The first thing to say about Arya’s place is how welcoming and helpful the team is. They are great. The room are simple, clean, quiet. Big plus is the hot water in the shower. A good spot for a short stay as not far from the train station and from places to eat as well.

Great stay in an amazing place that we will really keep in our mind. The 2day-1night jungle trek was great and it was a really shaping experience. Also the elephant washing trip in Tangkahan was great. Fully recommendation for everything:)

We had an amazing time at obiwan in bukit lawang. The accommodation is subject to European standards, was clean and the location right on the jungle river is unique. Obiwan organized everything for us: transportation, tours, shopping. He introduced us to various tours. He was always there for us and very friendly and courteous. We laughed a lot. Nice guy! We also fell in love with the team for the jungle trip (especially Imran). We spent a night in the jungle with them and saw oran utans and other animals. That was an incredible experience. And you just have to love the guides. We had lots of fun. We also recommend a visit to the elephants. Since our trip was unfortunately very short, we would like to come back sometime and explore the village more. The locals were very friendly and welcoming. This wonderful place needs more support! more support!

Super Lage, sehr schöner Ausblick vom Balkon. Haben unser gebuchtes Standard-Zimmer spontan auf ein Deluxe-Zimmer upgraden können :) Wer es jedoch ruhig brauch zum Schlafen könnte Probleme bekommen, da der Fluss sehr laut ist. Für uns war alles super, auch der gebuchte Dschungeltrip bei ihm ist sehr zu empfehlen. Bein auschecken begleiteten uns zwei Personen bis zum Fahrer, der uns abholt. Hier können wir nur 4 Sterne geben, weil uns nicht wie bei der Ankunft das Gepäck abgenommen wurde und der Weg dahin Stück entfernt ist.
