It is the ideal starting point for hiking and cycling tours. 4 km from the center of Bad Bentheim and 4 km from the Dutch border, you can start directly from here on the Dinkel route. Auf einer 1000qm großen, sonnigen Lichtung im Wald- und Feriengebiet Uelsen, umgeben von Birken, Kiefern und Eichen, liegt unser 2024/25 umfangreich und energetisch renovierter Bungalow. Hinter dem Haus hast du einen wunderbaren Blick über Wiesen und Weiden. Vor allem morgens, wenn die Sonne über der Wiese aufgeht und du mit einem Kaffee im Wintergarten sitzt – ein unvergesslicher Moment! Hier genießt du himmlische Ruhe in natürlicher Umgebung.

Lodge 'Shine on You Crazy Diamond' is een ruim, luxe appartement gelegen op een prachtig, eeuwenoud erf in typische, Saksische stijl. De lodge heeft een ruime woonkamer, keuken met kookeiland, twee tweepersoons slaapkamers, luxe badkamer met vrijstaand bad, én een heerlijk eigen terras! En dat temidden van het groene, glooiende Twentse landschap en op steenworp afstand van het pittoreske stadje Ootmarsum. Nu alleen nog het goede gezelschap! This modern and newly-refurbished holiday apartment on two levels is located on a dairy farm. The rural area around, adjoining the beautiful spa town (Kurstadt) Bad Bentheim with its wonderful castle, invites you discover its many treasures on bike and hiking tours on many different routes. Still, it is easy to reach many nice destinations in the neighbouring country of Holland as well as in the Westfalian area around Münster with its countless castles and its beautiful landscape.

The Good Gem; to really rest.

Het Goede Gemoed is located in a very wooded area where you can walk, cycle and recreate to your heart's content. On the grounds of the University of Twente you can enjoy sports. The inner cities of Enschede, Hengelo, Oldenzaal and Borne are within cycling distance of the house. The lovely villages of Delden, Goor, Boekelo are also in the vicinity. Het Goede Gemoed; "Afterwards and yet close". Good cozy restaurants are plentiful and also grabbing a movie is done in no time.

Unique estate in nature near Ootmarsum

In the beautiful Twentse landscape in the middle of nature reserve the Springendal a stone's throw away from the German border and near the picturesque town of Ootmarsum lies the estate Hoeve Springendal. You have one of the ten apartments that is fully, attractively and comfortably furnished. One of the apartments is furnished for four people. In our old grain barn, you can have breakfast or lunch, we also have delicious freshly baked apple pie or a local special beer.

The lake lodge is located directly on the lake and perfectly combines the features of a cozy Scandinavian-style house with the amenities of a modern equipped accommodation with exclusive and luxurious highlights. The sauna, hot tub and fireplace offer relaxation. One of our highlights is the loft net, which allows a view over the lake. The vacation home has 2 bedrooms with box spring beds. Two more people can sleep on the sofa bed.

Hiking and biking, fantastic from this chalet.

Our cozy furnished chalet, located on the quiet campsite Bij de Bronnen near Ootmarsum. It has a lovely garden and a beautiful veranda where you can sit until late in the evening. This chalet is widely used by hikers and cyclists. Hiking trails are ready in the chalet. Ootmarsum and Oldenzaal are steps away. Also, a visit to Bad Bentheim or the slightly further Münster is well worth it.
