Old coffee farm with two houses for use. The red house has 4 bedrooms, 1 en-suite and 1 shared bathroom for the others. It has a kitchen, dining room, living room. Suitable for sleeping and breakfast. The other house is loft style with 1 bedroom and bathroom, plus a century-old coffee machine. With a wonderful view of the sunset. The loft is suitable for leisure. It has a large balcony with a barbecue area, wood stove, pizza oven, 2 tables, kitchen and hammocks.

Beautiful and spacious house for up to 11 people, well lit and airy, for those seeking tranquility, safety and comfort in the interior of SP in one of the best condominiums in the region. ******The back area, where the pool is located, has been fenced off so that guests can rest easy when leaving their pets at ease. Note: we put the fence up recently and don't have the updated photos yet.

We've been to the Resort several times in different homes, but we really like this one. In addition to the cleaning and internal comfort, the outside area is very careful, inviting and delicious. The space offers all the possible comfort, integrating the kitchen, with the outdoor area, which includes a very good barbecue and the swimming pool, as well as an orchard. It's a very good space for all generations - we were there in three of them! I certainly recommend it and will certainly be back!

We were very well received by Mr. Pedro. He showed us the places to visit and helped us get into the club. Always helpful and polite. The house was ready when we arrived and there is no noise or mess nearby. I definitely recommend it for moments of rest and joy. 🥰

Very well organized and clean house. The site is very quiet with several outdoor activities and the exceptional club. The Naiane that intermediated was very attentive, as was Daniela. The house would not have a better name that Daniela chose, Casa de Paz. I highly recommend, my experience was very good.

The house served us well, we like it, it was clean, organized and easy to access. The communication was very quiet, Luciana responded to us quickly and was very attentive. We already knew the place, but we stayed in this house for the first time and we intend to stay other times.
