Daragh’s place is fabulous, a real gem, in a great location. The Pod is simply and elegantly furnished, with great views. We were given lots of local recommendations for activities and especially places to eat. A great place to stay in a must visit destination!

Mein Mann und ich waren zwei Nächte in der traumhaften Unterkunft. Die Hütte war sehr gemütlich und genau so wie beschrieben. Wir haben uns wirklich rundum wohlgefühlt. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und es ist ein Highlight unserer Islandreise! :)

Location fantastica, per un esperienza al di fuori delle solite proposte, per chi desidera tranquillità e contatto con la natura. Host disponibile alle richieste ed amichevole nell’approccio. Il suo alloggio, confortevole e curato, ha superato le nostre aspettative.

I can’t say enough good things about my stay here — from start to finish, this was one of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve ever had. Giovanni went above and beyond in every possible way. Communication was quick, clear, and kind, and they were always available for questions or local recommendations. Check-in was smooth and easy, and I immediately felt at home. The space itself was spotless, stylish, and incredibly comfortable — exactly as described (if not better). Small thoughtful touches like welcoming wine and snack board made it feel more like staying at a friend’s home than a rental. It’s clear that Giovanni genuinely cares about their guests’ comfort. I wish I could give more than 5 stars.

We had a best stay! Can't imagine a better location - walking distance from gorgeous, very quiet beaches...can't believe there were so few people at them. Perfect for bringing the dog to... He's not always to be trusted on busy beaches with people having their picnic lunches (!!) ... so these were perfect. Great to have the hose for cleaning the dog when arriving back. The cottage is lovely - big bedroom is super comfy, and the loft worked well also (though note in the description that there's not much room for moving around in it!). The bathroom is amazing - shower is incredible. We had lovely meals on the picnic table in front of the house, watching the water and saying hi to the occasional people passing by. The kitchen worked well, though for someone who loves to cook it required a little bit of creativity with only 2 burners, but it didnt stop us having delicious meals. Hosts were responsive and helpful. Would love to return - we didnt see seals this time so want to try again!

We had a wonderful stay in the cabin. The view is breathtaking. The cabin is very well equipped. Ulrike and her daughter were very welcoming and kind to us. They recommended several places to visit, which was very helpful. It was a super relaxing stay. We would be happy to come back! ☺️

Perfect stay! Beautiful house with an incredible view. Worth every penny for the view alone! In addition to the hot tub and all of the great features, I also appreciated the thoughtful small touches, like sleep masks.

Una pasada. Un finde muy molón en la casita. Por poner una pega, el baño seco bueno para un par de días vale, pero para una estancia larga con el calor y eso sería un poco más rollo, olía un poco. Eché de menos algo de menaje en la cocina pero bueno lo necesario para cocinar y montar una mesa para dos. Gracias Andrea.

Ich habe 2 Nächte im Tiny House von Max und seiner Familie verbracht. Die Familie ist sehr freundlich und respektvoll im Umgang mit deren Gast. Ich hatte einen sehr Netten Austausch mit den Eltern von Max gehabt. Der Ort bietet viel Ruhe und Gelassenheit. Auch kann man dort schöne Aktivitäten unternehmen. Insbesondere das sie Fahrräder anbieten ist ein tolles Plus, da man auch ohne Auto die Umgebung erkunden kann. Ich kann mit einen guten Gewissen die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen.

A uniquely crafted experience unlike any other. The views were breathtaking – both sunrise and sunset were extraordinary! It made for a truly magical night immersed in the woods.

Elson und sein Bruder haben sich an diesem kleinen Fleck ein wirkliches Paradies aufgebaut. Man merkt, dass sie in diesen Ort ihr gesamtes Herzblut stecken. Als zwei Frauen zusammen haben wir uns dort sehr sicher gefühlt und es blieb kein Wunsch unerfüllt. Elson war der beste, liebevollste und fürsorglichste Host den wir je hatten. Der Campingplatz liegt etwas abgelegen von dem Trubel der Stadt und ist daher sehr ruhig und es herrscht eine wahnsinnig entspannte Atmosphäre. Wir würden sehr gerne wieder kommen und können die Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen.

We loved our stay! The granary is even better than the pictures. The space is beautifully designed and thoughtfully put together with everything you could need for the stay!

Super verblijf op een super mooie lokatie. Wij waren er maar 1 nacht , maar we wilde graag langer blijven. Heerlijke bedden met genoeg kussens om heerlijk weg te dromen. Echt gewoon even helemaal niks doen, super gewoon. Ervaring rijker! Kom wel met een goede auto, want je moet even een stukje offroad rijden.

Vissa platser går inte att beskriva med ord utan behöver upplevas ~ detta är en sådan plats. Trevliga värdar som välkomnade oss med kaffe och hembakat fika. Naturen bjöd på enskildhet i tystnad och enorm vackerhet En ljuvlig kväll nere vid vattnet med matlagning över öppen eld för att sedan avsluta med bad och bastu innan vi kröp ner nära inpå naturen i det vackra glashuset. Morgonen startade med ett dopp innan frukosten som stod nere på bryggan. Ett dygn av NjUteLiv!

Eine gemütliche und super ausgestattete Unterkunft. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten eine schöne Zeit :)

Wow, was für eine schöne Zeit wir im Austry Cottage verbringen durften. So ein süsses Tiny House mitten in der Natur mit wunderschöner Aussicht. Das Haus hatte alles was es braucht. Es war wundervoll.

Echt een top verblijf gehad, we wouden alle 3 niet meer weg. Het uitzicht was buitengewoon, veel te zien rond om het huisje & aardige mensen in de buurt. Alles in het huisje was top & waren zelfs verrast hoe mooi het allemaal was. Snelle reactie vanuit host voor tips & advies. Er was niks wat tegenviel. 15 minuten van dorpjes af waar ook veel te doen was. Dit was een fijne ervaring & we kijken er naar uit weer is te komen. Bedankt !

This accommodation is perfect for a quiet retreat with stunning views of mountains and the beach from an elevated position. Access is via some narrow steep lanes but well worth it. Modern property with all facilities and perfect for a couple. Reading a book on the outside terrace overlooking the magnificent scenery was a real treat.

Was such an amazing private place to just get away and relax… Was so peaceful and felt like a home away from home! Could not recommend a place more! If you like to be visited by cute pooches, chicken and sheep this is your place ❤️

This was the most sensational location. The property itself is stunning and the surroundings so picturesque. We wanted to just switch off and get away from it all for a couple of days and thats exactly what we were able to do. Tony and Barbara are lovely and so very helpful, we loved learning about the history of the buildings and the Mill Pond. We will be recommending this property to friends and family.
