Beachfront holiday rentals in Ocho Rios

I had a great stay at this Airbnb! The place was spotless and very well-stocked with everything I needed, from kitchen essentials to extra towels and toiletries. It’s located in a gated area, which made me feel really safe throughout my stay. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, perfect for relaxing. There is also a beach clothes by and a food complex with Starbucks, KFC etc The host was super responsive and easy to communicate with—any questions I had were answered quickly and kindly. If I were to message her at 3am she’d probably respond lol. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, secure, and comfortable place to stay!

This was a fabulous stay.We truly loved the accomodations and the location.The Hosts were very helpful and made our check in a smooth process.The grounds were beautiful and scenic.We would recommend this place to anyone visiting Discovery Bay.

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful Airbnb by the sea in Jamaica. The views were absolutely stunning ! we loved watching both the moon rise and the sunrise right from the property. The host was extremely welcoming, and the caretaker was so kind and attentive, always making sure our needs were met. The peaceful grounds were perfect for our two-year-old son, who loved exploring and gazing out at the sea. It was a truly relaxing and memorable experience. We can’t wait to return!

This is our second consecutive 3 month visit to this property. David is an amazing host! The location is unbeatable. A very short walk to Ocho Rios Bay Beach. Everything that you need is within walking distance. This includes grocery stores, restaurants, ATM's, etc. Margaritaville is directly across the street in a complex that has a number of restaurants, gift shops, tour operators, etc. We will definitely be returning to this property for another long term stay! Firstly I must say this was a last minute booking and the host was very accomadating. The location was perfect, private and quiet neighborhood which made my wife and I felt right at home. The check-in process was seamless, the host communicated with the front gate about our arrival. The home was very comfortable, beautifully furnished and we will be returning to this Airbnb on our next visit.

Terron’s place was exactly as shown in the photos. It was very nicely appointed and clean! It was easy to get to off the main road and close to Puerto Seco Beach which I’d highly suggest visiting during the stay. The contact Terron provided gave me a great local restaurant recommendation which I visited a few times. Overall I’m glad I decided to stay at Terron’s place and would do so again in a heartbeat.

Overall, the place was lovely with beautiful views and a fantastic location. While there were a couple of minor inconveniences—such as being unable to connect to the internet to access certain movie channels and the absence of a blow dryer—they didn’t take away from the overall experience. The positives definitely outweighed the negatives, and it truly was a wonderful stay.

Sky Castles is such a beautiful place to visit and Tony was an excellent host. He allowed early check in which made such a difference to our stay. Would definitely recommend as a host and the views from this property are amazing! Thank you again Tony for being so helpful and responsive during our stay!!

Our stay at Ms Sharon’s Airbnb was nothing short of amazing! The space was spotless, truly one of the cleanest places we’ve ever stayed. Every room felt fresh, well-maintained, and thoughtfully prepared, which made us feel comfortable and right at home from the moment we arrived. What truly set this experience apart, though, was Ms Michelle. She is an absolute gem! Warm, kind, and incredibly attentive, she went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Whether it was a local tip, a friendly check-in, or just her welcoming energy, she made our stay feel extra special. If you’re looking for a peaceful, clean, and well-cared-for place with a host who treats you like family, look no further. We couldn’t recommend this Airbnb more and will definitely be coming back!

My husband and I stayed here for his birthday and our anniversary! The location is perfect and walking distance to so much. Our family stays close by and we were able to visit with them as well and spend time with them. Suzanne has an amazing spot. It was super clean. Stocked with everything we needed. And made us feel relaxed and at home. We will be returning to Jamaica very soon and we will always choose to stay with Suzanne! Thanks again! Ps. John crows fried chicken across the street is TO. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this Airbnb! The apartment was cozy, well-appointed and very clean. The location was ideal, with plenty of great restaurants, bars and attractions within easy walking distance. The neighborhood felt safe and welcoming. Ricky was friendly and responsive. He also accommodated my request for an early check-in which I really appreciated. This is the perfect place to stay when in Ocho Rios. Highly recommended!

This was my 3rd stay here over the last year and definitely won't be my last! You can't go wrong staying here from the view off the balcony and perfect location for restaurants, the beach, and excursions! It's such a comfortable environment and feels like home! Colin and his housekeeper are truly great people who make you feel right at home!

Susanna’s place was exceptionally clean and located in a truly beautiful area. It was very peaceful, scenic, and perfect for a relaxing stay. She was very communicative and helpful when an unexpected issue came up, which I really appreciated. Her responsiveness made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Our stay at the condo was wonderful! Everything was exactly like we hoped for. We stayed the weekend in Ocho Rios for a friend’s wedding, and everywhere we needed to be was no more than a 10 min taxi ride from the condo. The views from the balcony was my favorite thing about the condo. I loved opening up the doors every morning and feeling the ocean breeze come through. The space was spotless, well-decorated, and fully stocked with everything we needed, including beach towels. We loved being a short walk to mahogany beach next door. The host (Maxine) was incredibly welcoming and responsive, offering great local tips. We’d absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, oceanfront getaway.

Beautiful condo in a gorgeous gated community. Walkable to restaurants, beach, shopping, grocery store and nightlife! Very quiet, many pools to swim in, and breathtaking views of Ocho Rios. The grounds are well kept- full of flowers, plants and trees. Karen was very easy to communicate with and extremely accommodating. This is the perfect place to stay if you coming to Ocho Rios!

We spent a long weekend at Keshia's place, and we had a great time. We could walk to the beach, and to several restaurants as well (we went to Ciao Bella across the street, and to Margaritaville a bit further away in Island Village). The pier where boat tours depart is also at walking distance. The complex is very well maintained, and the garden looks very pretty. Even if the apartment balcony looks into "the back", we did not see that as a disadvantage, since it was also more quiet than if it would be looking into the pool or sea side (due to the music by the bar at the pool). Even though we did not cook, pots and pans were available, also a coffee machine, and other appliances. All in all, we had a great stay in Ocho Rios. Thank you!

We had a grest stay at Trish's place. Loved the proximity to the beach, shops and restaurants. Loved that her place has a modern finish, was clean and had a spacious feel despite being a small apartment. Appreciated that extra towels were provided. I actually forgot to notify her that only one beach towel was left even though we had booked for two but know she would have rectified that immediately given her prompt response to anything we needed help with. We would definitely stay at her place again.
