Holiday rentals with a pool in Northern Thailand

Four was super helpful and our kids loved playing at her house! There was even a sandbox there the kids could play in and they spent a lot of time doing that! After I realized the espresso machine wasn’t there, Four replied and said it was getting fixed, and that her brother would bring me another one that evening (which he did!). She even offered to buy me coffee in the meantime. We had fun in the pool, and she had lifejackets there the kids could use. She was super friendly and helpful whenever I needed to contact her!

Stunning villa, beautiful walking in the surrounding village and countryside, close enough to Chiang Mai but just far enough to feel away from the hustle of the city. 7/11 close by for all your needs, lot's of local restaurants near by. Host's really helpful and responsive. If I'm back there again I would certainly revisit.

We had an amazing time at the villa with our family! The place is very family-friendly — the fully equipped kitchen made it easy to prepare breakfast every morning, and the kids absolutely loved the pool. It’s located in a quiet, safe neighborhood, which gave us real peace of mind. A perfect spot for a relaxing family getaway. Highly recommended.

We really enjoyed our stay at this Airbnb! The host was very responsive to all of our needs and questions. The beds were so comfortable which was a huge deal for my old back 😅 We loved the open air kitchen and dining space and really appreciated the cook, Aon, making some wonderful meals for us. It’s like a luxury camping experience, surrounded by nature but with all the amenities. Not much to do nearby so come prepared with books, games, and food (if you plan to prepare your own). Overall a great experience, would visit again!

이 숙소는 흠잡을데가 없어요 1층에는 넓은 거실, 예쁜 주방, 쾌적한 침실과 화장실 2개가 있고 2층에도 침실2개와 각각의 욕실이 있어요. 수영장은 넓어서 물놀이 하기에 충분하고 튜브도 많이 구비되어 있어요. 바로 앞에 편의점이 있고, 외출후엔 모든것이 깔끔히 청소 되어 있어요. 다음에도 꼭 여기로 다시 오겠습니다.

John was a great host with a beautiful house, he provided a lot of recommendations for things to do around Chiang Mai, including a nice cafe where we had breakfast twice. He was always available when we needed and was interested in our holiday and making sure he could provide the best experience for us while at his home. Everything was clean and the photos didn’t do the house justice. House felt very safe and secure and it is in a central area so easy to navigate around. Would have stayed longer if we could.

Utopai is not just a comfy place to lay your head, it truly is a life changing experience. The grounds are an absolute dream. We spent our mornings sunning by the pool, our afternoons relaxing by the creek and our evenings taking in the magical energy of the pool house. We stayed at the Stone Garden House which was a perfect set up for two couples. The home is located close to the pool but facing away, allowing you to feel truly secluded in the jungle. Mon and Cliff were wonderful hosts. Both seasoned travelers, they naturally knew when and how to give us space, while still always available, making us feel comfortable and like we were leaving behind a home and new friends in Pai. They accommodated all of our requests - food delivery, scheduled massages and acupuncture on sight, and even set up a birthday gathering! Thank you for sharing your space and energy with us. Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt bei Natty in der Wohnung. Die Wohnung war groß,geräumig und recht sauber. Des Weiteren kann man über den Preis echt nicht meckern und man kann auch Abstriche sehr gut verkraften. Beispielsweise die Duschtür geht nicht ganz zu und dann läuft das Wasser raus, oder der Tisch hat ein paar Macken. Aber im Großen und Ganzen in Hinsicht auch auf das auf dem Preises. Bin ich sehr zufrieden mit den paar Nächten, die ich in Chiang Mai verbringen durfte.

Location: The apartment is in a great location. It's just a 5 minute walk to Maya and you don't need to go through the major crossroads so no waiting for traffic lights when going to the Mall. It's very quiet at night and the noise of the planes didn't bother us at all. Apartment: The space was very comfortable and had everything we needed for a great stay. Has basic cooking supplies and utensils etc. The bed is very comfortable and the shower is very powerful. The wi-fi is very fast and stable. There is lots of storage space and the host left us extra bedding and towels as we stayed for a month. There's a washing machine on the balcony and it's easy to get clothes dried as you can pull back the shutters to keep the heat in from the A/C units. The space is much smaller in person compared to how it looks in the photos and, like other reviews said, there is very little natural light, which didn't really bother us as we were out most of the day. Host: Very helpful and quick to reply.

Cindy est adorable. Elle est toujours disponible et nous a tres bien conseillé. L'appartement est tres propre et très bien situé. A proximité de tout à pied : commerce et marchés. La piscine et salle de fitness sont les petits plus de L'appartement, très appréciables. 🤗

Natasha is amazing. She is incredibly efficient and organized to start with but also very very responsive. She went out of her way to accommodate me and meet my needs. The building is new with a really nice gym and pool on the top floor. The air conditioners and wifi both work well in this room and I slept well. The views are amazing (it is on the 14th floor). Because of the height noise is minimal, which is great. Nearby are many, many things to do and short walk to old town. Great location Thank you Natasha!!

Ing’s condo is in a very nice building, centrally located. It is well equipped with all things necessary for a long stay. She thoughtfully provided laundry detergent, bath gel, shampoo, medical kit, etc. I would stay here again, and highly recommended Ing’s place.

It’s a really nice, clean and modern place! Getting in was super easy and I appreciated the small things such as plenty of towels presented in a beautiful day, as well as the bottles of water and coffee. The pool and gym was also very nice, and there was a private cafe in the entrance of the condo. A great alternative for anyone who needs to stay close to the Shangri-la for a fraction of the price!

I booked these beautiful villas for my wedding guests to stay in. Joy & Joerg hosted us for 4 days, but beyond that, they helped to plan and organize excursions for 21 people and ensured our experience in Chiang Mai was nothing short of amazing. The villa surroundings are green and calm, and the staff that works there are diligent. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. If you have a group of family/friends looking to book a spot together, do not miss out on this location!

Geweldig huis van alle gemakken voorzien. Met een super attente host Anny schoonmaakster Lookmee. Fijne plek om meerdere nachten te verblijven. Een auto is wel een must voor deze lokatie. Wij hebben genoten van het zwembad, de ruimte in het huis, de lekkere bedden.

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! Tucked away from the city's hustle and bustle, it offers a peaceful retreat. Despite being off - the - beaten - path, there are small convenient stores nearby, which is really handy. Since we hired a car, getting around was a breeze. I'd recommend families traveling here to consider car - hiring for easy exploration. The driver, Chat, was incredibly friendly. He made every journey enjoyable with his warm personality. The breakfast served daily was outstanding. For the price, it was such a great deal, filled with a wide variety of delicious items. The host and her husband were extremely helpful. They provided us with local tips, recommendations on places to visit, and made sure we had everything we needed. I can't recommend this place enough! It truly made my trip unforgettable.

All checks are met, Naddhawud was super communicative and sent us many helpful local recommendations. The host was super velcoming and the place was exactly how described and in photos. Area is super chill and quiet, very nice stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Chandra Residence. Shanee and Uli were the most wonderful hosts, always available to help and assist with everything. Location is just outside of Chiang Mai, in a very peaceful setting. Home itself is very large and has all needed amenities. Getting food delivered, transportation, massages in the property or a private chef experience was as simple as asking for it. Shanee and Uli truly have something very special in there. I don't think I will be staying anywhere else if back to Chiang Mai.

What a great place for a big group. Lots of beds, space and fun little pool in a great location. Yes you can hear planes go over between 7am and 11pm but that would happen anywhere in the happening town of Nimman. The daily breakfast and clean doesn't happen anymore as per previous older reviews. Cleaner comes every 2nd day and does a great job. Would stay again.

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful villa. It was comfortable for 5 adults and 2 children. Quiet, private, excellent neighborhood with great coffee shops, restaurants, laundromat, 7-11, grocery store, nail salons- all within walking distance. The hosts were so lovely, very accommodating and quick to respond to any questions. The place was cleaned every morning by 1 or 2 lovely staff who also brought breakfast. The pool was refreshing in the afternoon heat and kept the kids entertained, plus a beautiful lounge area around the pool for relaxing. The location is not far from the old city either- less than 10 min red truck ride to the Tha Phae Gate. Thank you Kat and Bobby for these wonderful accommodations.
