It is a beautiful tiny house with a morning and evening terrace, in absolute silence. Lovingly, crazy furnished, which was perfect for us! Also perfect with our dogs!Everything we needed was there. Chemnitz, Aue, Schwarzenberg and Gotha, Zwickau are close and super interesting! The best for us, as gourmets and former restaurateurs, was the Jägerklause in Waldbach! Extremely good, homemade food!!! Asparagus, fish, venison burgers, roasts really great! (Opening hours!) This short break was so successful!!! We will repeat it!

I had some very relaxing days in the green cottage. The place is lovingly decorated, clean and quiet – perfect for unwinding. Everything was as described, WiFi and amenities worked great. Unfortunately I was not able to meet Tímea and Gábor in person, but the communication was consistently friendly and reliable. Thank you for this beautiful retreat – I will be happy to come back!

The accommodation is perfect for a relaxing stay. You have everything you need in the apartment, it is clean and tidy and is in the immediate vicinity of the forest.

Absolutely great place! If you want to stay in the middle of the forest and have a rest from the world, this is what you need 🥰

Nice space for larger groups. The contact with Petra was great. We had smaller children with us and had to be very careful because of the road, as it runs close to the house. For older children, however, this should not be a problem

Super neat stay. The surroundings are wonderful for nature lovers. We were with 3 children, and had plenty of sleeping space. The sauna and play area are a big plus.

We spent a few days with friends in this beautiful, rustic house over Pentecost. It was great! The house is very lovingly furnished with many more things than you would expect from a vacation home. There was a lot to discover. Nothing was missing, everything was very clean. The fireplace provided cozy warmth on these rather cool days. The property is fenced and has a large seating area for barbecues. BBQ and fire pit are also available. The location is quiet and ideal for hiking. There is a restaurant just around the corner. Katerina and Katja were great hosts who were easily accessible and on site for arrival and departure. Thank you very much! Clear recommendation!

Susanne's house is worth a trip alone. There is even a small museum in the entrance. The house is really spacious and very spacious. Still, you feel comfortable. Everything is furnished with a lot of love for detail. The communication with Susanne was very pleasant. Marienberg is really impressive. Historic buildings just around the corner, a great marketplace and beautiful restaurants within walking distance. It was a very nice stay.

Dorit was very helpful, we had booked here for an activity nearby. Due to change of plans, we should have canceled our overnight stay. Since someone else was looking for another place for the same event, he could take over the place from us without any problem. Dorit was very helpful in this for which thank you.

Everything great! Very clean and nicely decorated. Everything works flawlessly. For not as attentive readers as me: no wifi and it is an apartment, not a house with garden (display was truthful, but I assumed it for any reason and that could happen to others). Our daughter really liked the teeny bay over the living room:)

We stayed at John's place for 2 nights. The cottages are really superbly furnished and are not too small for a family of 4. So here you can also stand it longer. 😊 In the kitchen and bathroom, things like coffee filters, salt, shampoo, toilet paper were available to avoid having to go shopping right away - except food of course. 😉 You can walk right by the house into the forest. 👍 It was not so quiet with us on the WE, which is certainly the case - because there was a dog tournament with us. Otherwise, I can definitely recommend the accommodation and we will definitely come back.

We had a family vacation with Elena. Everything was great. The house is a great , beautiful and cozy place. Beautiful nature, silence. We really want to come. Thank you for a wonderful holiday and a great home .

We were with a child and seven adults in the treasure chest and had a wonderful stay. We felt right at home, grilled in the garden and used the pool, explored Marienberg and made a detour to the Kühnau Heath and the Schwarzwassertal to the Teufelsmauer and the Katzenstein. There are very well-developed hiking trails in a beautiful landscape. We will definitely be back. The place itself exceeded our expectations. The beds were wonderfully comfortable and there were delicious fresh eggs. Shopping facilities were in walking distance. The only thing that may be considered problematic is the fact that there are only two toilets and one shower. But if you coordinate well and there are early risers, then it works. everything is simply furnished, but there is everything you need. Location very quiet and nicely located. Cities can be reached quite quickly by car. Very nice hiking/walking routes nearby... you can relax there even without snow and enjoy a lot

Too bad you can't give more than 10 points! The apartment is perfectly furnished - beautiful, modern, spacious and cozy. There was everything you needed. The views from the Erzalm are amazing. The town center with restaurants, bakers and shopping is a 5-minute walk away. We felt very comfortable with Fam. Lorenz. Thank you!

We had a very pleasant stay. The place is highly suitable for 8 people for a nice stay right in the middle of prestine nature. Highlight here was the grill place. The host communicated pretty much everything we need. We will come again. Highly recommend if you are visiting Karlovy Vary.

Everything went very smoothly. The smooth owl is very idyllically located by the forest and the equipment was above average. Glad to come back!

We can only recommend the accommodation. We have already been there a second time and it is still a great price/performance for the area. There is nothing missing here. The children enjoyed playing with the available toys and cuddly toys. Communication with Jan also went smoothly. Everything is great, 100% recommendation.

We felt very comfortable in the apartment. All living spaces are modern and cozy. Both bedrooms, which can be reached from the hallway, have their own bathroom. Ideal place for families or guests who want to sleep separately. The kitchen is well equipped and all consumables such as baking paper, Zewa roll or spices were available. We weren't expecting that. We also loved that Netflix was available on both Smart TVs. Only note: We did not know that Bad Schlema was a spa town and a tourist tax was charged. However, this was not high and of course has to be paid by every apartment owner. We will be happy to come back and recommend the apartment to our family.

The cottage is simply indescribably beautiful! Through the large windows you can look at meadows and forests, it is so wonderfully quiet that you just relax right away. Due to the underfloor heating, it is wonderfully warm and due to the lots of wood, the cottage is very comfortable. In the kitchen there is everything you need and it is really fun to cook something here and get involved. The lower bedroom is wonderfully cool and also has a wonderful view of nature and in the attic children get their money's worth and have their own little empire. There is a balcony and a terrace to properly absorb and enjoy the beautiful scenery. From the cottage you can hike through the enchanted forest, e.g. to the Hochmoor small Kranichsee. We 100% recommend this place and thank Tina and family very much for this great place.

It was great! Ivonne is a very friendly host and always helpful. Location is excellent for hiking, biking, etc. just a great area. The apartment is very large and nicely furnished, nothing was missing. Thank you so much for the nice long weekend.

We can totally recommend staying in this lovely jurt located in the most beautiful czech valley!🌿 The jurt is super cozy and has everything you need. You wake up in the morning only to bird sounds and the sun shining through the window in the ceiling. The night sky there is one of the most beautiful I have ever seen and the surrounding landscape has a lot of picturesque hiking trails and views. The cherry on top was definitely the sauna from where you overlook the surrounding forest.🌳 Daniel and Aneta were superb hosts, always helpful, friendly and made us feel right at home. Lovingly furnished and with magnificent views of the surrounding mountain landscape, this family-style mountain hut in Kovárská offers a cozy getaway. The spacious garden and well-equipped playground make it a paradise for children, while adults can relax by the fireplace or barbecue. Absolute privacy and an ideal location for nature lovers – we really enjoyed our stay here!
