The place is amazing, peaceful, with a beautiful view of the Ruins. A little far from the city, no shops or restaurants, but Sara offers food and drink service. Pleasant stay!

My whole family loved our stay here. It’s a quiet, basic rustic cabin on the riverbank with howler monkeys in the trees above and around. It is absolutely perfect for people who love nature. It is not five star, it is so much more. We were the only ones there, they had to clean a foot of mud off the cabin floor from the previous wet season, and the cabin was spotless. They did an amazing job getting it ready for us after being flooded a couple of months before. The only issue we had was, there was no one there when we arrived, and we had to go and find someone. It wasn’t a big deal, but with a family of five, including young children, it wasn’t the ideal start. But it turned into the perfect stay. They directed us to Las Guacamayas, the only restaurant in town, and we did a boat trip from there too. It was absolutely amazing. We weren’t sure about visiting this part of Mexico with the family, we are so glad we did. It was the highlight of our 6 weeks and completely safe. Do it!

What a wonderful experience to be able to still be welcomed in total immersion with great kindness and simplicity in one of the last Mayan communities with authentic traditions. We can feel the kindness and kindness of Adriana and her family. The meals are excellent and lovingly cooked. THANKS for having us in your community 🙏

I SEND A 🫂 FRATERNAL GREETING THANK YOU FOR BEING SUCH NICE PEOPLE, THE GREAT STAY THE GUESTS WITH SEVERAL FRIENDS TO OCCUPY IT BECAUSE IT WAS WORTH THE VERY GOOD PRICE AND HAS THE ESSENTIAL TO HAVE A GOOD REST THE MATTRESS AND THE PILLOWS VERY WELL EXELENTE. THANK YOU AGAIN TO OCCUPY THE STAY CLEAR AGAIN THAT IF.

The place is beautiful, you can go to walk to the river and the viewpoint, the cabin is clean and beautiful, the shower is overlooking the outside but covered and spacious, the reception guys are very friendly and the restaurant is delicious and with beautiful fair, I hope to return soon :)

Willy’s place was exactly what we expected based on the pictures and reviews. It was perfect for my husband, myself, and our 2 dogs. The grounds are beautiful and the huts are interestingly designed with rock accents. There was plenty of hot water for showering, and the huts are very clean. Negatives include truck traffic from the road, and weak wifi (however, you are in the jungle). We sleep with music, and the truck noise did not bother us too much. It is a wonderful place to base from, if planning to visit Bonampak. Yaxchilan was closed during our visit, and Cesar, our host recommended a little known Mayan site to visit. We had great fun finding and exploring the site. We ate dinner every night at Willy’s. It was very good, however a bit expensive ($330 pesos per person which included appetizer, soup, main entre and dessert). Highly recommend Willy’s and hope to be back someday.

it is a magical place, diffrute a lot from the two days there. this super quiet, with incredible landscapes. the river, the animals, the family atmosphere - I felt very comfortable from the moment I arrived. it is perfect to relax outside the city. thank you very much for this unique stay!
