We really enjoyed this place for its decor and location. We felt at home. Well-equipped, neat decor, the bikes are a plus. The sea and the bike path are a stone's throw away. Possibility to buy seafood on foot at the Vivier de la Corniche. For us it was a perfect weekend. We'll be back.

Very nice house, quiet. For 6 people it is ideal. Close to the city center. A small beach easy to access by bike. There are small paths. Great. A parking a little further, very convenient to leave your car because the sector is in the blue zone. A small courtyard surrounded by a low wall with everything to barbecue and spend friendly moments.

Very nice cottage, in a quiet and cozy environment!!! Close to Puy du Fou. The return to calm after the excursions of Puy du Fou, did us the most good. Nice place to relax!!! My advice!!! Thank you Mathilde.

Quiet and very close to a beautiful beach. Comfortable and spacious. Very well equipped, even if you’re planning a dinner party. Linen provided was very clean and good quality. Quite a long walk to the town centre, but it is a pleasant walk.

Great stay! The house is perfect, very well arranged, very bright, very functional with all the electric roller shutters (and even the velux of the bathroom!), the kitchen very well equipped, nice dishes, etc. The living room is very large, for 6 adults + 3 babies we really had space! The rooms are equipped with large closets, the beds are comfortable. We were able to fit our 3 baby beds (including 1 provided) and 2 high chairs without any problems. The jacuzzi of course is a plus, very nice! The enclosed garden is very convenient (we also had 2 dogs). Quiet neighborhood, close to the sea. We only spent 2 nights in this wonderful house but we will return as a family with great pleasure and for longer if we have the opportunity. We recommend this house, whether for a few nights or for long stays to enjoy it even more!!!!

The accommodation was ideally located and very functional. We were very well received by Sandrine, she advised us well for the shops and restaurants nearby. We recommend this rental and do not rule out returning soon.

A very big thank you to Jean Louis and Danièle for their warm welcome and kindness. The accommodation was perfect for our vacation: comfortable, very clean, well-equipped and very well located. (large cities nearby, beaches that accept dogs about 6 km away). A big thank you also for accepting our 5-month-old dog Appy, who took full advantage of the garden. We were able to enjoy the pool, a real joy. We leave with excellent memories and will not hesitate to recommend the accommodation to those around us and I think there will be a next time. This is typically a cottage by the sea, the sea breeze has done its job and that also belongs when you live by the sea. We know that, because we lived like this for 25 years. Once we were set up, it was also really at home. We slept downstairs with the doors open, two courtyards so our dogs also had the space. Which was really a great point, and that is really quite remarkable on this trip after 6 different airbnb's: a really well-equipped kitchen! What a pleasure, everything was there and well sharpened chef's knives! Really extra praise for this. We had beautiful weather and left with completely different weather but took 🌞it in us 💖

If you want a peaceful stay in Les Sables but close to everything, with a breathtaking view without the disturbances usually accompanying them (noises) in a small nest nicely decorated and incredibly relaxing nights thanks to the great comfort of the bedding, then it's "the place to be"! 10 min from all the most rated restaurants and the Grand-Plage by the "smugglers" (€1.10 per trip), 10 min walk from the supermarket or bicycle rental company, and installed on the marina, at the foot of the first restaurants , I highly recommend this rental. I'll come back as soon as I can! 5 stars, that's for sure! 🔝 Thank You 🙏🏻😊

A beautiful apartment developing a very beautiful surface, allowing 7 people to stay without stepping on it. With 3 bathrooms, and a breathtaking terrace, the apartment is perfect for staying on vacation and is clean. The bedding is extremely comfortable.

Great little apartment, very well maintained and nicely decorated. Surroundings are very scenic, with great beach and coastal path. Location is quiet and yet very convenient, with various restaurants, shopping and tourist and sporting offers in the immediate vicinity. Especially for families, the additional offer of the holiday settlement (pool, table tennis, playground, etc) is also a plus.

We had a very good stay at Pierre's. Everything we needed was available on site!

Accommodation 5 min walk to the beach, 3/4 km from the city so quiet. Top location and ideal accommodation for 3/4 people.

Google Maps did not clearly indicate the location of the listing but the caretaker easily guided us to the right place. We were there in May so we had no worries about parking, but I think it can be more complicated in summer. The place is great and the ocean view is amazing, the beach can be reached in two minutes and it's a real pleasure to be able to get there so quickly. There is also a nice little bar on the beach. There is a supermarket within walking distance and otherwise by car we are less than a quarter of an hour from all kinds of shops. The stay was great, I would definitely recommend!

Accommodation as described, very comfortable, beautiful terrace with magnificent views. Very comfortable bedding. Rest assured if that is the goal. We also enjoyed the long walks by the waterfront, the calm and at the same time not far from the amenities. Hélène is very nice, friendly and sets to 4 to satisfy us and David is very responsive. We'll be happy to come back to this beautiful apartment in this beautiful environment. Thank you both. Finally, if you could just add some seafood utensils, that would be a plus...
