We are a group of 5 adults and 3 kids (5-7 years-old) and we had amazing long weekend at Nicholas's chalet. The chalet is surprisingly bigger and newer than it looks in the pictures. Our kids loved running around inside the chalet to play hide and seek. We also enjoyed a lot of the outdoor area. It's great lake for fishing, we caught many fish (small, bill length) just by standing on the dock, the biggest one was a bass about 16 inches! Small beach but well enough for young children to have fun and swim. We also did kayaking and canoeing. The place suits families with kids very well as from the backyard or BBQ (side of the chalet), we can keep an eye on the children playing in the water or on the dock easily. I will definitely love to go back.

We stayed here for our mini honeymoon and absolutely loved it. The place is so peaceful and beautifully decorated. It had everything we needed and then some. Comfy bed and couch, gorgeous forest views, and just a really cozy vibe overall. Marie-Eve was awesome and made everything super easy with clear instructions. Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!

beautiful chalet and view. enjoyed the floorplan as it allowed private brdroom/bathroom on each floor. clean and cozy. all the amenities available with comfortable bed and linens. Michelle was very responsive and provided all the necessary information. we enjoyed the remoteness and snowshoe trails nearby.

This place is a perfect alternative to camping. It’s simple, comfortable, very clean, and affordable. I was the only person staying there but the bed has a foam mattress and is big enough for two people. I arrived in good time so got some groceries and rode to the beach and enjoyed a swim. I recommend stopping in this town and staying at this unique accommodation. Thanks!
