Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Okayama

J’ai aimé ce logement pour l’architecture magnifique et le concept de vivre dans un café. J’aime les beaux objets et je me sentais bien entourée avec les belles tasses en céramique artisanales . C’est un lieu retiré dans les montagnes. Un bel arrêt avant d’aller vers Tottori et don rivage. J’aime les expériences uniques et les univers singuliers. J’ai été bien servie avec cet espace. Je recommande pour les gens qui cherchent de la paix, dans un environnement beau et unique. 🤍

A charming stay with an incredibly kind host! We truly appreciated our time here—such a peaceful location and a host who went above and beyond, even giving us a ride to the station! The place is a rustic tiny house with its own charm. It has a lot of character. Thank you again for the warm hospitality!

Shin and Emi are very nice and friendly, as they gave us advice about transportation, to-dos etc. months before our stay, also collect our preferences (meal options, sauna, art performance etc.) days before. About the house, it is everything we wish for and beyond, neat and tidy, traditional Japanese style (we slept on the tatami like babies), and retro but beautiful interior design. Would definitely recommend for group of 2-3 people! Last but not least, their art performance transcends our understanding of live cinema, also learnt a lot about history and environment, would also recommend!

A wonderful stay from the minute we arrived to the minute we left. Really nothing else to say except of you’re lucky enough to get a reservation, book it!

行く前のやり取りが丁寧で何も心配なく向かう事ができました。宿はロケーションが美しく、海が見渡せ島のアート施設も便利に周れる場所でした。 ほぼ夜は自炊をさせてもらっていたのですが、炊飯器や食器が揃っていて助かりました。 アートイベントのための滞在でしたが いろいろと行き届いたお部屋で4泊5日安心して過ごす事ができました。 また犬島滞在の折は利用させていただきたいです。 ありがとうございました！

I like the house very much. It was very clean and quite, and particularly the bathroom is clean and nice, and the house is more spacious than the photo. If you do not mind walking 10mins from the train station, all other things are great. The host kindly responded and supported when changes of reservation happened. I enjoyed very much the smell from the wood interior. It was my luck staying such a nice place. I like to thank you the host Yukiko for building the good house.

Amazing experience, easily the best place we stayed in Japan. Aya was a lovely host! The flat is extremely clean, very cosy and thoughtfully decorated. You can see she puts a lot of care into it. The location is perfect, a short walk from the train station and Kurashiki's historic centre.

Yuko是個非常細心的房主，房間的裝備也非常齊全，我最喜歡洗衣機附有洗衣袋跟冰淇淋，整個空間非常舒服，推薦！

Okayama is clean, safe, not crowded like Tokyo and Osaka(yet?!). Korakuen and Kurashiki are absolutely beautiful and relaxing. Kei’s place is easily found and less than 10 minutes walk from station, right behind Ra mu mart, discount convenience store(cash only). If you need more varieties, across the street to grocery store Happy. Thank you for being proactive, set a timer for air conditioner. That was such relief, when we stepped in. Washer saved my time, too. Highly recommended!

I love that there are many vintage furniture pieces, interesting toys, and cool Japanese books. Also, the location is very convenient for walking. The surrounding area is quiet and convenient with a convenient shore and a supermarket. Also the room is very clean

コミュニケーションはホストと実際に会ってできるわけではないが、必要な情報はairbのチャットで返答してくれるため、使いやすかったです。

Excellent value and it was really easy to check in! Apartment was spotless and it was easy to walk to Takamatsu Station, or the nearby shopping areas.

a mini appartment close walk to ferry and train station. it has everything needed for a short stay, even mashine machince. only thing to consider, if you are 2 people with big luggages, you might run into a bit of a space problem.
