En nybyggd stuga med plats för många, i lugnt område med 3 km från Luleå centrum. Huset är barnvänligt och rymmer större sällskap kortare perioder och mindre sällskap längre perioder. Värmereglage på väggen med golvvärme i alla rum. God ventilation! Uteplats, tillgång till gård och friluftsområden. Närhet till affär och kiosk. säg till så guidar vi eller tipsar om platser! Ormbergets friluftsområde finns 10 minuters promenad från boendet likaså Skurholmsberget. lugnt, tyst med fin utsikt!

Det rustika "Härbret" med sovloft bjuder på en mysig vistelse med känsla av att vara nära naturen. Köksdelen har kyl, kaffebryggare och kokplattor. "Kaminrummet" med många fönster har en egen vedeldad kamin som som både värmer och skapar en alldeles egen atmosfär. En toalett (vattenlös sk. Separett) finns i anslutning till Kaminrummet. The main cottage is suitable for 2 adults and two smaller children who can share a sofa bed . In the yard there are 2 smaller guesthouses with 2 beds in each. Plenty of parkingspace (14 min by car to Luleå center, 13 min to Kallax Airport). There is a trampoline for the "children" , travelbed and childchair for the smallest Wonderful view. Smaller boat is included in the price. There is a possibility to rent 2 snowmo. All cottages are heated in wintertime. Municipal water Wifi 4G

WC, shower (sauna not for use) fridge/freezer, AC, near the nature. You sleep in a sofa bed for 2 persons in the livingroom. Not a real kitchen but you can make some food in a microwave oven (I can get you a 2 plate stove to use outside on the porch), coffee brewer, waterboiler. Good restaurant/pub 100 m, Lule river with beaches 200 m, Shopping area 2,7 km, Bus stop 1.9 km, Airport 8 km, Luleå city 7 km. Förtjusande gästhus vid havet

Slappna av och mys i detta lugna och välplanerade boende vid havet. Gästhuset är en separat byggnad på ägarens tomt med självhushåll. Här bor du mitt i naturen samtidigt som du når Piteå centrum på 18 minuter med bil. Till E4:an har du endast 4 km och ca 25 minuter till Luleå. Bil rekommenderas. Här kan du ta skogspromenader, göra upp eld vid grillplatsen, plocka bär, åka skidor och skridskor under vinterhalvåret. Här ser man också norrsken ganska ofta! En idyll året runt!

Charming house with terass, near the nature, sea

A cozy house for 2 people in a quet and still place in Norrbotten and located 20 minutes from the city of Luleå with car. Excellent location if you like to spend your time near the nature. In the winter you can experinece the ice on the sea, walk, ski, kick or go with a scooter. In the summer time you can visit small beaches or walk in the wood and when its season you can find berries. This house has its own entrance and the kitchen has a fireplase.
