Check in was seamless. The space was absolutely beautiful, clean and felt like home. Everything was as listed. We particularly fell in love with the outside space and the gorgeous views. The host was responsive and he checked in on us every morning to ensure we were ok and that everything was up to par. The added bonus of the beach access that came with our booking made it even better. Would recommend everyone to book this home. 10000000/10. We will definitely be back.

I would highly recommend this home for your stay. The host Stephanie was very responsive, easy to communicate with, and always quick to respond especially given my situation of booking only hours before boarding a plane to head to the island. The home was spotless, well-maintained and everything was clean and tidy. I really appreciated the amount of extra towels and paper toilet for our stay. Location wise it was perfect. Close to everything! From beautiful beaches, food including but not limited to KFC, PIZZA HUT, & STARBUCKS & much more. This home is in the middle of it all. I went to the gas station, pharmacy, patty shop and restaurant all within a short drive. We felt comfortable as a group of four adults and 4 small toddlers without the need of additional bedding which if needed was available (air mattress). Overall we felt right at home and will be back. 5 Stars – A Fantastic Stay at Areca Homes in Discovery Bay! We had an amazing stay at Areca Homes in St. Ann, Discovery Bay! From the moment we arrived, our host Stacy-Ann made us feel welcome and cared for. She was absolutely lovely attentive, kind, and went the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable. She even brought us fresh mangoes, which were a delicious treat, and made sure we quickly received batteries for the AC when needed. One of the best parts of our stay was the free access to Puerto Seco Beach, just a short distance away. The beach was stunning clean, relaxing, and perfect for a day in the sun. And the drinks? Wow! Strong, flavorful, and absolutely worth trying. Areca Homes was the perfect home base for our getaway comfortable, well-kept, and in a great location. We would definitely return and recommend it to anyone visiting Discovery Bay.

Shanique was a great host! She was proactive and friendly in her communication prior to our stay. We met her at check in and she gave us a tour of the home. The property is exactly as described and shown in the photos. The surroundings were calm and peaceful; we felt right at home. We truly enjoyed our stay, 10/10 would recommend!

Me and my fiancé had stayed with Stacy Ann, and we enjoyed every bit of it. She was very welcoming and the house. Needless to say we are very satisfied. We ended up booking another visit with her the next following week for the rest of our stay.

This place was beautiful and clean, host was very responsive even after the information was provided. Loved the view from the porch/varander. Air conditioning through out the home, hot water, internet and television that works. I would definitely recommend. Gated community only issue was getting in the gate, staff at gate is really slow, one particular staff members was rude, and rescreened us everytime we went out and came back. but I noticed on the days she didn't work, the process was much easier and the other attendants was very pleasant and easy to work with. Other that that the place is great, I would definitely stay again.

Shireen’s home is beautiful! The neighborhood is secure, quiet, and very clean. The home was well-stocked with thoughtful touches like makeup towels, body wash, fresh fruit, tea, bottled water, and welcome snacks. Shireen also has pretty much everything labeled. The light switches, cabinets in the kitchen, etc. this made putting everything back in place convenient. I love that there is a steamer provided. My dad had some creases in his linen suit that were difficult to remove, and the steamer helped loosen the fabric, before we ironed it! This home beautifully designed and not cluttered. The patio is a nice touch. Apart from the home, Shireen is an absolute joy to communicate with. She was very helpful and I definitely asked her a good amount of questions before I even got to Jamaica. She was very patient and kind, and went the extra mile when responding to me, with specific details! I’m truly grateful and will definitely return, if granted the opportunity again. First time in jamaica and this was a great place to experience it. The host was very helpful and informative when the wifi went out. The AC is really good and the washer and dryer are very handy for a longer stay. I would definitely stay here again.

This place was absolutely beautiful! From the countertops, to the gourmet stove, to the comfy couches and beds. Beautiful tile in the showers! Lovely view of the Caribbean from the back yard! 1st class all the way!

Great location. Our family fell in love and felt right at home. Wish we were staying a little longer. A/C in every unit in every room. Tv for every room. The Host answered all my questions and the response time were immediate. We will be back for sure.

One of my first experiences using Air B&B. It's been a great overall experience. Their communication was perfect. Always responsive and very helpful. A lovely home and we felt relaxed there and had everything we needed. A beautiful space. I will check to see if it's available for my next visit next year.

Tanya’s place was perfect. The bedrooms were comfortable and clean. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Her commutations were great. I highly recommend Tanya’s for a very enjoyable stay.

This Airbnb is even better than the photos and easy to find using maps. The hosts were extremely helpful, polite and respectful. The view was amazing and I felt safe my whole stay, not to mention it is 10 minutes or less anyway from everything ! The waterfalls, the beaches, restaurants, grocery stores and everything else.

I was hesitant about renting An AIRBNB, Robert's place was Cozy Clean,and the location was excellent. He was always responsive and communicates whenever you need him.I highly recommend staying at his AIRBNB to anyone who's looking for some peace and relaxation.. I definitely will stay at his place. I absolutely loved this Airbnb. It’s the perfect place especially when traveling alone like I was. I got in the pool and worked out a little in the gym. I would definitely book here again.

I was booked for another hotel nearby and when I get there, I was so disappointed me and my family nothing like it advertised and it didn’t look safe so when I reached out to Areca Homes I was told that I have up to 23 hours to get a respond However, these lovely people responded within half an hour. I started the reservation and within 15 minutes we were all set the security guards the people the host everything was perfect. The environment was super and I’m already thinking about staying with Areca up on return to the island for my next vacation I must say thank you and keep up the good work you guys just elevated hospitality. Thank you.
