My family had a great time and stay was very comfortable. They make sure you feel at home away from home. Very loving hosts. Central location within reach to everything. Family had an amazing stay with these amazing people.

The place is just cozy with wonderful hospitable hosts. Rooms are spacious, with enough and more wardrobe space. 100mts from the metro station, the place has very good access and easy to commute to places in and around Delhi.

A fabulous place. We were a group of 13 people across age groups and the place was wonderful for a family get together. Punam didi, the caretaker lives on site, and having her around means that it's great logistically to organise a staycation. She is very helpful and efficient. the place itself is very spacious with six bedrooms and well furnished. lots of nooks and spaces at multiple levels to break out into different groups. overall check in experience was great, the host accommodated a lot of our requests and everything was super smooth. the property does have a lot of stairs though, but they have a couple of bedrooms on the ground floor for PPL with accessibility issues.

Good communications from our host right from the time of making the booking (via Airbnb). We came via Delhi's great Metro, having arrived on a midnight flight the night before so stayed close to the Airport for the first night. Vinita waved us up from the balcony of the Studio and once we arrived walked us round showing us the facilities (which included free cool water, a washing machine if you need to do laundry); a fridge, good modern bathroom and a gignormous bed which thankfully had a good mattress and soft pillows.

Only a few days in Delhi but was made to feel at home with a super neat living space, plenty of food in the fridge and lots of info on demand as Khila helped arrange a cab, tips for a night out and plenty of tips on were to visit in India on future trips..recommended..

It was a pleasure to stay in the apartment. You have the whole apartment for you and very good location, close to many markets and shop. Prateek and his mother are very reliable and always available when you need something for the apartment or just local recommandations.

This place was a gem. Very rare do we find places that are actually worth the spend. Super clean and organised, very friendly host. Tapas bhaiya, the house help, is an amazing cook if you need anything cooked. Since I was staying for a longer duration I was happy to find a fully functional kitchen. Will definitely visit again. The location is perfect in terms of being in a secluded and private residential area and still have all the convenience stores around you. Moreover the colony is super safe, there’s a small park for walks.

A nice quiet spot for the single night I stayed there. I'd recommend it to any weary group of travelers who're looking to sleep comfortably. The place is quiet, and the guard manning the door is very friendly!

I was so happy to stay at this place. I loved the location and the view from the room. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Delhi for more than a layover. I'm not the biggest party person, which the area offers, but it felt so nice to have the appartment to recharge in and get some relaxation in the middle of hectic Delhi. This was a calm and very nice place. The staff was nice and respectful and ALWAYS happy to help no matter the time of the day. Thanks to everyone in this location.

This is not the anonymous Airbnb experience, but you are invited to engage with Vinai who is super knowledgeable and kind. We had a great dinner together (200 INR per person) and were served very delicious breakfast as well (included). It is a superb location to get started from for any tours in a residential area. Room was simple and clean.

We had to attend an event at IIT, Delhi and Ata's place was very near to IIT, Delhi. A lot of restaurants around the place. We had to leave early and requested the front desk to provide breakfast at 7:15 AM. They obliged and ensured breakfast and tea was there for us at 7:15 AM. No complaints. Shall definitely return. Highly recommended.

When I say this place felt like home, I mean it quite literally — the living room felt like one my family had in Golf Links 25+ years ago: rich with arts and crafts, and surrounded by lush greenery outside — and my bedroom on the top floor felt like the barsati room we had in Chanakyapuri: a total refuge in the sky, with an eye-level panorama of the neighborhood park’s tree canopy. (Just watch your step on that exciting 2:1 spiral stair slope on your way up and down.) The owner has even written a book we’ve had in our collection since the late 1990s — and their newest overlaps with my own current research on vernacular architectures of India. Many thanks to the super sweet staff — I’ll be back soon.

Sanjay ist ein netter, zuverlässiger und unkomplizierter Gastgeber. Er vermietet zwei Zimmer mit einem privaten Garten, der nur leider wenig Schatten bietet. Obwohl man sehr nah an einer grossen Strasse liegt ist es ruhig. Die unmittelbare Nachbarschaft wirkt zwar heruntergekommen aber man fühlt sich sicher und ist verkehrstechnisch super angebunden. Die Lage ist sehr zentral, nur einen Kilometer vom Connaught Place. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder buchen.
