Made and his family couldn't have made us feel more at home. The breakfast was very good, they helped us with recommendations and answered all our questions. Best of all, on our last evening, they invited us to their local Hindu temple celebration and explained what was going on, it was a true highlight of our time in Bali.

Lieu très charmant, en plein centre d’Ubud donc idéalement situé mais à la fois calme et reposant. Le bungalow est grand avec un rez-de-chaussée salon et une salle de bain spacieuse et lumineuse. La chambre est à l’étage avec une petite terrasse, attention pas de fenêtre donc pas d’isolation sonore mais plutôt calme la nuit. Endroit idéal pour se reposer après l’agitation de la ville ! Nombreux très bons restaurants à proximité, accessible à pieds.

i stayed here for 2 nights. easy check in, very clean room, comfortable bed, very central location with plenty of shops right outside. despite being right in the middle of the town, the space is so serene and quiet the moment you enter the compound. the air is also very cool because the room has alot of shade and plants! hardly needed the air conditioning. however, do bring your own ammenities as he only provides a bar soap. i also had one very loud tokay gecko at night (which was very cute) and grasshoppers in the morning right outside my room, so for those who don't like bugs and lizards do note.

We had a great stay in Ubud! This location is great! The room is private and clean, the shower is great and has warm water. Wayan was attentive and very helpful with recommendations and helped us to book scooters. The location is very close to the sacred monkey forest and restaurants.

Danu's was absolutely the right choice. They immediately treated us like family. I didn't expect the warmth we got, from handling our bike rentals, bringing us on little excursions, introducing us to a shaman, teaching us Balinese music, and hanging out over a beer together, Danu and his wife were excellent hosts. I cannot recommend staying here enough!

Notre séjour s'est bien déroulé chez Komang, c'est un hôte réactif aux messages. Le jardin est très joli et agréable. La maison se situe dans une zone calme avec quelques jolis cafés-restaurants autours, le centre-ville d'Ubud est accessible à pieds en 25min.

Very nice location, short walk to main town. Nice warung down the street across from grocery mart. We enjoyed our stay!

Quiet area despite many animal sounds which is normal for a djungel area like this. Clean place which was cleaned every day. Only some mosquitos were in the bathroom. Very nice pool and awesome breakfast and dinner menu!

L’hôte est très gentil et très réactif, nous avons passés un super séjour. La chambre est sublime et propre. Le cadre est magnifique. Tout est extrêmement bien entretenu et le personnel toujours présent et très réactifs à la moindre demande. Merci beaucoup. Je recommande les yeux fermés !

Place is good value. Room is standard for lembongan and place has a really nice pool and setup.

nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Le logement est top mis à part qu’il n’est pas très bien isolé. Nous entendons beaucoup les voisins mais le personnel est aux petits soins. C’était vraiment super.

Down a bit of an alley way but well worth the find. Great pool. Friendly staff and cleaned rooms daily. Great value and chill spot

und hat es sehr dort gefallen die aussicht war perfekt man muss zwar ein wenig laufen und die straßen waren sehr beschädigt trotzdem hat es sich gelohnt die hund evelin zwar einen sehr an und laufen ein wenig hinterher aber mehr war es auch nicht

Komang and her family are one of the most welcoming families I’ve met in Ubud! I was welcomed as if I were a member of their family. The unit complex is ideal and has a kitchen area along with a nice lounge. Komang cleans the room every few days and makes sure I have everything I need. I felt right at home and I was very lucky to be invited to their ceremony day and be part of the celebrations, dressing up in Balinese attire and walking to the temple with their family. I can’t thank Komang enough and will definitely book again when I am next in Ubud! Thank you!

this home is near the palace so the atmosphere in the surrounding neighborhood is incredibly magical. a lot of offerings made throughout the day in this area. beautiful architecture. faint sound of music in the evenings. birds chirping in the morning. true tranquility fostered by the energy of the family and surrounding nature and temples. the room itself is actually larger than it looks in the pictures. very clean. the bed is so comfortably luxurious - great pillows. the well-loved garden oasis out front was a lovely spot to enjoy tea with the smell of burning incense to start the day. the family is kind, responsive, and proactive about cleaning, and towel/linen replacements. i am so grateful to have chosen this place as a transitional ground to settle into the island.

De kamer was super schoon. Elke kamer heeft een eigen terras met een zitje waar je fijn kunt zitten. Er is warm water met douchen en de wifi werkt ook. De prijs-kwaliteitverhouding is top. Er is een gemeenschappelijke koelkast en je kunt gratis drinkwater pakken. Het zwembad is erg fijn en je kunt een scooter/motor huren. De verhuurder is aardig en behulpzaam. Ik raad dit verblijf zeker aan! Negatieve punten zijn er niet.

This family made our stay on Bali so nice! They prepare delicious breakfast for us every morning..so it was great start to every single day:) All of them are very friendly people and are willing to help you if you need. The place is close to the main street but still very calm place where you can hear just water in the pond and lokal music when is ceremony:) we only can recommend!!
