Family-friendly holiday rentals in Nordhausen

Our accommodation was very comfortable and the location was great for visiting many interesting places. We enjoyed the garden and trees and the rural setting. Apolda itself was an unexpected bonus, as was our very friendly hostess Erika.

We, 8 friends looking for relaxation and time to exchange, were able to enjoy an all-round relaxing break from everyday life. The house, equipped with a jacuzzi and sauna, was perfect for this. We felt right at home. The property manager, who designed the handover very friendly and the contact with the owner are to be highlighted as very pleasant. We will be happy to come back!

We were there with the whole family (15 people) and very satisfied. There was enough space and in the large living room we could all sit comfortably together. The whirlpool and garden were also used extensively :). The beds were very comfortable and the sofa beds were also provided with a topper, so that the children slept really well. Definitely a clear recommendation.

Katja's apartment absolutely met my expectations. During our weekend, we found it to be an oasis of tranquility where you could completely leave the outside world behind. The spacious living area invites you to cook and play together and the sleeping options were comfortable and cozy. The highlight was definitely the hot tub, which we were allowed to use in January at an outside temperature of 0°C. A hike on the Ettersberg rounded off our weekend and many Weimar restaurants deliver their food to Gaberndorf. A great, modern apartment with friendly hosts that we will definitely book again! :)

This is a diamond in the rough. If you like motorcycle riding in Harz and Weserbergland this is the place to be. Spacious, clean, friendly absolutely recommended!

A beautiful location with an idyllic view of the surrounding area. The suite was even a little nicer than described. We particularly liked the view, which invites you to linger and that everything was at ground level, without stairs and thresholds in the suite.

The two are super nice and Archi is fantastic. Loved it. And even firewood and a lighter were immediately provided when we said, oh how nice it is to 🔥 make a fire here. A perfectly equipped kitchen, even with a salad spinner, well-coated pan and good pots. There are also casserole dishes. A swivel TV so you can watch from the couch or bed. All windows and the door have magnetic fly doors. Insects therefore have no chance. We felt so comfortable and would be happy to come back. Best wishes, Heike and Bernd

Thank you for the wonderful time in Weimar! Even though this apartment is not designed to accommodate families with small children, Volker and Susann did everything they could to make our stay with our 16-month-old daughter nice and comfortable. The location is great. We were at the Goethehaus and Theaterplatz in minutes. For recreation, we were down by the Ilm in 5 minutes, where we enjoyed the Ilm Park to the fullest. The apartment is well equipped. The bathroom is modern and invites you to shower after an eventful day. We even cooked a few times and found everything we needed. The whole thing was crowned with nice and cordial conversations. This place is definitely recommended.

Very nice apartment. We felt very comfortable. 10 min walk to the village, everything was easy to reach even without a car. Despite the bad weather, time flew by. Surely the sauna in the apartment helped a little. 😉 We will be happy to come back!

We are a group of friends of 8 people. The apartment is made for us. Each couple has their own bedroom with their own bathroom. All rooms are lovingly decorated and clean. The kitchen has more than the usual basic equipment. We especially liked the large, cozy lounge. We were very kindly greeted by Jan and received great tips for excursions in the region. The nearby, small lake was perfect to enjoy the idyllic tranquility in the evening. We have already booked our next visit to Hermannshof. A clear recommendation!!!

Super great place - we would definitely come back if we are in Weimar again. On foot a nice walk to the center(about 15 min), quietly located, have breakfast beautifully undisturbed on the terrace in the sun. Also equipped 1A; even with extras such as slippers (is also quite cold foot), various Playing and books, hot water bottle, coffee grinder & milk frother, tea, spices, etc.

Highly recommended! Relaxed atmosphere, beautiful balconies and great views. Communication with the two hosts was also very good!

We enjoyed the stay and felt very comfortable. The furnishings are top-notch and the winter garden invites you to a nice breakfast. The location is perfect. If you go to the right, it only takes 10 minutes to reach the first attraction (Bachhaus). If you go left and follow the street and the signs, you will be at the entrance to the Dragon Gorge in 25 minutes. Only the WiFi was a bit weak, but that didn't bother us much. We highly recommend Airbnb!

Nice holiday home with large sunny terrace. Very friendly and helpful owners, who live next door. Spacious bedroom with good bed. Small kitchen with small fridge and two-burner induction plate. Bathroom with small sink. The location is excellent for trips in the Harz nature park. Within walking distance of a self-service store.

I can recommend the accommodation 120 percent, also as far as the outdoor area is concerned. Likewise, communication, privacy, friendliness and professionalism. Definitely goes on my top ten list of all previous stays!

We took a weekend holiday in the Harz Mountains. The accommodation was optimally located (5min walk to the cable car, various road bike routes/hiking routes directly from the front door). In addition, an extremely uncomplicated check-in and a beautiful apartment that exceeded our expectations. We felt welcome at all times. Thank you for the nice time :D

Great country house, lovingly furnished and great well-kept garden with lots of play and seating. The sheep and the trampoline were particularly well received by our children. The communication was also great and straightforward. We got a lot of tips for excursions. Highly recommend!

We had four good days in Frauke's apartment. It is particularly suitable for families with children - there was everything we needed and more. It was super clean - really nice.

We liked the apartment very much, everything was as described. Anna answered all questions quickly. The swimming pool was great and whoever wanted to could go to the sauna, for which a spa card was necessary. This spa card could be bought in the village at the tourist information office. It is a beautiful environment and there are many opportunities to do something with friends or family.

everything was great. Communication with the manager of the house on site was super straightforward. The house is in a quiet residential area, but you can get anywhere quickly by car.

We decided at short notice to travel to the Harz for 2 days. The listing matches the description. You have everything you need. In the spa house there is a pool and difference. Sauna available. Since we stayed from Sunday to Monday, we were able to use the pool to ourselves, which is quite pleasant.
