We have 2 delightful, and newly-renovated double rooms plus shower room at semi-basement level. ‘Below Stairs’ has its own entrance so you have full privacy away from the busy family life going on upstairs! The accommodation is a perfect place to lay your head for a weekend, a work trip or accommodation around a wedding or event. There’s no kitchen although tea and coffee are provided and the nearby Caterham Cafe does a great breakfast! Costa, Cafe Nero and restaurants are also moments away.

Amazing! Shaf's place is just as beautiful in person as it was in the pictures. It had all the amenities we needed, as described in the listing. The place is in a perfect location, with easy access to public transportation, a nearby station, and walkability in all directions. There's enough space for two people to work from home comfortably without interruptions and a strong WiFi connection. We would definitely recommend this place, and stay here again ourselves. We had a wonderful stay at this lovely home nestled in the beautiful countryside. The setting was peaceful and scenic, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The house itself was spotless, and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. One of the highlights was having access to a great pool and tennis court, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Sarah was a fantastic host—always friendly, responsive, and available if we needed anything. Highly recommended!

Joanna and Steve are very kind happy and give you a positive vibe. They gave us useful information about London attractions and how to reach to them. The house is very clean and cozy, as it is describer, in a quiet area surrounded by trees, flowers and grass. There are a couple of markets around the house, and the bus station is near. I would be happy to get back anytime.
