Emma's place was perfect for our needs. There was plenty of room for all of us - including our 2 big dogs! The decor is lovely, just like the pictures, but free from clutter, which I appreciated. The kitchen had every item we needed to make our meals. The sauna and cold soak tub were a very appreciated bonus! The neighborhood is very peaceful, and felt safe for walking our dogs. Most importantly was how kind, gracious, and communicative Emma was. She allowed us to check in early, which helped us immensely, and answered any questions we had quickly. I would definitely recommend this rental to others.

We loved our time in this relaxing, comfortable and sweet home. The view was amazing and the neighborhood was quiet, a perfect place to unwind. The bed was comfortable and the listing was accurate. Hosts were responsive and their recommendations were spot on. We’d definitely stay here again!

What a great spot! Nestled in the woods in a peaceful and quiet setting this place is truly one-of-a-kind. The house is very unique with lots of character that sets it apart from the usual stays. It was clean and had all we needed. Our host Gramma Rikki was exceptionally warm and welcoming. Unfortunately, the weather did not cooperate, and we could not take advantage of all the outdoor spaces and amenities. We played pool, sat by the cozy fire and did some island exploring by car. All in all it was a very enjoyable and relaxing getaway despite the crummy weather. We hope to return one day and experience everything this wonderful place has to offer.

We were a group of three couples with two kids between us, and the house was perfect for us (air hockey was a hit, as were the spectacular views). When the door code didn’t work on our way in, the agents helped us right away — very responsive.

We had a great time at Anna's house and immediately felt right at home. It had everything we needed. It felt perfectly secluded and private in spite of the neighborhood being relatively dense. The view of the lake was beautiful. We appreciated the house's proximity to Bellingham and the area's sprawling mountain bike trails. Grateful for our time there!

I needed a last minute extended stay on Camano island and was thrilled with Michael's place. It was very comfortable and has many of the amenities of home. We didn't get to enjoy the outdoors much since it's the rainy season but still were treated to a few nice sunsets. The back yard would be fabulous in the summer time. We loved sitting by the fire in the sunroom. Michael was easy to work with on short notice and we would absolutely stay there again.

We’ve stayed at Sunny’s house twice and both times have been great! Beautiful views, and great neighborhood. Always very clean and comfortable.

This was our first Airbnb experience & we loved it! The house was absolutely perfect! The owner provided everything we could have needed. The home was spacious & comfortable. And having a private pool really topped off our visit! The pool was heated to perfection & our 5 yr old officially learned to swim while there! Which was super exciting! The bedding was clean & super comfy. She provided plenty of towels, for both showers & swimming. The fireplace was amazing for after those chilling evening swims. The owner was also very responsive, helpful, & kind! We would most definitely stay here again! Thank you Destiny!

We had a lovely, peaceful stay. It was less than a 5 minute drive to some overlooks for beautiful sunsets. The tree net was fun and unique. It was strikingly quiet! The bathhouse worked just fine, close to the cabin and clean. The shower was nice and stocked with toiletries. The cabin was a perfect place to stay while exploring San Juan Island. Close to Lime Kiln by car. It was our first time visiting and we enjoyed cozying up in the cabin after a day of hiking or exploring. The French press and coffee were a major plus! We were charmed by the island and by the cabin. I frankly loved having no cell service (true for most of SJI for me—tip to Verizon users!), it was a forced disconnect. I downloaded the Google map in advance so I could use it offline, which was helpful in navigating. Raeleen was proactive with instructions and texted to check in after our first night. Thank you so much and we hope to visit again someday! Highly recommend if you want to go off the grid and recharge!

The location and outdoor surroundings are superb; so beautiful, private, and peaceful! The place is a little dated and could use some updates, but overall, this was a lovely stay for our group of 6. The hosts communicated very well; everything was clear and organized. Thank you!

Beautiful home with lots of natural light, views of big evergreen and Madrona trees, nice deck and hot tub on lower level patio. The kitchen was well equipped and comfortable to cook in.

Our stay at the Captain's Quarters was amazing! The home itself was very clean, cozy, and full of lots of amenities to make it feel more like home. The view from the deck is unbeatable and the town of Deer Harbor is so peaceful. Alainah was super responsive and even let us know how the icy road conditions were before we got there in the winter.

Gorgeous location, views are unbeatable. Such a lovely space, every member of the family read in the window seat at some point. Making breakfast and watching for the native otters to come play was a daily treat. The deck is massive and such a lovely vantage point of the harbor. So many critters to watch. Absolutely loved this home. We had 2 kids under 7 and they felt right at home with the stuffy toys and kids room with 2 single beds+. The house is about 5 min from the ferry and about 20-25 min from Eastsound - beautiful drive with lots of farm stands along the way.

Philip’s home on Orcas is a magical place. From the top-tier furniture and finishings to the stunning location with a literal removable wall to experience nature, we had a perfect stay. Philip was flexible with check-in and check-out and even left us some treats. As someone who is 6’6” tall (2m) I absolutely loved the large sofas, tall ceilings, and extra-large soaking tub. We hope to return again soon!

Our stay at Bettina's was great! We traveled with our pup and toddler. The house was very private and offered plenty of outdoor space for our dog to explore safely. We also really appreciated that there weren't a lot of trinkets around the house for our toddler to mess with. The high chair and crib that were provided were an added bonus! Overall, our stay was peaceful, private, clean, and offered beautiful ocean views!

This may be our favorite bnb we've stayed at on the islands and will probably be an annual thing. Such a perfect location and so quiet! Parking at the home is great, kitchen is fully loaded, living room is incredibly cozy, and all the seating from kitchen, to front window, to couch was perfect. We've stayed in places that were cool and fun locations, but there is rarely places to really cozy up and enjoy your stay in. The home was truly inspiring for someone who wants to build a tiny cabin one day. I wouldn't change a thing, cannot wait to get back!

Nick's place is within a convenient drive to the Dungeness Recreation Area, Lake Crescent, and downtown Port Angeles. The surronding is quiet and peaceful. Unobstructed view of the ocean from the living room, kitchen and large porch/deck - where we spent most of our time during our stay. Floor plan is spacious and comfortable for 8 of us. We had a great stay. Thank you, Nick!

We really enjoyed David’s house, which was clean, uncluttered, comfortable and beautiful, with beautiful views. David was very responsive with messages, and helpful with information about what might be happening in the area, and gave great suggestions for restaurants. Our vacation was even better than we’d planned because of David’s knowledgeable tips.

We found the peace and quiet absolutely magical, as stated in home description. There was a cozy feel to home, and screened in porch was so relaxing. The walk to the beach was perfect, with a total expanse of solitude and lapping ripples of water. As a respite and family get together, we found the house offered all we needed. I am grateful for our stay.

Fantastic space, open and airy, and beautifully appointed. Complete privacy- it feels as though you are in the woods- yet the town is a few blocks away. The hosts were attentive to any questions I had, and were inviting and professional. Highly recommend!

Where do I start, Orcas is our second home and we will be making the trip twice a year no doubt about that, it's beauty and peacefulness is everything one could dream of. Jennifer's place added to that beauty. It sits right off the water and can be seen from the curved road ahead of arriving to the place, it's like a house sitting on a hill. The antique furnishings gives a feeling of an earlier time when the cares of the world were few and the enjoyment of the presence was much. Everything in the home accommodated my family very well. I encourage everyone to stay here and enjoy all of Jennifer's amenities, such as her kayaks and boats, her huge yard, sit out on a blanket with a book or just enjoy the scenery. Light a bomb fire on the fire pit, bit pack a sweater it's chili next to the water. This was everything and we will certainly be back to Jennifer's for another stay. Jennifer's very kind she stopped by to say hi and we gave her a plate of BBQ which she quite enjoyed. Thank you.

We had a perfect one week stay at Chris and Diane's place and could have easily stayed longer! The house is spacious, very comfortable and has incredible views. The kitchen was a pleasure to cook in. The front lawn sits on a bluff right above the water and a beautiful cove that can be reach in a couple of minutes on foot. We loved the location, walking distance to beaches and trails in the park. Chris and Diane are the most gracious hosts. Thank you for an amazing stay.

The house sits up on Buck Mountain offering a beautiful view. The deck area and living quarters have a splendid view of the island and gardens. The deck is above the treetops we enjoyed the flowers of the Madrona tree. The hot tub was relaxing. The living area has spectacular architecture and furnishings. We loved gathering around the fireplace in the living room. The kitchen was well appointed. The large dining room table was a great spot to share meals and drinks. I really loved the master bedroom with a gas fireplace, two walk-in closets and a spacious bathroom. The location was quite convenient to Eastsound. The driveway is very steep with many deer so driving slowly is necessary. We explored the whole island from the central location. The host was very responsive when we had questions or needed supplies. Overall, we all enjoyed our stay.
