The apartment is on the second floor of a more than 300-year-old half-timbered house in traditional clay construction. The listed house has been professionally completely renovated and comfortably furnished with a lot of love for detail. The ecological construction ensures a very healthy indoor climate. In the garden there is also a rustic, wood-heated Finnish log cabin sauna, which we will gladly heat up for you for an extra charge of €15.

Coziness in Lichtenwalde

Welcome to our cozy apartment TILDA in Lichtenwalde. Here you can unwind alone or as a couple and relax. The center of Chemnitz is only 8 km away and also easily accessible by bus (stop right outside the door). The beautiful Lichtenwalde Castle and the Baroque garden can be reached on foot in just a few minutes. The area is characterized by many hiking trails, forests and quaint restaurants. Centrally located in the old town of Freiberg, small apartment. Our apartment awaits you on the 2nd floor of a historic house in the immediate vicinity of Freiberg Cathedral. Equipped for 2 adults and 1 child, you can enjoy Freiberg wonderfully from here or explore the surroundings (such as the World Heritage Site Erzgebirge or Dresden). It consists of a living/bedroom, a small separate kitchen and a modern bathroom with shower.

In our large oasis of well-being, the four of you will be offered a lot. In addition to two bedrooms with 160 cm or 180 cm beds, you have plenty of space in the open living area with a cozy sofa area, dining area and a well-equipped large kitchen where you can cook extensively. The large bathroom has a floor-level shower and a freestanding bathtub to spend a cozy time. The apartment is accessible and usable by elevator.

In the apartment you will find everything you need for a short or longer stay. In addition to fast internet (50mbit fiber) you have a small kitchenette, as well as a bathroom with shower and you can use my Netflix account for free via the large smart TV.
