Tiny house holiday rentals in Northern Hungary

Nagyon kedvesen fogadtak minket és a szállás is kifogástalan volt.

Our family of 2 adults and 3 children (16,13 and 10) had an absolutely fantastic week in Hungary, and Daniels tiny home was the perfect base. We spent 2 days locally, pottering on the Danube, visiting a local award winning desert parlour that Daniel recommended, lounging in hammocks reading, playing ping pong, cooking and playing board games and watching wildlife on the river. On 2 days we took a mix of Uber / public transport into Budapest, and finally we spent a day in Szentendre, which was well worth it. I'd recommend hiring a car to get the most out of it. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. The start of the show is the outdoor space, and the river. Take bug spray, and a few good books ;)

Wir waren leider nur ganz kurz da - aber die Unterkunft ist wirklich sehr schön und die Gastgeberin sehr nett. Wir hätten große Lust gehabt noch länger zu bleiben und ein paar schöne Wanderungen im Umland zu machen.

Wunderschöne Altbau Wohnung, viele Möglichkeiten etwas zu unternehmen gute Zentrale Lage. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Zoltánnal történt kommunikáció gyorsan és rugalmasan zajlott. A hely nagyon nyugodt és békés volt az év ezen időszakában, ami fokozta az élményünket. A kényelmi szolgáltatások fantasztikusan működtek, a jacuzzi és a szauna hibátlanul tette a dolgát. A konyha jól felszerelt, minden megtalálható a hétköznapi élethez. A hálószoba atmoszféráját nehéz megfogalmazni, annyira jó. Tudom, minden relatív, én voltam már pár helyen, de ez valami egészen különleges. Nagyon sokat tesz hozzá a fények szabályozhatósága a reluxától kezdve a ledcsíkokig. Ha valaki itt nem tudja magát jól érezni, a ne helyben keresse a hibát. Külön tetszettek az alkonykapcsolóra kötött fények a fákra "felfuttatva". Éjszaka lenyűgöző látvány. Egyébként annyira erdei a feeling, hogy este 11 felé még egy vaddisznó is túrkált a "kert" körül. 😀 Mindenképpen visszatérünk!

Beautiful home and amazing location for a quiet getaway. The host is very responsive, and helped us get the hot tub fire going.

Zuzka a Paolo boli skvelí. Neskutočne vrúcni. V živote sme navštívili viacero ubytovaní, no to, čo sme zažili tu bolo dokonalé. Zuzka nám pripravila úžasnú štrúdlu a milé privítanie. Čokoľvek sme potrebovali, tak nám s manželom boli veľmi nápomocní. Dokonca nám pripravili vírivku a pripravili nám talianske dobroty. Proste DOKONALÝ VÍKEND. ĎAKUJEME!

It's a small house, nestled next to a forest – modern, elegant, and wonderfully peaceful and quiet, with a fantastic view. On the whole, it's exactly as pictured. A heads-up about the hot tub: keep an eye on the water temperature. It warms up gradually, which means it can also creep up and get too hot, and then it’s a bit tricky to get the temperature back down.

Die Aussicht, das Haus, ebenso das Whirlpool und die Sauna sind wunderschön. Die Häuser liegen recht Nahe aneinander, wir waren froh die einzigen Gäste zu dieser Zeit zu sein. Die Aussicht ist ebenso ein Traum umgeben von Natur pur. Es liegt in einem Nationalpark der viele Vögel hat die den ganzen Tag wunderschön singen. Das Frühstück steht in der Früh in einem Kästchen zum abholen und ist sehr lecker. Es ist leider in einem der ärmsten Teilen Ungarns, jeder hat einen Hund und manche sind an der Kette. Es gibt Pferde die gut gepflegt aussehen zum bestaunen und zum streicheln. Wir würden es jedem empfehlen der die Natur (Vögel) mag aber mit dem Tierleid in Répáshuta bezogen auf die Kettenhunde zurecht kommt. Mindennel meg voltunk elégedve. Finom reggeli, szép, tiszta szállás. Pihenésre tökéletes.

Feleségemet leptem meg születésnapja alkalmából, nagyon jól sikerült pár nap volt, amit ott töltöttünk. Észrevételünk a szállással kapcsolatban, hogy a hasított fa, ami a dézsa felfűtéséhez van odakészítve, nagyon nedvesek voltak, nincs száraz helyen tárolva, emiatt egy picit nehézkes a fűtés vele, de nem lehetetlen. Hiányoltuk a dézsa körül a fényfüzért, ami a képeken látszódik, sajnos nem volt felszerelve, így az esti órákban elég sötétben tudtunk fürödni. Mindemellett nagyon hangulatos a házikó, jó az elhelyezkedése, nagyon szép a panoráma. A házigazda nagyon rugalmas és kommunikatív volt velünk. Pihenni mentünk oda és kikapcsolódni és kiszakadni a városi rohanásokból, teljes mértékben sikerült. Aki tényleg pihenni szeretne és átadni magát a nyugalomnak és csendéletnek, annak tudom ajánlani :)

Ilona stole our hearts! She is the friendliest and kindest host we have ever met using AirBNB. The private room is well appointed, set apart from the main house, and enclosed in a flower garden. It has everything you need for a long stay, and is walkable to city center. We had a fantastic time visiting during the International Palace Games (the largest medieval festival in Hungary, held annually at the second weekend of July). We highly recommend a stay here for a unique and memorable Hungarian experience. It's wonderful to have cultural exchange.

Zoltan is a wonderful guest - very reactive, kind and respectful. We had a lovely time, the calm and the view from the house were highly appreciated. We recommend strongly to everybody who wish to have a special moment together, enjoy the wonderful pool and sauna, to go to this place. It is a must! Thank you!

It was just splendid to be at Barbara’s place for the weekend- she was an amazing host with minimum hustle and very accomodating of check- in and check- out times at short notice. We went after an eye surgery and my sunglasses broke and there was even a spare sunglasses at the place which she even let me keep, it felt like Narnia! We even saw deers and the scenic beauty was absolutely breathtaking. Definitely going to visit again for a peaceful escape from the rush of life!

Beautiful place to stay in a perfect location. Everything in the small town of Lillefüred is within walking distance. The house was cute, cosy and well stocked with everything we needed to cook for ourselves. The cave jacuzzi and fireplaces both inside and outside were also great! Wish we stayed another night so we had time to use them all. The host was also extremely generous and responsive any time we messaged. Great value!
