Jennifer was highly responsive and very understanding. The location is conveniently close to KDR where I needed to be early in the morning. I will book again!

The place was incredibly homey and impeccably clean, providing the perfect setting for a much-needed escape from the busy city life. The ambiance was just fantastic, creating a serene atmosphere that made us feel right at home. Being surrounded by nature was truly rejuvenating. The fresh air made our morning walks and runs an absolute delight—there's nothing like a breezy start to the day with stunning mountain views! Plus, the location is so convenient, just a few minutes away from the central area and the beautiful bay. Overall, our stay was relaxing and fun. We truly hope to return during the holidays. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a rejuvenating getaway!

My family and I really love our stay for 2d1n in their aesthetic place. Very huge and complete set of things needed in a staycation. Near our chosen activity area at Inflatable Island and Ocean Adventure. Near the public market and dutyfree Puregold. It's just that the flow of water upstairs is so weak, (no private parking , street parking only) and suggestion to have microphone for Karaoke bonding with family. Love the self check-in, fast wifi and cold air-conditioning rooms. Highly recommended place. Lastly, the owners/hosts are very accommodating and active to chat with it. Super thanks Ms. Joy and Ms Kristina!

The place is perfectly relaxing, have accommodating host Ms. Lai and friendly butler kuya Jhomar. A clean place. A well spent vacation with this place, will definitely book again. Thank you!

Ms. Julie’s place is a truly a great deal. The subdivision is just along the hiway and food panda was able to reach the place. The house is a studio type and it is so spacious. The bed is a bit not comfy for two, but the good news is that it has a sofa bed, so we were able to sleep comfortably. Sulit deal.

Lee and Ali have been such amazing hosts!! The place is AMAZING! There is a pool, a nice view of the mountains, Ac, and a jeepney just around the corner to take you into the city. I love how quick the hosts were to respond making this long stay of mine amazing. I would book again!

This is probably the most peaceful and quiet place we've ever booked. People in the area are nice and helpful. The host is quick to respond. The LPG suddenly ran out and it was replaced in a matter of minutes after I messaged Karen. The house was clean and we appreciate the appliances it has such as the hot/cold dispenser and washer. I love that the house has everything that are actually functioning and not just for the photo description.

Host was very responsive and accommodating. We arrived 2 hours earlier but was accommodated just the same. Everything we needed was available in the unit.

I would give them more than 5 stars if I could. This place is perfect for those who love nature views and a peaceful, less crowded atmosphere. Leilani is an exceptional host, truly hands-on, which made our stay unforgettable. The unit itself is incredibly cozy, and we will definitely book here again the next time we visit Subic.

Neriniza’s place is located in a private subdivision. It’s really very quiet and you wouldn’t meet lots of people. Which is good for my mental health. Ms. Neriniza’s mom and brother were very accommodating. I miscalculated biking time of my BF so I had to check out with nowhere to go. Mom and brother gladly invited me into their own home while waiting for my BF and allowed me to leave our bags with them for a while. Sending my thanks to Ms. Neriniza, mom and brother. Really appreciate the help.

Thanks for being flexible with check in time and checkout time. This was out first trip to the Philippines, it wont be our last trip and we will use your place next time :)

Super clean! Very peaceful!! Nice environment!!! More than i expected!!! Worth the visit!!!

I like the place it’s private and the are location is quiet with ample parking. Things I like about the place - two bathrooms and shower. If you have elderly companions they can sleep in a floor mattress in the ground floor and will still have access to the bathroom separated from the second floor one. - One TV with Netflix per floor if you need to watch - 24/7 grocery and cafe walking distance and a 7-11 that accessible 5 minutes by car. - there a pool and restaurant nearby accessible for a fee - there’s a nice highly rated restaurant in the same area that’s walkable (was not able to try through) The unit has cooking utensils, wine glasses, cork screw and even cheese cutter and board. - host provided a water dispenser with water. Things that can be improved but still okay - AC is cool but not as cold as I would have wanted but it’s also because it was really hot during our stay. The room was still cold and you will not sweat unless you are used to really cold AC.

Ate Lina is very welcoming and accommodating as a host. The place is also clean and free from flies. The AC is superb and cools the room very quickly. Velvet and comforters are also provided aside from the usual linen as "kumot." Very nice place, definitely worth your money.

Great and responsive host! Jester has been very helpful, and respond immediately to our requests. I strongly recommend his place to people who needs a homely home away from home. Will come back and stay again when we are in Subic.

Our family had a great experience and we’ll definitely book this place again. The condo is very clean and spacious. We were allowed to do early check-in. Just minor comment on making the room more sound proof as we hear the laughter/ “noise” of people from the other room. But over-all it was a great place!

The unit is clean and spacious enough for four guests to sleep at. Kitchen amenities enable guests to cook a full meal. Parking lot is spacious.

Ian was clear with his instructions upon our booking. He is nice to interact with. His caretaker is also a joy to work with.

The place was spacious; it comfortably fit 6 adults and 1 child with lots of room for play and personal space. The balcony had a beautiful view of the sunset, as well as the greenery, which was very peaceful. Hans is a wonderful host; he responded to our inquiries promptly and ensured that coordination with the club front desk went smoothly for beach club access. We enjoyed the pools, the beach, the restaurants, the gym, the shuttle service, and we enjoyed watching our daughter make friends as she played in the kiddie indoor playground. We enjoyed our trip to Anvaya.

This is our 2nd time here and we still love it. Great host, beautiful surroundings. We will be back.

Leah was easy to coordinate with despite me not being able to attend due to an emergency.

My family and I had a great stay in Dan's home. We were able to do acitivities like walking/running and swiming just seconds away. The unit was well-appointed as advertised. Our host Dan was very responsive so coordinating logistics was so easy. He also assisted us with access to the Beach Club so huge thanks to him. We will definitely look him up next time we need a place in Anvaya!
