Holiday rentals with beach access in Nong Kae

Spacious room for two family stay, building and pool a bit worn but still acceptable for what we pay Beach is great clean and quiet Recommend for a quiet getaway!

A perfect stay with a view that could cure jet lag! I spent a few weeks in this apartment and honestly – I couldn’t have asked for a better place. Everything was spotless (I’m talking “eat-off-the-floor” clean), peaceful, and that view from the 23rd floor? Breathtaking. I could’ve stared at it for hours – and, let’s be honest, I often did. The location was super convenient – with shops and restaurants just around the corner. I never had to walk far for a good meal or some essentials. Derek was friendly and helpful – communication was easy and smooth the entire time. All in all, nothing to complain about. Just a lot to appreciate. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Hua Hin!

great apartment. very well renovated. comfortable and plenty of natural light. surrounding location is spit on with plenty of walking distance shops and restaurants for all budgets.. we really enjoyed our stay.

WOW! This place is perfect. It’s a ground floor condo right in front of the pool that overlooks the ocean. The grounds are immaculate and condo is superbly well maintained. The beach is spotless - no garbage at all, soft sand and very clean water. There is no rip tide or undertow and, as such, is perfect for kids wanting to crash about the waves. At night, it is absolutely silent except for the crashing of the waves. While there are a few local restaurants, I’d recommend having a car to get into town as there is no public transport (at least none that I was aware of). Overall a beautiful stay.

The host was excellent, the walk to the beach was pleasant, and the apartment was lovely.

Highly recommended! The location is absolutely perfect, right on the beach and with Market Village just next door. The room is beautiful, incredibly cozy, and meticulously prepared, with thoughtful touches from the wonderful host, Khun Thanyalak. We felt completely at home and truly enjoyed every moment of our stay.

From the moment I arrived, I was truly impressed. The villa was incredibly spacious, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully designed for comfort and relaxation. Every corner of the home radiated calm and elegance. The host and their assistant were exceptionally kind and attentive always ready to help with a smile, making the entire stay smooth and worry-free. The location was perfect: peaceful and quiet, yet just minutes away from shopping centers and local attractions. I felt like I had the best of both worlds serenity and convenience in one place. I’m beyond grateful for the experience. This stay exceeded all my expectations, and I absolutely cannot wait to return. A hidden gem that I would recommend to anyone looking for a truly special getaway.

因为颜值而选择了这套房子，住了短短七天，整体感受下来还是不错的，唯一缺点就是位置和华欣县的中心以及海滩稍微有点远，打车不是很方便以外，其他都很好。设施出问题房东会第一时间来查看并修理，也帮我们联系了租车服务，人很热情有礼貌，总体是很完美的一次入住，下次来华欣会再考虑～

The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and located in a quiet neighborhood. It was perfect for our family, including our small dog and baby. A great spot to relax during our roadtrip, and everything went smoothly. Would definitely stay here again!

The house was very nice and team was great they were extremely responsive. The pool was great. We had an issue with one of the AC units in one of the bedrooms and they had someone over within an hour or so to get it repaired that day. The locations was great secluded a 2 minute walk to the beach. The road to access the house is pretty narrow we arrived in a large 10 person van that you see everywhere in Thailand. It could make it to the house but it was tight any normal SUV or car would have no issue getting to the property. We stayed in the rainy season and did arrive right after a HUGE storm so the street in front was flooded with a inch or two of water if we didn't arrive in such a large vehicle we would have been able to pull into the drive way and not have to walk through the water. It did drain fully shortly after we had arrived and did not flood for any of the other rain storms while we were there. These were all very minor things to me and would absolutely stay here again.

5 stars! Perfect for families with kids We had an amazing stay — 7 of us in total (5 adults and 2 kids) and the place was super spacious, comfortable, and well set up for a group. The kids absolutely loved the swimming pool, and there was plenty of room for everyone to relax. Highly recommend this Airbnb, especially for families. Would definitely stay again!

Nice place, not so far from the beach. Great swimming pool with private area around it. A lot of space to leave, fully equipped kitchen.

wir waren 7 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder in Wens Haus für 5 Tage, es war alles wie beschrieben und wir haben und sofort wohl und zuhause gefühlt. Wir kennen Hua Hin schon sehr gut und haben uns nicht zuletzt auch für Wens Haus wegen der guten Lage entschieden. Alles top, Stylist und jederzeit gerne wieder. Great place for large extended family vacation. Good location, huge property & pool. Ideal for families with kids! Chanat is a great host, very quick to reply and helpful. Kitchen could use a few more appliances and utensils and a bigger fridge, given the size of the property. Some maintenance is needed for drains and aircon, but managed to make it work for our stay. The chemicals used to maintain the pool made our swimsuits green, but think it will come out in the wash. Overall a great family stay!

We had an incredible stay at Sebastien’s house. The house I very beautiful and well maintained and everything is as shown on the pictures. Very clean and nothing was missing. Sebastien is a wonderful host - he respons almost instantly and is by all means very accommodating. All in all the best Airbnbs stay we have ever had - and we have had quite a few over the years.

Would you please set or connect tv with radar or something that we can watch local tv, there is no connection at the moment.

후아힌에 또 오게 된다면 여기를 다시 예약할것입니다. 저녁에 이동해도 안전함, 바다와 가까워서 훌륭한 위치, 숙소는 매우 안전하며 깨끗합니다. 보안요원도 매일 웃는 얼굴로 반겨줍니다. 수영장 또한 매우 깨끗합니다.

The room is so nice and spacious like in the photos with a stunning seaview from both side of the room. The condo has private & direct access to the powdery beach. The host; Tarit was helpful and promptly supported to our inquiries throughout ( before, during and after the stay as we left a stuff). There was an small issue during the stay but the host proactively took efforts to solve it. Overall, this is one of the great family vacation. We will not be hesitate to stay this place again for any next Huahin trip.

So, all the positive comments about Desmond's place are well deserved. I just spent 4 nights there, and of the 5 places I have now stayed in Hua Hin, this is the best. You can see the basics here on the listing, but I also appreciated the quality furnishings and extras - Marshall bluetooth sound speaker and a hand held garment steamer, to name a few. Thanks, Desmond, I'll be back.

I’ve stayed at this lovely condo before so had no problem booking it again. The condo, location all great, recommended.

We had a very nice stay at Chitchanok's place. The condo building is right next to Tamarind Market and Cicada, we've stayed in this are before, so we knew the location. The beach is just a few hundred meters away, there's a nice gym in the building as well as multiple floors of pools. The condo itself was clean, and had all the amenities we needed. The Balcony is small (like all balconies in this building), but it was not directly facing the pool so it wasn't noisy. We enjoyed our stay in the condo, and would come back at a later date.
