The apartment is in a separate building from the main house. The upper level of the annex/garage has is neat and reached by a spiral staircase. At the ground floor there is a bathroom with WC, shower, washing machine and dryer. Dishwasher and a recently built kitchen. Convenient check in with code lock. Towels and sheets included.

Välkommen till vår fantastiska lägenhet nära havet, perfekt för en underbar vistelse med närhet till allt du behöver. Beläget med gångavstånd till Näsetbadet och Smithska udden kan du njuta av sol och bad på några minuter. Göteborg är en 30-45 minuters bussresa bort med busshållplats 2 minuter från boendet. Till boendet ingår stor tomt, bra för krocket eller grillkväll, med uteplats. Det finns kök, tvätt- och diskmaskin. Även bastu finns tillgänglig för extra avkoppling. Välkommen, Simon

Övre Järkholmen

Slappna av i detta unika och lugna boende med utsikt som sträcker sig över hela askimsfjorden ända ut till Tistlarna. Här kan ni sitta och studera naturen, skärgården, höra måsarnas skri till morgonkaffet och gå ner och ta ett morgondopp det första ni gör. Barnen kan röra sig fritt i området då det inte finns någon direkt trafik, istället är det fina naturområden runt knuten. Här finns närheten till Göteborgs centrum(14min), stillheten och fina bad. Nybyggt, ljust gästhus med balkong och uteplats. Nära badplats vid havet (1.9 km), centrum med bil/buss (15-30 min). Busshållplats, 150 m. Sovloft med två sängar och en säng på nedervåningen i separat rum. Helkaklat badrum med dusch och tvättmaskin. Kuddar, täcken, sängkläder och handdukar finns att låna. Parkering för personbil finns på uppfarten, tilläggsavgift för laddning av elbil. I samband med avfärd städar ni huset enligt anvisningar på plats.

Welcome to stay with us in an apartment at the groundfloor of an villa! Very quiet and safe area, you will have access to part of the garden with outside table with 4 chairs if you want to have your breakfast or dinner outside! In the bedroom theres a doublebed 160cm and in the livingroom/kitchen area theres a comfortable bedsofa 140cm width. Short distance to both the sea (3km fiskebäcksbadet and 3km ganlet) and shopping (2km frölunda torg)

Njut av ett fridfullt boende 500 m från hav och klippor. Med gångavstånd till flera badställen i området. Till Göteborgs stad tar du dig enkelt kollektivt och med bil endast 15 minuter. Frölunda köpcentrum ligger 3.5 km från boendet. Boendet har ett fullt utrustat kök exklusiv diskmaskin. Tvättmaskin med kombinerad torktumlare finns. Dubbelsäng på 1.80 samt tillgång till en extra säng. Parkering finns i anslutning till boendet gratis.

Our little guesthouse is cosy and quite, in the end of the "street". It is simple, estetic and easy to like. The veranda gives you possibility to look at the boat passing by to Denmark and Gothenburg. If you like to get inspirated och to take long walks, this is a perfect place for You. We have a couple of restaurants on the island and help You find the best places to bath, walk and eat. Quiet and close to nature.

Attefallshus på 25 kvm, högt beläget på Näset med fantastisk utsikt över Göteborgs södra skärgård. Här bor du med havet som granne och mysig tallskog alldeles utanför dörren. Huset ligger privat beläget i förhållande till boningshuset och för att komma fram går man uppför ett stort antal trappsteg. Från takterrassen har man utsikt över Göteborgs södra skärgård.
