high and undisturbed located. 2 miles to the nearest village with shop, 3 km to the fishing lake where a canoe is available, 10 km to the lake with swimming area. Perfect for large family who wants to have their own place with large areas to hang out in a rural setting. The standard is simple and the house is in the 80's working condition.

Cosy cabin with fantastic view

Cosy cabin with a great view. 200 meters to the nearest beach and 800 meters to a big public beach. Sun from 8 am to 10 pm in the summer. Large terrace on three levels. Kitchen holds a modern standard. Main cabin holds to bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with a single bed), living room, dining area (with a kitchen sofa that can be made in to a double bed) and kitchen. Second cabin is the bathroom and third cabin is a bedroom. Note: The third cabin is without electricity.

Grimstad: Idyllic summer cabin, animals are allowed

Cozy cabin at Landvikvannet with access to the archipelago via the famous Reddal Canal. Very good sun conditions, early morning to late evening. Very child-friendly space with a large terrace and large green areas around the cabin. Car road all the way up to the door. Inlaid water from well (drinking water from own cans). Animals are allowed. The cabin has an outhouse. Distances: 2 km to Kiwi and Coop, 5 km to Grimstad city centre, 25 min drive to Kristiansand Zoo.
