What a special place! I wish I had booked for longer. Otters Rest is is found in a quiet, secluded and private little nook of Clitheroe. The river right underneath you is the most relaxing sound, and the place itself is just stunning. Even the small details down to the underfloor heating in the bathroom and the glass ceiling which makes you feel as though you are showering in the woods… it was perfect. Thoroughly recommend this place to anyone looking for some peace and tranquility in a stunning little sun trap ☀️

We had a fabulous week-long stay at the Petit Chalet in Dingy-Saint-Clair. The chalet was absolutely perfect – equipped with everything we could possibly need, clean, and incredibly comfortable. The location is ideal, offering stunning views and peaceful surroundings while still being just a short and easy drive into Annecy. Celine and Mikael were wonderful hosts – warm, welcoming, and always available to answer any questions we had. Thank you so much!

A very nice place with a stunning view. We rented Jaumes place for a bike trip to Mallorca. The house is located on a very steep access way which required some effort to conquer before our bike trips could start. The place had everything we need and we'll definitely recommend this house for anyone going to Mallorca.

Die Unterkunft liegt herrlich in den Bergen und ist ein Perfekter Ort für Entspannung nach wunderbaren Wanderungen. Die Zimmer sind super hell und alle sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. In der Küche ist alles was man zum Kochen benötigt und noch mehr! Myriam ist eine sehr hilfsbereite Gastgeberin und weiß bei allen Dingen Rat. Wir würden sofort wieder Urlaub dort machen!

What a wonderful place to visit. Kerrera can be enjoyed in a day but better over a weekend and Zoe’s place was just perfect. The view, the cosiness.. it was just lovely. Zoe is one of the most accommodating hosts we’ve ever met - she was so kind and the lift from and back to the ferry was a lifesaver after a weekend of walking the island. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the chalet and I hope we’ll be back one day. Lovely lunch at the tea garden, lovely meal up at the marina, amazing walks and views. Definitely a hidden gem and a must visit.

We loved our stay at this cabin, especially the experience of having our own sauna in the same building! And also the beautiful and natural view with a lake and trees as the only thing that was seen from our door made it a peaceful and beautiful experience.

We enjoyed talking with Lucia and Wally. Extremely nice people. The place had the most beautiful views. We finally got to relax and enjoy the surroundings. We recommend fish and chips at the Dinky take out in Court town. Wally suggested and the meal was delicious.

Highlight of our family vacation to Switzerland! Our family of 4 enjoyed the Bernese Oberland area and Grindelwald was a great base for exploring. We enjoyed coming home to this Airbnb where we could relax after a day of hiking. The home had everything we needed, lots of space indoors and outdoors, and was clean and nicely furnished. Kenzie was a great host and easy to communicate with. This home was just far enough outside of town to be peaceful with great views of alpine meadows, other chalets and the mountains. We had a car and it was convenient to go to the center of town, and to the Grindelwald Terminal which had lots of parking. Would stay here again!

My family and I had a great time in this house! The environment was clean, beautiful and serene. Waking up to the sounds of birds and a lovely view of the mountains and lake was just excellent. I will surely return

Wir waren zu Zehnt vor Ort und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir sind ein bisschen wilder unterwegs, dennoch war alles super und unsere Gastgeber waren sehr sehr nett. Vielen Dank für diese coole Location.

Andrei is a brilliant host who was incredibly generous. He made us feel very welcome and his organic eggs from the farm were a real treat. Despite the rain, the beautiful views and natural hot tub - heated by the plentiful supply of cut wood - were a delight. His dog Rolly was a great addition to the welcome team as well! Overall, it is a beautiful place to stay. We couldn’t recommend staying here more!

Es una de esas ocasiones en las que el alojamiento corresponde al anfitrión. Así como Odile es una persona maravillosa, lo es también su hermosa cabaña. Ella siempre fue receptiva y amable, respondiendo inmediatamente y aclarando cualquier cosa que se ofreciera, además de estar pendiente de nuestra comodidad y diversión. La cabaña es simplemente un sueño (de hecho, mi esposa asegura haber cumplido un sueño al gozar de la cabaña de Odile); es enorme, cómoda, acogedora, práctica, funcional, lujosa... en pocas palabras, es la estancia perfecta para cualquier temporada en los Pirineos. Si quieres vivir una experiencia que no olvidarás el resto de tu vida, reserva ya la cabaña de Odile.

Die Unterkunft war traumhaft und hat unsere Erwartungen mehr als erfüllt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die tolle Ausstattung (beheizter Pool, ausreichend Liege- und Sitzmöglichkeiten im Garten, Billiardtisch, Tischtennistisch, Fahrräder etc.). Margalida war immer erreichbar und hat innerhalb kurzer Zeit auf unsere Fragen geantwortet. Wir bekamen als Willkommensgeschenk einen Obstteller, Wein und ein typisches spanischen Dessert. Wir konnten sogar am letzten Tag noch die Fahrräder nutzen und nach Palma fahren, da der Flug erst am Abend ging. Vielen lieben Dank für die besondere Zeit und den freundlichen Empfang. Wir hatten ein verlängertes Familien-Wochenende in diesem wunderschönen Chalet. Wir haben uns von der ersten Minute an wohl gefühlt, haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen und haben uns willkommen gefühlt. das Haus bietet so viel Platz, verschiedene Bereiche und Entertainment, sodass jeder in jedem Alter auf seine Kosten gekommen ist. das Chalet ist mit Liebe eingerichtet und verfügt über alles was man benötigt. Die täglich gelieferten Backwaren waren hervorragend und abwechslungsreich. Kommen gerne wieder! =) Vielen Dank an Marie & Familie!

This is a beautifully kitted out Log cabin with lovely views and feels airy and bright. Linda has thought of every little thing to make you welcome. She has been consistently proactive to make sure all is well and that you have what you need. There is ample room for a car, total privacy and peace and quiet. We were able to do everything we wanted to and enjoy a nice evening on the balcony watching the lake, the birds and the wee rabbits! I will try to go again!

J’ai passé un excellent séjour ! Le logement est conforme à la description, propre, bien décoré et équipé. On s’y sent tout de suite comme chez soi. L’emplacement est idéal pour se détendre et se ressourcer. Je recommande vivement ce logement et je n’hésiterai pas à revenir si l’occasion se présente !

Beautiful, cosy cottage in superb location on loch side. George and Vicky were great communicators ensuring that our stay was comfortable with lots of local recommendations. We’d love to come back and strongly recommend staying here to explore Oban and surrounding areas.
