My house is situated in beutifull town in small distance from Bratislava.(20min) Area is very private with all new-build houses around, very close to vineyards and woods close by. It' s suitable for 6people. Downstairs area consists from one large open living area with large sofa, television and kitchen with all equipments, dishwasher,fridge-freezer,oven,microwave and all electrical appliances needed. Upstairs have 3 large bedrooms. Every bedroom have a smart TV. One Bathroom with bath,shower,toilet and washing machine. The house is perfect for larger families,group of people,couples or alone travelers for holiday or business trip, good for few-days stay, longer stay. Outside have a large garden with small swimming-pool,large patio with BBQ grill,lovely sitting area for summer days.

The house is situated in the charming village of Stupava. Here it has the local facilities that you need; shops, restaurants, park, wellness as well as a local biofarm which is a great place to take the kids! Beautiful 2 bedroom house (terrace) new construction in a quiet location. The house has its own parking in front of the house for two cars. The house has a beautiful private terrace of 10m2 and a private garden of 40m2. On the terrace there is a modern rattan garden seating. Very good access to the center of Bratislava 20 min by car and quick connection to the highway in about 5 min. To Vienna it is 1 hour by car. To Senec to the aquapark it is 19 min. to the center of Pezinok it is 10 min.

Grubits was a great host. We booked this for an off-site with a group of 16 mentees and were very satisfied with the accomodation. The surrounding area is beautiful. The house was perfectly clean and everything from Badminton rackets to kitchen appliances that one doesnt use everyday, extra bedsheets etc was available. Host responded very quickly to our requests and was always reachable. Overall a strong recommendation for a semi-professional setting. Thank you for hosting us!

Amazing little retro cottage on the water. Very cozy and has everything one would need. The bathroom is lovely and shower is powerful. The surrounding area is super peaceful and people are friendly. The plants are amazing! Some spots around the house need a bit of restoration tho, other than that it's amazing!

This place has a genius loci, the house, the whole location. It is an old house which seems to be fully reconstructed. Everything looks new. We have also enjoyed a garden pool and outside dining very much. Pia and her parents were very nice and helpful. I recommend this place and wish you a good stay, as good stay as we have had it.

Beautiful, spotless house in a quiet area. We stayed for a couple of nights for a family reunion, and Felix's house could not be a better spot. The house is on the outskirts of Hamuliakovo, which is perfect for those looking for a quiet and private area. Yet you are only a 20-minute drive to Bratislava. We'll be back for sure!

It was a great stay for our stag do party. Host was polite and informative. accomodation was as expected. great views, good location. For a group of people 10 or above, no better place to stay. If I was going to be picky it would be the shower heads as they were hand held and couldn't face them down. Would definitely stay here again.
