Holiday rentals with beach access in Obzor

A very clean and comfortable apartment in a good location.Off the main road so very peaceful.Close to the main town and bus station.Tatyana was very friendly and check in was straightforward.Would stay again and would recommend.

Our choice of the apartment was most successful. Very nice, cozy and clean apartment. The view from the balcony is a separate pleasure. The nature around gives a sense of privacy. The house is located close to the restaurants and shops you need. Pejman and Margarita are super responsive and friendly owners. We highly recommend this accommodation and we will definitely come back again.

Overall the accommodation went well. There were minor details to pick on, but it didn't bother me too much. The location is great, the neighborhood is nice, everything you need is within walking distance. Would love to come back again

The place was clean and tidy, equipped with absolutely everything you may need even for a longer stay. The location is quiet, yet very close to the center and the beach. The host was very friendly, helpful and responsive at all times. It was a pleasure to be a guest there. I'd strongly recommend Bendita House for both family and business trips.

The apartment is in amazing location and had all the necessary things and even more. Very clean and comfortable home. The host was very helpful and had very detailed maps and instructions. If I ever visit Burgas again then this apartment would be my first choice.

I highly recommend the place! Very modernly furnished and equipped with everything you need. A crib was brought on request. Viktor was very kind and helpful, he always responded immediately and helped. Beautiful location overlooking the pool and the sea. Nearby is a supermarket and a small beach. Completely satisfied with everything. Glad to come back!

We loved our stay at this comfortable and spacious apartment. Stancho was waiting to show us around when we arrived, and he’s super nice and helpful. It’s obvious that the hosts have gone above and beyond expectations to make their guests’ stays perfect. Lots of supplies, including a bounty of coffee pods! :). The location is convenient; mere steps from the Sea Garden and an easy walk to the pedestrian streets. If there were a category higher than Super Host, these guys would earn it!

Vito is always a fantastic host, always feel right at home with him. we chatted a while on fun things, plus a really good tip on mountains departing SouthWest. fantastic at finding me parking space every time I visit. I shall definitely be back again. thank again for everything Vito.

Good location, close to the center and close to the sea. There is a shop nearby. A little headlined from the road, but rest does not interfere. Having two bathrooms is a big bonus! The kitchen is fully equipped - fridge, freezer, oven, stove, dishwasher and washing machine. Clean bedding and towels. The place was very clean when we arrived. Thank you for a nice stay.

The villa was spacious and nice, there was everything that you need. It also had a pool and a fireplace. It was 5 minutes to the beach and 2 minutes to the shop. There were many shops and restaurants in the area. The host was very nice and there were no problems.

Absolutely a fantastic spot looking over the ocean, everything needed was supplied excpet 1 thing, a kettle. Being a Brit a kettle is important, but we worked around that tiny thing. You can walk to many excellent resaurants in a couple of minutes and Old Nesebar is a beautiful place. The actual appartment was very clean and well presented with plenty of room for four adults. Overall an excellent visit and wouldn't hesitate to go again or recommend to anyone who wanted to have a superb base in old Nesebar.

Super place for relaxing trip with family or group. Only the village has not so many direct action, for more active action need taxy to Burgas or for unlimited nightlife to Sunny Beach

A lovely rustic apartment above a pretty resturaunt in the heart of the old town. The highlight was definitely the balcony overlooking the bay with a fabulous view. Being above a resturaunt there is some mild background noise but nothing major and was always quiet in the later evenings. The island itself is mainly free of traffic and very quiet at night so you can enjoy the sounds of the waves! Also very handy for the fast ferry to Sozopol.

If you are looking for a quiet and peaceful place, I recommend stopping at this house. If I can describe it in one word, it's COZY! Thanks to Zhaklina for the attitude and diligence she had taken to make our stay perfect.

My husband and I loved staying here! The owners were incredibly sweet and hospitable, and the room was warm, comfortable and well outfitted. We loved the charming balcony overlooking the inner courtyard. The place has everything you need, the location is perfect, and staying here in the off season is much more enjoyable, since you have the old town to yourself, no traffic or crowds. Great accommodation complex on the border of Nessebar and Ravda! Beautiful place and small apartment offering the necessary amenities to make you feel at home! The atmosphere created by Katerina, the official hostess of this apartment, is something she can't help but impress. Colorful, cozy, with walls dotted with pictures and paintings... It's like you're walking in and someone starts telling you a story! It was a very nice week break for our family of three! I'm glad we picked the right place!

Sehr biges Appartamnet, gros am Pool gelegene Terasse. The host is quick to respond. Also cleaning service with change of towels and bed linen was surprising and pleasant. The location is great: beautiful pools with free sunbeds and umbrellas, well-kept and supervised complex, the sea in 1 min walk, great views of the sea. Shopping, excursions such as Aquapark or old town Nessebar nearby, eating nearby. Oven and stove function flawless. The dishes were immediately added on request, we were finally able to cook everything. Out of 3 beds are 2 top, one has a very laid mattress. The crib is good. Already well-versed upholstered furniture, but was still okay. Wifi in the rooms is good. We recommend the place.

Olena is a great host--proactive, responsive, helpful and engaged. She went above and beyond to help us sort a minor problem with the kitchen and was very present in getting us settled in at the beginning of our stay. Daria, her neighbour who helps with guests, was lovely, cheerful and took good care of us. The place itself, while a wee bit smaller than the photos suggest, was very comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped and everything worked very well. We enjoyed our stay and recommend the place to others!
