Holiday rentals with breakfast in Obersimmental-Saanen District

Perfect place to rest while you pass through the alps! Salvan is a beautiful little area on the mountain outside of Martigny and it was a super quiet, restful place.

The arrival on Friday evening was not a problem at all, despite a slight delay due to traffic. So much can be done around Riggisberg. The weekend went by so fast. The weather was so perfect that we of course shared the hot tub. Also not to forget the delicious breakfast that was made with a lot of love. Those who like it quiet and hearty are in good hands with Rolf and Christine.

Pauline and her husband Pierre were lovely hosts, who were above and beyond in accommodating our needs. My sister was a last minute add on and they welcomed her with open arms. If I lived in Orlon, I would make them my friends. Linda Kotin

My stay with Kasia was very pleasant and relaxing. The property is very nice, has character and is great in the city, very close to a bus stop. As a host, I can more than recommend Kasia. I loved Daniela's home stay - it felt like my home, her hospitallity was so good, esspecially I was happy that they even tasted our spicy indian food late at night. They allowed to feed their horse too. House was clean, tidy and only thing we missed was the breakfast during our stay as Daniela could not find time due to her busy week which was already communicated to us before the booking. Comfortable place to stay in a close distance (by car) from Gruyère and Fribroug. You can see the hosts take very good care of the place - everything extremely clean and in good condition. Vladimir was very kind in our check in and check out and was proactive to give us tips of local places to visit. We would certainly come back!

We stayed at Karin's for four nights and can’t thank her enough for making our time in Switzerland so enjoyable. The house is located in the quiet, peaceful village of Ruetigen, where you can wake up to spectacular views and the tranquil sounds of cowbells. During our stay, we visited several popular tourist destinations all just 25 to 40 minutes away, which was incredibly convenient. The house itself is extremely spacious. There were only two of us (plus our two Yorkies), so we felt very lucky to have all that space to ourselves. And the sauna - After days of driving from Scotland, we were exhausted, and discovering that Karin's house had a sauna was the best surprise. Karin went above and beyond to prepare everything for us. I also want to mention the Panorama Card she provided - it was amazing! We used it to visit Harder Kulm and got 15% off, which was a great bonus. It’s only been a day since we left, and I already miss it. Without a doubt, we’ll be back at Karin’s place again. 👍

We were really very well hosted by Peter, his breakfasts - with brioche and homemade jams - were delicious, the apartment is functional, the beds very comfortable. Just note that there is no stove. Great stay, thanks Peter!

Please read the instructions how to get there from the bus station, don’t do the same mistake as I did haha. Beautiful place and peaceful. The host is very attentive and calm. The view from the terrace is beautiful.

I enjoyed my 5 day stay with Francine! Everything was great and Francine is a lovely and warm host. The location is perfect for skiing with Les mazots/les diablerets ski lift a short, easy walk away (even carrying ski equipment) and there is a stop for the bus to glacier3000 less than 2 minutes walk from the door. Merci beaucoup, Francine!

Thank you so much for the excellent, very friendly and warm welcome. Perfect room, not very large but just what it takes for two. Great lunch. We had good tips for our ski tour the next day, as Marguerite and Beat were also nature enthusiasts, so we had a good time together.

I could not have asked for better hosts. Georg and Carol provided me with a very warm welcome into their home. Their tips on what to visit and recommended bike tour shaped the fantastic trip I had. We had an incredible 4-day stay at Andrea's beautiful home in Sigriswil from June 8th to 12th. The house and town are truly picturesque and peaceful, making it the perfect retreat for couples. Andrea was an amazing host who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. She patiently guided us daily, recommending less touristy spots that were perfectly suited to the weather. Her local knowledge and warm hospitality made our trip truly special. The breakfasts were absolutely delightful! Andrea takes great pride in cooking every item from scratch, using fresh fruits from nearby gardens and milk from Alp cows. It was a treat to start each day with such delicious and wholesome meals. We highly recommend Andrea's home to anyone looking for a peaceful and authentic Swiss experience. Her warmth, generosity, and attention to detail made our stay unforgettable.
