Great stay! The place was comfortable and is located in a quiet neighborhood . The host was friendly and responsive. Very flexible in terms of times for check in times which is usually hard to find. It’s perfect for a long stay. Would recommend!

For the price it was a great value. I arrived around 11pm and the receptionist was beyond nice. He walked me over to a 24hr restaurant and walked me back. The room was large and clean. My initial room had some mosquitos bc a window was left open and they immediately put me in a new room. They gave me plenty of free water bottles. I would recommend this place. The location was good for what I needed in terms of the meetings I had. Traveling around was relatively easy with ride share apps.

Firehiwot was a lovely host, very responsive and helpful. The apartment is spacious, lots of natural light, well furnished, in a large new building right in bole brass. It is on the back side of the building so you don’t get any noise from the main road. Plenty of restaurants around.

Koki was a great receptionist and help. Derejes accommodated and was very flexible with me and my family by letting us check in earlier as our flight was landing 9am. Derejes responses were quick as I messaged the night before booking asking for this accommodation. The restaurant downstairs was also very good and authentic italian food also allowing us to order up to our room as well!. The room was very modern and clean and had everything we needed such as an oven, stove, fridge and washing machine. They also let us pick between two rooms with two different views ( we chose the one with the free soccer game! ). The room was the exact same as the photos and in an excellent location. overall loved the experience and the space felt like home with multiple bedrooms for a great price❤️ and I am even booking again for my last week in ethiopia! Thank you Dereje and koki for our wonderful stay!

We had an incredible 3 week stay at Nebila's place and hope to return again soon! Nebila was a wonderful host - always very kind and friendly, and very responsive and helpful on the rare occasion that we had questions. The home was even more beautiful and comfortable than the pictures depict. It was the perfect space for my colleague and I to use as homebase during our stay in the Lebu area. The location was also perfect for our needs. The apartment compound was lovely and peaceful, and everything we could possibly need was in short walking distance. We would wholeheartedly recommend Nebila and her home!

Just spent a week at this lovely apartment. It's clean, spacious, light and nicely decorated - a really pleasant environment. Both bedrooms are large and have en suite bathrooms (including one with a bath tub), so there's lots of space. There is a working elevator (helpful with luggage!). The location is amazing - super close walkable distance to lots of restaurants, cafes, supermarket, and other shops. Koba cafe on the groundfloor of the building is open breakfast, lunch and dinner, so a nice macchiato is always close at hand. Nebiyu was a great host. When we had a minor issue, he was very responsive and persistent in resolving it. I would very happily stay in this apartment again in future - it's a great find in Bole.

I recently stayed at Adane's apartment in Addis Ababa and was thoroughly impressed. The location is excellent, conveniently situated and easy to get around. The cleanliness of the mattress and sheets met international hospitality standards, ensuring a comfortable stay. The owner was very responsive, providing quick answers to any inquiries, which added to the overall ease of my visit. The building's entry is secure, and the apartment itself is luminous with plenty of natural light. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the city.

I had an amazing stay at Netsanet’s beautiful apartment. The space is not only stylish and comfortable but also offers a fantastic view that made my mornings and evenings extra special. The location is unbeatable. you are surrounded by everything you could possibly need, from restaurants and coffee shops to supermarkets and shopping malls, all just a short walk away. Netsanet was an outstanding host. She is proactive, kind, and always quick to respond to any questions I had. Her hospitality truly made my experience stress free and enjoyable. I highly recommend staying here if you are visiting the area. I am already looking forward to coming back again. Thank you so much, Netsanet, for everything!

I stayed here for three months, room were organised and stuff were very kind.You can take a hot shower.This place was amazing!

I had a wonderful 2 weeks stay at Eaba’s place it was like a home away from home very peaceful and easy to walk to the shops at Djibouti street. Eaba responded extremely very well especially when I had some issue with the wifi …Eaba bought a brand new portable wifi device and gave it to me as a back up just in case so I could have a pleasant internet experience. I had a lot of clean clothes so I never used the beautiful washing machine in the bathroom. Also the security guard Gobaze was always around and very willing to help out. Gobaze and Eaba were instrumental towards my getting a taxi to the airport at 5am for my early 9am fight. I will surely stay here on my next trip to Addis Ababa and I recommend Eaba’s place for anyone coming to Addis.

This was a busy Ethiopian location with an awful lot going on outside, lots of street vendors and street food, geared entirely towards local Ethiopians. It’s not a luxury experience, but it was perfectly confortable and, if you’re not too bothered that you’re not in the Hilton, it was fun to be there. They were extremely helpful with the fact that we arrived several hours early due to our 4am arrival at the airport, and sent us a car to pick us up

Dereje’s place is one of the best places in Addis Ababa . Me and my kids had a blast . The place is everything we needed. All the information given was accurate. Communication was very simple as Dereje is very responsive. Kibebew who helped us to check in was very kind. He made our stay pleasant. I can’t recommend this place enough .

First I want to thanks my Host. She is very cooperative. Very easy check-in process. And Property is as same as picture. It's very New property. Clean bedroom, Kitchen, Bathroom as per picture. WiFi is Good with solar electricity and hot water available 24X7. I stay there more than 10 days in same location. Thank you. If I will come again then definitely stay in same property. Thank you once again.

Very clean and spacious place. All appliances worked and fantastic location with everything needed within walking distance. A special thanks to the driver provided for being very professional, helpful, friendly and knowledgeable.

The apartment has 24 h security guard at enter the building. Master bedroom is very large and 2 extra bedroom with enough space and one small bedroom in the washroom. The host offer free LUX soap and large bottle ( around 30 L) drinking water and offer us early checking in around 7AM .that's good for flight transfer and early departure or arrive. 200 meters walking for local banking and around 1KM where it has hyper supermarket. Several restaurant/bar/coffee within 300 meter walking walking distance from airport around 15-20 minutes. Recommend and thank you

The apartment is spacious and has a beautiful view. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is a gym and a massage center in the same building. Access to the steam room is free for apartment owners. I thank Bitanya, who is in contact with you for anything you need. I will visit again.
