The apartment is large and very well located, near the Thermas dos Laranjais water park. Located on the 14th floor, the property is excellent, with two air-conditioning appliances, a pleasant balcony and a spacious bathroom, equipped with a high quality shower. The condominium offers complete infrastructure, with heated pools and a top-notch bar and restaurant service. The environment is very familiar, being ideal for those traveling with young children or teenagers, as it has a recreation team dedicated to children's activities. In addition, in the evening, there are live musical performances on a stage located in the center of the pool, providing a special touch of entertainment and sophistication to the stay.

We're very happy to stay! The place was exactly as the photos and descriptions, the location is perfect - close to the parks and other tourist spots and restaurants. Guilherme was very helpful and clear with the instructions. We would definitely come back :)

Kleber from the first moment of the reservation always answered my questions very quickly, always polite and friendly. The apartment has a visit to the Thermas dos Laranjais and the services in the surroundings are great: the hotel is very close to McDonald's, supermarkets and other restaurants, and just below, next to the hotel lobby is a King Burger. The apartment is identical to the photos, very comfortable. The only bad point of the hotel is that in the very high season (Christmas and New Year week) the pools were very crowded and dirty (but this is not about the accommodation, but with the structure of the hotel). Overall, I highly recommend it. The kids loved it.

I am completely satisfied with the accommodation, they were amazing days with my family. Bruno was very attentive whenever necessary, guided me and responded to me quickly and politely. The resort is great next to the park, not to mention the variety of activities offered, a great pool with hot water where we enjoyed ourselves until late after returning from the park. Very polite and helpful staff, the resort itself was full because the days were high season but nothing hindered our fun and even with high demand requests such as drinks, food and room service were met quickly, always providing a pleasant and comfortable environment. I highly recommend it and we will return more often.

Great location, it is practically inside the orange grove park... hotel great structure, super cozy apartment... there are several shops and restaurants inside the hotel such as BK, great steakhouse, grocery store and several options for children!!!! Tip: you don't need to bring anything if you prefer, because at the reception there is a great Café kiosk with good prices and several options It is worth only bringing drinks to drink inside the apartment, as you cannot take them to the leisure area, but rest assured that there are several options for drinks and super cold drinks to purchase in the pool and leisure area of the hotel!
