A lovely stay for our family with 2 kids. Spacious for our needs. Quiet residential neighborhood, but close to main thoroughfares. Probably walkable to places, but we chose to drive everywhere due to our children's short legs. The furniture was comfortable, the place had lots of natural light. Fully equipped kitchen, lovely private deck with grill and string lights. Driveway or street parking, which was ample. Very comfortable with A/C and ceiling fans - A/C worked great, it's a mini split system in the living room and the bedrooms. Available instructions made our stay easy to navigate, from wifi to A/C to washer/dryer and the backyard lighting.

The house is absolutely gorgeous, we’d love to come back again if possible. The balcony is cute, nice place to drink and chill with friends. We got everything we need in the house. And the neighbours are cute. We are so grateful that you responded fast to us when we needed help and it made things so much easier. Thanks again 😆❤️

We really enjoyed our stay! The casita was clean, nicely decorated, and had a great yard for our dog. The home was close to beaches, restaurants, and everything we wanted to do. We appreciated the driveway parking and the fact that Alex was easy to communicate with and allowed us to check in early. The airplane noise is noticeable so I’d recommend headphones/ear plugs to get to sleep. Thanks for a lovely stay!

The space is amazing. So centralized. Everytime I’m in SD I stay here I love it. It’s 10-15 minutes away from everything. So quiet and peaceful with a beautiful neighborhood the entire area is stunning . The rental is full and free with a true beach type of feeling. If you’re lucky enough to book here you will not regret it.

Loved the place, super cute! I will say that the garage was a huge plus for us when booking, but our truck (a chevy silverado crew cab) did not fit in the garage, so just make sure your vehicle will fit haha but there is a driveway which was super nice! Because of the humidity, we also came across quite a few spiders (cellar spiders) especially in the laundry room but that’s hard to avoid, just a cautionary lol. Thank you Alex, we enjoyed our stay! AC unit was also very nice and the shower pressure was great!

Prime location, great amenities, place looks exactly like the photos, very very clean.. I have no qualms! Anna is very prompt with her instructions and responds quickly if needed. She goes above and beyond to satisfy and cater to her guests. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything you would need for a short term stay-- all complimentary, as well. The check in and check out process was extremely easy and smooth. My only complaint (which is a personal preference and why I won't dock anything from her rating but figured it would be helpful for those who are light sleepers like me) is that the overhead window that is over the bed does not have any curtains. It makes sleeping soundly for light-sensitive sleepers like me a bit difficult! This was easily fixable by bringing my travel black out curtain. Just a friendly heads up for those alike. I will be on the lookout for her listing any time I'm back in SD!

I loved staying at Somerset!! It was a perfect stay for a weekend getaway. It was just a few minutes from downtown which I appreciate. It had all the basic necessities and really liked that although it was small there were purse hooks, hangers, and an AC that made it all that more convenient. Overall a really comfortable place to stay in and I felt safe in the neighborhood. it was hard to find parking some days/times but I'm sure all of downtown has a difficult parking situation so not unusual.

Jessica’s place is great! Views are amazing. Place is clean. Location was perfect. And parking wasn’t too bad if you’re strategic with return times. Would recommend 12/10 times.

Amazing place, it’s a great place for a couple. Restaurants are at a walking distance. Lauren was really helpful throughout the whole stay with any questions we had. Will definitely book again when we visit in the future.

Perfect place to stay. The apartment was beautiful, the queen size bed was very comfortable. I needed some help opening the couch bed and Danny took care of it as soon as I asked. Everything looked clean and smelled clean too. We had plenty of bath towels, hand towels, and wash cloths. The kitchen was totally stocked with everything needed to cook a meal or eat carryout. There was cold water in the fridge waiting for us. An unexpected delight were the fresh flowers on the kitchen table, bedroom, and by the bathroom sink. We only had one inconvenience, the push button lock wouldn't lock. Rosina & Danny gave us a key to come & go with. The landscaping was meticulously kept up. Lush cactus, passion flower, & different succulents made the garden gorgeous. This made us feel like it was our own little piece of paradise. Rosina and Danny were SUPER hosts. I can not say enough good things about them!

Kai is a friendly and amazing host. listing looked just like the pictures. My family and I felt right at home and the area was quiet. It had everything we needed. I liked that he had beach chairs, bikes, and beach toys to use. I would definitely stay here again.

This is hands down one of the best stays my husband and I have ever had! Not only was the place super easy to find, but it was well stocked, clean and comfortable. The host, Connie, was extremely kind and flexible with us when our check in was late. She made us feel right at home and the value of the stay far exceeds the price. I highly recommend their granny flat in La Mesa and hope I can come back again very soon!!

This was our second time staying here. The location is quiet, close to the beach, and it is nice that they supply everything you need for the beach and babies. I appreciate the high chair and foldable crib. They supply beach chairs, toys, boogie boards, towels, and a wagon to hold it all. There were even strollers with large wheels that could better access the sandy beach than our umbrella stroller. The outdoor yard area is a nice place to hang out. There were people staying above us and we barely heard them. Not enough to disrupt our stay. We will definitely be back!

Great place. I recommend if you need a quiet and comfy place to stay. If you have a car, they have a parking spot if needed :)

Wonderful stay! The place was clean and had everything we needed for a week long visit to San Diego. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating. Easy walk to the beach and many local eateries. Would definitely recommend this place to others!

It was lovely and clean and perfect for a staycation. Only thing was the TV apps for streaming didn’t work and had to watch regular tv but everything else was fine. Definitely recommend!

Incredible location right on the beach! Great restaurants and eateries all in walking distance, including coffee shops, bakery, and convenience stores. Emmy's welcome book included great tips and recommendations for the area. Both the kitchen and bathroom had everything we needed, both well stocked. Highly recommend.

Mycket fint och mysigt boende för mig och min man .Läget var kanon bra . Gångavstånd till stranden och gatan med många restauranger. Mycket bekvämt när det gäller parkering eftersom p-garage precis under boendet och hiss att åka upp till våningen . Värden var trevligt och alltid med snabb återkoppling. Tack Francisco

We had an amazing stay at Nicklas’s place in San Diego! The condo is beautifully renovated and right on the waterfront—waking up to those ocean views was such a treat. The kitchen and bathroom were fully stocked with everything we needed, making our stay super comfortable and convenient. You can tell a lot of thought has gone into making the space feel like a true home away from home. We would absolutely love to stay here again in the future. Highly recommend!
