We had a fantastic stay! The place was perfect for our group of family and friends, with plenty of space and all the amenities we needed. Even though our check-in was a bit last-minute, the host was incredibly accommodating and made the process smooth. We did have a small issue with one item, but the host handled it with such politeness and consideration that it was resolved quickly. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

I’m so glad I chose Ms. Sheila’s place! From the moment we arrived, we felt at home. The space was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully prepared. Every corner had a calming touch, and it was clear that a lot of care went into making the place welcoming. After a long and tiring day from our event, my family and I were able to fully relax and enjoy some quiet time together. Ms. Sheila was also a great host — responsive, kind, and accommodating. She made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Thank you so much, Ms. Sheila, for providing such a wonderful space for us to rest and reconnect. this place is well located near the mall, and 711 and some restos just across the street. Lance's place is homey, bed and pillows soft and fresh, bathroom and kitchen clean, room is well lighted with free wifi and Netflix

The place is easy to find and with lots of amenities. Our kids enjoyed the pool even during daytime. They also have comfortable rooms with aircon. They have comfort rooms in every floor so you wont worry in going downstairs. The staff also is very approachable. Overall, the place feels like home.

We had an amazing 8-day stay here! The place is incredibly aesthetic, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully arranged. The host was very accommodating, providing clear instructions and making sure everything we needed was well provided—even going above and beyond by offering us free snacks and food for several days, which we truly appreciated. We had a problem with our things on our way home, and the host was extremely patient and helpful, which made all the difference with the effort they put with us. We are beyond grateful. The location is also great—just near a basketball court for my husband to play, and perfect for work too, thanks to the fast internet connection. They even have a laundry area and a washing machine, which made our stay even more convenient. Everything was just so well done, and we couldn’t ask for more. We are consistent in our bookings in CDO, 2 times in a year for 7-8 days, and we’ll definitely be booking here from now on! Thank you so much for the experience.

we had 3-day trip to cagayan for a wedding and we couldnt have booked the perfect place to stay! the unit was nice and clean, parking is no brainer as we can always find a spot whenever we come back to the unit, great lobby and security staff! i would def stay here whenever we’re in cagayan.

Had a great stay! The place is conveniently located near Centrio and Limketkai, which made getting around super easy. The unit was very clean and smelled really nice when I arrived — definitely a plus! I also loved the huge TV, perfect for relaxing at night, and the internet connection was fast and reliable the whole time. Would definitely recommend and stay again!
