The cabin has a large terrace and a great view towards Treungen and Nisser. There are great hiking possibilities in the area in summer and winter. Short distance to Treungen city centre. Cottage near the potholes, beach, family friendly. Possibility of kayaking and fishing (2 kayak, 2 canoe and 1 rowboat on site). 30 min away from Gautefall ski center. Large garden with play equipment. 3 bedrooms, sleeps 6 (plus own baby bed) Note: part of semi-detached house, simple standard,- older kitchen and bathroom, lovely peaceful space. Second unit is also rented and any guests in other unit are to be expected. If needed, the second part can also be rented, a total of 12 beds for the entire place. Connected to electricity and hot water

Cozy cottage in beautiful nature on Kyrkjebygdheia. 3 bedrooms in the cottage, as well as a separate cottage with a bunk bed (seats 3). In addition, the cabin has a loft with two mattresses. Well equipped kitchen with dishwasher and microwave. Cozy living room with fireplace and TV with Canal Digital. Good internet connection in the area (4 G) Great ski runs, 6 mil prepared ski runs, about 5 min walk from the cabin. A little ski distance about 10 min away. Bigger ski runs on Gautefall and Vrådal. Both about 30 min away.

Eiendommen er et småbruk med hovedhus bygd i 1921, anneks og låvebygning. Ligger fredelig til i et naturskjønt område ca.2 km syd for Treungen sentrum. Stort uteareal med terrasser, jacussie og grill. Store plener til lekeområder, ballspill etc. Eiendommen grenser til fjellterreng og det populære toppturfjellet Skuggenatten (706moh). 5 min til butikk og sentrum, badeplass og elv. Svært gode muligheter for uteaktiviteter i nærområde som bading, sykling, padling, fiske og fjellturer.

Enjoy and relax at this beautiful spot in South Norway, right on the Nisser lake. When we are not there ourselves, we like to make others happy with this beautiful, design furnished, house. We hope our guests enjoy this as much as we do. Our house is suitable for any season. In the summertime, you can swim, paddle board, hike and MTB. In winter alpine skiing in Gautefall or Vrådal, or touring or cross-country skiing right behind home. Or how about a dog sled ride?

Cabin to high standard, new in 2022. Includes 4 airy bedrooms, living room and kitchen with high ceilings. Sauna finished in 2024. Large windows facing stunning water views. It is 2 minutes to walk to the white beach. The area is amazing in both summer and winter. Short distance to over 40 mountain hikes in the area, as well as long white beaches around gnomes. In winter there are driven trails, and 20 min to slalom slope.
