Nice spacious pool house with modern feel.The crocodile (statue) in the floor is a cool feature and the area is super nicely located at the river Marne with lots of walking and cycling space. Playground and little cafe in the park within a few hundred metres. Very convenient for travel into Paris by RER. Bakeries and supermarkets all in walking distance. You stay on owners property which is just stunning and has parking too. Friendly hosts that are very responsive.

The contact with Christelle was very friendly and pleasant from the beginning. The apartment is beautiful, I walked a lot with enthusiasm and enjoyed the area, it was especially nice to walk to the city center of Saint-Germain-en-Laye. A beautiful art market, decorated with love for detail, small shops and cafés make the place very charming and beautiful. The apartment was renovated with a lot of effort, very nice and I felt right at home. Thank you, dear Christelle, for everything! Especially the beautiful view of the garden and the lots of greenery were a treat! A great apartment, a beautiful location and a very nice, helpful landlady - highly recommended! Thank you again, it was wonderful!

What a beautiful house in the country! Plenty of space, gorgeous backyard with lots to do & a convenient patio for dining al fresco. Nicholas was super helpful, responsive & a valuable resource. 15 min from Versailles & a quiant little village with friendly people, a beautiful church, and all the necessary shops within walking distance. Lots of hills in town & lots of stairs in the house so if you have health restrictions, 4 floors of living space & outside stairs might be challenging. If not, go for it. It's an absolute paradise in the country, perfect for relaxing, for hosting and for exploring a more leisurely pace of life. Very good location and cottage well independent of that of the owner. The ground floor is very cool, which is appreciable on hot days. Well-equipped. A little small but perfect for 1 or 2 people. The proximity of the train station on the RER A allows 2 round trips to Paris during the day without problems. I will happily return

Such an amazing stay! It had such a beautiful aspect overlooking the garden with so much natural light through the apartment and was just the perfect size. Anouk & Anton were both very helpful and kind. The price was also great and it’s right near the train station, so super easy to get into the heart of Paris. Would definitely stay here again

Excellent accommodation, everything was exactly as advertised, perfect for 3 colleagues on a work trip. The 3rd (single) bed was really just a cot; it could probably do with a new mattress and a new set of sheets but it was definitely doable for a few nights. We didn’t have any trouble at all finding parking on the street outside the house for our Ford Transit Custom. Nicolas was extremely attentive and welcoming, we had a great experience and will stay again in the future if it’s available.

Very nice accommodation, nicely decorated, comfortable and practical. Quick access to the Palace of Versailles by bus with a stop 5 minutes away. We were able to leave our car very easily in the reserved parking lot of the building. There is a bakery almost at the bottom of the building, great for breakfast! Communication with Jérémy is perfect. If we come back to the area we'll be back with pleasure ☺️

My son and I were in town for two days to visit Versailles, and the convenience to the chateau was bar none. We were able to get on the bus and the N line with no trouble, and neither was crowded or had long wait times. The neighborhood has a lot of shops, and a cute farmers market on Saturday, which was fun to explore. The apartment was very clean, with wonderful air flow, so even though it was hot, we managed to stay cool. It was also VERY quiet, and had a lovely balcony that was so peaceful (we had breakfast there both mornings!) Overall, this place was a wonderful value for the convenience-if you’re planning a little Versailles getaway from the city, I definitely recommend staying here!

The location was brilliant, the space at Katie was so well thought out and brilliantly equipped and furnished. So many local restaurants, bars, shops a wonderful local food market selling fresh organic foods. so peaceful to walk around late at night, but easy to get to the iconic attractions in Paris. I would definitely book again : )
