Just perfect, I can't even understand how this got only 4,99 stars and not 5,00. This was just freaking amazing! We had an awesome time there and the place just felt amazingly good. Everything is so thoughtfully and wholesomely created!

Beautiful accommodation for many people, especially suitable for family celebrations! We have rarely stayed in such a well-appointed AirBnB. Especially for the children, there were all kinds of play opportunities both indoors and outdoors. The fantastic large garden invites you to linger in the summer or to relax in the evening. It really felt like home. There are pizzerias and ice cream parlors nearby, and also a lot to explore. We will definitely be back!

We were very pleased. Roland is a very attentive host and took good care of us. Many little things that increase comfort were thought of, the kitchen is well equipped with many little things, even fresh ground coffee was in the cupboard.

We were a family of five with our dog in Lauterburg. The check-in was very easy, the house was super invitingly prepared. Had a really nice time there, only the garden we had imagined larger, was very overgrown and not escape-proof for our dog. But all in all, we were very satisfied.

I stopped just for a night with my two children, the place felt comfortable and homy as soon as we entered. The check in was easy, Toby and his wife responsive. The only hic-up I had, is that I drove first one turn to early, but found the house straight after... As we stayed only one night, I don't know how the light is in the apartment during the day as it is a basement.

It was our second stay and confirmed our high appreciation of the flat and the host.

Marianne was wonderful. She was so kind and helpful when we arrived. Everything at the house was perfectly clean and as described. I highly recommend staying here!

Very quiet location. Friendly owners. Nothing was missing. A very quiet and comfortable neighborhood. Has a nice tiny house ambiance. I can only recommend it.

A Home Away from Home – 10 Stars If We Could! Our stay at Mrs. Heidi and Mr. Herbert’s home in Nuremberg this January was beyond exceptional. As first-time exhibitors at the trade fair, we were new to the city, but their warmth, kindness, and incredible hospitality made all the difference. The home itself was impeccably maintained, and to our surprise, the kitchen was fully stocked —making us feel even more at home. they personally ensured that our entire floor was cleaned daily with the utmost care. Such dedication and generosity are truly rare! Me and my two sons are deeply touched by their thoughtfulness and the genuine care they extended to us. Their home exudes warmth, comfort, an experience we will cherish forever. We cannot thank them enough for support. If we could, we would give them 10 stars! Great apartment, especially for families. Very close to the center and for the kids it was a paradise of toys. We had a great stay in Augsburg...Our daughter would have loved to move into the apartment.

Our 5-day stay in this apartment was absolutely wonderful! The decor was not only beautiful, but also very tasteful and immediately gave us a feeling of home. Particularly noteworthy is the sauna, which turned our stay into a relaxing oasis. The apartment was always clean, which shows how much value the landlady places on cleanliness and comfort. We were greeted with loving care that we so rarely experience. The landlady herself was incredibly warm and always took care of our well-being. The location of the apartment in a quiet and relaxing area perfectly rounded off our vacation. Here you could really switch off and relax. We highly recommend this stay and would come back any time. We were passing through on motorcycles. We were allowed to park them in the carport - very cool. We were allowed to throw our wet things from the ride in the dryer in the basement for a small tip. The apartment was sparkling clean and we slept wonderfully. We would sleep here again if we were in the region again. Thank you and best regards!

All good. Rooms are all individually lockable, so be careful not to lock yourself out at night (code was directly above the lock, so not bad). And you should be aware that the pool and garden are of course also used by the residents. Nevertheless, it was very nice that you could use it as a guest.

Perfect for our spontaneous getaway. The camper is very cozy and with 2 children completely sufficient in terms of space. Very nice location. The adjacent lake is great and we could even swim on the 1st of May. The campsite is very well maintained and perfect starting point for excursions to the surrounding area. Thanks Morisette for the nice and uncomplicated communication and your excursion tips. We were completely satisfied and will recommend the place!

A very nice and clean apartment, conveniently located near the highway. It was perfect for a stopover on our way to Austria, but would also be great for a longer stay. Communication with Irina was smooth and pleasant!

We stayed at Tobias' house for 5 days and it was really great. He always responded very quickly and in detail and responded to every request/question. The pool was great, the accommodation is fully equipped with air conditioning/heating and we were able to charge our electric car without any problems - these were our highlights! Another important thing: the pool is not visible from the outside! You are completely undisturbed there, sometimes the neighbor's cat even comes by :) We will most likely come back again, all in all it was a great stay.

A fully sufficient apartment - kitchen, workstation, TV, bathroom, bed all in 18m2. Very tastefully designed and livable even for longer duration. No air conditioning but the fan in the room does the trick. Very nice co working space and laundry room! Location was 7 min walk to metro - which is then a 10-15 min ride direct to city center. Safe and lots of food around the neighbourhood, with REWE and other supermarkets a 7 min walk away. Only comment is the place could be a little bit cleaner (floor a bit sticky, some watermarks in the toilet) Would stay again!

I spent two nights in this accommodation and am completely thrilled. It was really everything you need - thoughtfully equipped, comfortably furnished and consistent on all levels. I would especially like to highlight the warm contact: The hosts were very friendly, attentive and generous. You can feel that they care about the well-being of their guests. A place to arrive, feel good and come back! We felt it as soon as we arrived: there's a lot of heart in this place! The quiet location in the Spielstraße, the high-quality furnished house and above all the fenced garden gave us the feeling of security and comfort. Our children romped for hours, the little football goal was in great demand! In the evening, we enjoyed the great common room in the basement, played darts or watched a movie together. And when our children found their LEGO surprises while unpacking, the parents were also touched – how thoughtful! Thank you for this special experience – we are already looking forward to the next time.

In addition, your detailed explanations with photos for check-in were very helpful. We had already installed the Nuki app on our phones and were able to save each other's codes without any problems by photographing them (copying or printing them is also possible, of course). So one could read aloud while the other typed. With patience and step-by-step instructions, everything was self-explanatory. We had a code for the main entrance door downstairs and another for the white apartment door on the 2nd floor. The access worked perfectly, just pull out your cell phone, hold it to the door and swipe/press. Open or lock. Bluetooth was always on, and there was WiFi in the apartment. A small tip: Always make sure to take your mobile phone with you, of course, and to have enough battery in the mobile phone or a power bank. With gratitude, Family Knoll
