Excelente hospedaje , la casa es muy linda grande y cómoda está muy bien ubicada a pocos minutos de las mejores playas de Naples , la zona es preciosa, se encuentra en muy buena ubicación tiene muchos restaurantes alrededor que son excelentes , la casa está impecable , logramos pasar unas vacaciones muy bonitas, no lo pensaría en volverme a hospedar quedamos muy encantados con el servicio, la anfitriona es muy atenta y especial 🤗muchas gracias por permitirnos hospedar en su casa 🤗

David's house was beautiful, clean, well equipped and even larger than I anticipated. There were seven adults and we never felt on top of each other. It was plenty spacious and very clean. There were plenty of toys for the swimming pool. The bikes, chairs and umbrella were a necessity for the beach. The bike ride was a tad further than I anticipated. I'm sure the distance is no problem in winter months, but it was a bit far for those of us that were 50+ when the temperature is in the 90s. David is a super host! His responses to my questions were quick and thorough. We had a wonderful time!

We stayed here in mid-April and this place is amazing!! It was a calm/quiet area to stay in, close enough of a drive to downtown Naples, and close to the beaches. We drove to the beaches since we had beach gear and there was always parking available. They provided the beach gear, which was perfect so we didn’t have to pack or purchase. The landscape and heated pool out back was beautiful and convenient. We brought our 6-month old baby, a small pool floaty and pack n play was provided as well. So helpful! The hosts were super responsive and helpful. I would book here again and recommend this place!

The place is just as described in the details and pictures. Very well equipped and centrally located to everything, most places are within a 10/15 drive with grocery store and beaches within 5 minutes. There are several other beaches further out and worth exploring if you have the time (Seagate/Clam Pass - our favorite, Naples’s and Ft. Myers). We also did Captain Jacks Air boat event and it didn’t disappoint - highly recommend! The bikes were a nice addition as we were able to ride around the neighborhood to explore. Alana was an awesome host, very responsive and spot on with her recommendations! Overall we had a wonderful time and wouldn’t hesitate to stay at Alana’s place if back in the Naples area! Alana - Thank you for being a great host!

La casa nos dejó enamorados tenía todas las comodidades, la decoración es hermosa y todo estaba muy limpio e impecable. La cocina cuenta con todo lo que necesitas para tu estancia. El área del patio y la piscina son de ensueño la disfrutamos mucho en familia y el área de grill de afuera es muy útil. El barrio es tranquilo y muy bonito, cerca de restaurantes y playas. Dimple nuestra anfitriona siempre fue muy atenta y respondía rápidamente. La recomiendo 100 por ciento y sin duda mi familia y yo regresaríamos en las próximas vacaciones nos encantó.

We were looking for a family get away for a while since our LO was born and this place was exactly what we needed! Great location and walking distance to the beach. Provided all the necessities we needed for the babe! If you are not in a mood to go out, just stay home and relax in the pool all day! All beach necessities were provided in the package. And the place was spectacular. Kyle always promptly responded to all the queries. We would definitely stay in the same place if we decide to revisit Naples again.

My dad and I stayed here for several day as we played at golf tournament at Tiburon Golf Club right down the road. The location was perfect, the place was really nice and well laid out, and Dan was extremely communicative and provided clear instructions from start to finish. Oh yeah, and the beach is right down the road and there were beach chairs, tent canopies, and beach towels to use even though I only went to the beach for one hour while I was here! I'd definitely stay here again if I'm in the area in the future! Thanks Dan!

Literally steps from Vanderbilt Beach and Delmore Wiggins State Park. The studio condo was clean and just as described here n the listing. David is a responsive host. I'm from out of state and decided not to rent a car. Just be advised that you'll need to use Ubers to get to shopping and restaurants a couple miles away. Wonderful first visit to Naples.

This place has become our go to place for a staycation. We keep coming back every year. Love the location, the convenience and Pamela is always so great at accommodating our family. Can’t wait to be back.

We had a fantastic stay! The place was even better than expected — beautifully decorated, modern, and very comfortable. The patio was a perfect spot to relax, and the neighborhood felt very safe and peaceful. We would definitely stay here again!

J'ai voyagé dans plus de 60 Airbnb mais Estella est la meilleure hôte que j'ai jamais eu. Elle a été un ange avec nous et notre bébé : elle nous a fourni 2 poussettes, un lit bébé, une chaise haute, des bouées pour la piscine. En plus de ça, elle fournit tout pour la plage (serviettes, parasol, glacière, etc.). La piscine est tellement agréable. Nous reviendrons c'est certain !

My husband and I had an excellent experience at David’s paradise. The listing accurately describes the property, including the cleanliness, good maintenance, peaceful environment, convenient location, amenities, and that it’s just a few minutes' drive to the beach. David is a welcoming, attentive, and helpful host. Without a doubt, we will be back.

Wow! Best Airbnb I’ve stayed at thus far. The hosts had everything imaginable you need as far as amenities & snacks down to beach equipment. Nice and quiet area as well, definitely a clean space. This place is exactly as described if not better once we arrived. I would 100% recommend staying here and I would 100% stay here again in the future. Excellent job.

We had an amazing time. The condo was extremely clean and had everything you could need and more. I am extremely organized and felt like I was right at home. lol. We will definitely stay here on future trips to Naples!

Caihlin was a fantastic host. Very responsive to our questions/concerns. The place was just as beautiful as the pictures showed and we enjoyed everything about it. There were plenty of beach items to use, so we didn't need to purchase anything to enjoy the beach. There were plenty of games to play, books to read and even a drawer full of extra batteries for the TV remote if needed. We even had access to their 2 bikes and took an enjoyable morning bike ride into Fort Myers beach. You will not be disappointed at all with your stay.

I loved this place! It was well kept, clean, beautiful big kitchen, dishwasher, spacious rooms, washer/dryer, spacious clean bathrooms. Had a lot of space outside to hang out, beautiful backyard view of the canal. Super peaceful and quiet area. Walking distance to a great little Mexican restaurant. Host provided great recommendations to beach and restaurants. I look forward to staying there again!

I have stayed in no fewer than 8 different units at PSR over the years and this was by far the most highly finished, nicest, most-well-outfitted! Will definitely stay again. Lauren has done a fabulous job and has really thought of everything!

We had a fantastic stay! The condo was immaculate and well-equipped. The beach locker made trips to the uncrowded beach easy, and the pool and landscaping were well-maintained. It was stocked with 10+ beach towels, 5–6 chairs, boogie boards, sand toys and a beach umbrella (the umbrella was broken, but we purchased a new one and left it, along with some extra sand toys). The kitchen had everything, including kids’ cups/utensils, making it very family-friendly. There were even small toys and games for the kids too. The master closet was spacious enough for a pack-n-play. To help future guests pack wisely: the condo has plenty of essentials, so you can pack lighter! This was the first rental that I didn't need to buy laundry soap or dishwasher soap. A few minor issues: the bathroom shower light was out, the laundry door was tricky, and the bathtub had drainage problems that resolved itself out after a couple days. Highly recommend this condo and we are looking forward to returning!

We had an opportunity to stay at Michelle's incredible condo over spring break (3 adults and 2 young kids). The pictures do not do it justice - the condo is best described as beachy-chic. It is immaculate, the location is wonderful, and Michelle is an incredibly kind and gracious hostess. The proximity to the beach is wonderful - and they have so much fun equipment. Our kiddos also really loved the pool!! We had a wonderful time and will be back for sure!
