Holiday rentals with a patio in Oriole Beach

Our stay was amazing, the location of the condo is perfect. We had the choice of a private beach on the bay side, or simply walk across the road to the ocean side. The condo was clean and inviting, beds were comfortable, view from balcony was amazing. We made new friends around the campfire, and cooked fish we caught on the out door grills. We drove as little as possible we used the trolley (it’s free) and gopher carts for transportation. Food at all the restaurants was exceptional, I highly recommend Peg Leg’s. Get the nachos at Flounders. This vacation was 10 out of 10!

This was a wonderful place to spend our spring break! Everything was clean, the decor beautiful, and the beds so comfy. I loved how quiet the neighbors were, and the location was perfect for heading to the beach or into Pensacola to visit colleges with our teen. No problems, great communication. Would 100% stay here again!

Our stay at Kathy Bell’s condo in Sans Souci Room 308 was absolutely amazing—truly better than we expected. The room was clean, comfortable, and offered a breathtaking view right on the beach. Waking up to the sound of the waves and enjoying coffee on the balcony was a highlight of our trip. Kathy was a great host and made everything seamless from start to finish. It was genuinely hard to pack up and leave when our vacation ended. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

Me, my wife, and my huskey had a great time celebrating our wedding anniversary. They had an area where my huskey cam run around and they have a walkable dog park nearby. I definitely recommend anybody with a dog traveling to come to this gem of a place.

We had a wonderful stay at Marcella's apartment. The location is great and the apartment is really, really well-outfitted. She's done great work putting together an inviting, cozy and relaxing space that was perfect for our stay. The appointments are phenomenal and the overall vibe of the apartment was very conducive to a warm, welcoming space to come back to each day. We were very impressed and would come back without a doubt. We're going to be sure to tell friends and family staying in Pensacola about the property and are so grateful for such a perfect space for our visit. Thanks Marcella!!

We booked this for a date night getaway and it delivered. The design of the house with the large windows was picturesque. The home is a great design with tall ceilings and natural light. It is what you look for in a stay away from your own home that is more of an experience.

We stayed January and February 2025. Our first time in that area of Florida. Our host, Jeremiah was very accommodating and stayed on top of things as we had extremely unusual winter weather for that area (record breaking 8" snow and below freezing temps). Jeremiah was very prompt in responding to any questions or concerns. He offered suggestions of good eating places and attractions. I loved to be able to take my dog on long walks in the area. There are a lot of subdivisions that have wide streets and are safe areas to walk. The home was well represented by the listing pictures and descriptions. I definitely recommend this listing and host to anyone interested in staying in this area of the FL panhandle.

Great place to spend family time and experience a great beach time. House was greatly taken care of and was almost exactly as described in the description. Only things I could mention was gate isn’t fully fenced in, so if animals are brought something to remember. Truly amazing and well kept home, would come back any time.

This place was amazing for my trip with my best friends and kids .. they had all the amenities we needed for our 1 year old baby we had . It was amazing clean, everything was perfect . We def would recommend it .

Tammy was an incredibly thoughtful and attentive host. The amount of time and thought she put into every detail of the property was truly impressive. Everything was beautifully designed and thoughtfully arranged, making our stay both comfortable and memorable. The property itself was stunning—peaceful, well-maintained, and full of charm. This is our second time staying at Robert's place. We love this area and Robert is great to work with. He is quick to respond and always willing to get what you need.

Nice clean spot in a great location!

The condo was the best we have stayed in. The furniture upgrades both inside and out were a nice unexpected surprise as they weren’t shown in the booking photos. The bed might be the most comfortable ever made! My only complaint, and it’s not really a complaint, is the beach service is a little confusing. You do get chairs and umbrella included but to insure a front row you need to be on the beach early and talking with the guy putting out the chairs about securing some, it’s first come first serve on ones that aren’t reserved. You can also pay $15.00 extra a day to reserve a set. The beach service guy was awesome and took great care of us all week. Highly recommended! Oh, and the pool was not heated and in first of May was a little cool but certainly is of no fault of the owner.

Perfect place to stay for a beach getaway. Shopping, places to eat and the beach all within walking distance. What more do you need? We will definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful short visit to Perdido Key and the Purple Parrot. I love that pool! Our unit was spotlessly clean and fresh and very comfortable. We slept so good. We loved how close it was to one of our favorite restaurants, The Fisherman’s Corner. But, being so close to Johnson’s Beach is the cherry on top! Thank y’all so much and we will be back soon.

Great location and close to everything we needed. Awesome little private beach on the sound side, perfect for our little kids. Place was very clean, comfortable secure. We are already discussing a return visit!

The home was beautiful, located just steps from the water, and had everything we needed for a week at the beach! Marci was very responsive, kind, and accommodating! I hope our next vacation dates are available to stay again!!

I booked this listing as a fairly last-minute trip. I wanted a good value, great location, and a good cancellation policy, which is hard to find, but even more so at the last minute. I couldn't be happier with our experience. The space was a little bit cozier than I am accustomed to, but no one in my family minded in the slightest. The unit was clean, well-stocked, and convenient to both the sound and the Gulf. The master bed was super comfy. There were red flag conditions almost every day, so being able to go out back and swim in the sound was really convenient. The owners were troubleshooting an issue while I was there, and were absolutely the nicest people. Right next door is a kayak/beach chair/etc. rental place, and just to the west is Fort Pickens (which was amazing). We got to see the Blue Angels flying every day. Just down the street is Peg Leg Pete's, which was the best meal we ate. Great price, great owners, great location.

We loved staying here! The place is very clean and had everything we needed. She even had a crockpot and instant pot! Something to note when buying groceries cause I would have planned around that had I known! The view of the beach was amazing. There was even a hand pump for the floaties we got for the kids to use at the pool so that made it easy on us! Would definitely stay here again!
