Holiday rentals with a patio in Nishiikebukuro

The house is clean and comfortable, suitable for one to two people. The house location and staying instruction provided are very clear. The response from the owner is quick and always nice. The house is with balcony and elevator which is a bonus! The house is close to restaurants and family-mart. Overall, it is a very enjoyable stay!

We had a great stay at this flat in Tokyo! The location is perfect — very close to the station, with a playground nearby for the kids, and a 7-Eleven and bakery conveniently located on the first floor. The flat was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay. Communication with the host was excellent — they were very responsive, kind, and helpful throughout our visit. It was a great base for exploring the city, and we really appreciated the thoughtful touches in the apartment. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Tokyo!

Place is located near to Shinjuku main streets. 7 eleven right below the place with coin laundry just beside. I was also impressed by the cleanliness, especially the clean bed linen. Host was also quick with replies and helpful. Thank you.

Helen and Sozo were great hosts. They checked on us and made all instructions clear. The apartment is clean and quiet. It worked well for our family of 4, 6 might be tight unless you have small children. The location is in a cute neighborhood and was nice to come back to after a busy day in the city. 7-11 and restaurants all close by. Easy walk to JR line or subway. So glad we stayed here!

Really enjoyed staying at this place. The instructions we received ahead of time were very helpful in helping us navigate to the place. The check-in was very straightforward. Above anything else, the location was very convenient, especially the short distances to the Kanda and Akhihabara stations. Highly recommend this place.

The place was very nice and roomy. Had all the necessities and the host was very responsive. The area is pretty calm and close to Shinjuku station which was convenient. Would definitely recommend this place for others!

Very good place and nice location. 15 min walking to train station and 10 min walking to subway. Total: 30 min to Shijunku and 50 min to shibuya. Everything clean.

We stayed with a big group and everyone was very happy with our stay. It was very clean, conveniently located near the train station and it was very peaceful at night. We enjoyed our stay. Good location near two lines made day travel easy by train. Quiet neighborhood. A few close konbini's and markets near by made getting something to eat/drink easy. A few restaurants close by were good. Would stay again!

我们一家四口在这里住了八晚，房东夫妇亲自欢迎我们入住，给我们带来了礼物，为我们详细介绍了房内电器、设施的使用方法和注意事项，并且非常贴心地为我们同行的婴儿准备了婴儿纸巾、沐浴露、玩具等婴儿用品，二楼厨房的冰箱装满了水、饮料、酸奶等食品供我们免费使用。房屋保养得非常干净，通往二楼和三楼的台阶、厨房、房间打扫得一尘不染、无可挑剔。住所周边环境非常安静，居住氛围浓厚，与东京闹市区的人满为患形成鲜明对比，步行范围内有便利店、快餐店、餐厅、大型超市等各类餐饮设施。二楼的客厅厨房起居室为我们一家人提供了便利的生活空间，早上我们会在厨房一起吃早餐，吃完后开启一天的旅程，晚上返回住所后在客厅休息聊天。房东响应非常迅速，总能快速回复消息，更重要的是，她及时热心地帮助我们收集处理旅行期间的厨余垃圾和生活垃圾，去过日本的游客都知道这有多么重要！通往二楼和三楼的楼梯狭长陡峭（没办法，日本独栋建筑的通病），对于需要搬运大件行李上楼和腿脚不便的老年人来说会有点困难，但是楼梯加装了扶手确保上下台阶的安全。如果你想避开东京闹市区的人山人海，这里是非常适合一家人居住的选择。

Stayed here for 4 nights. Enough space for family of 6. Host is very responsive and kind. She provided some snacks on the day of our arrival. Our luggage had a delay in Osaka, our host was kind enough to receive our luggage as we were out on a day trip at the time of arrival. Clean and spacious for a house in Tokyo. Bed and linens were excellent and comfy. About 8 mins walk from the metro rail. Safe neighborhood. Lots of breakfast place on the Main Street. Will definitely come back if given a chance.

The house was near 2 stations as described so easy to get to all areas of Tokyo. Neighborhood was quiet. House amenities were as described. Host was always responsive and helpful. Would definitely recommend this home if vacationing in Tokyo.

Très bel appartement, un peu loin du métro mais facile d’accès. L’ascenseur dans la résidence est un vrai plus car voyageant avec une poussette c’est vraiment pratique. J’ai eu du mal à trouver l’airbnb et l’hôte a fait en sorte que je le trouve facilement. Petit présent à la fin du séjour délivré par l’hôte ce qui rend l’expérience encore plus appréciable. Je recommande sans hésiter !

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral mitten im Herzen von Shinjuku. Im Radius von 5 Gehminuten findet man mehrere Supermärkte und Restaurants. Der Hauptbahnhof von Shinjuku liegt 20 Gehminuten entfernt. Für europäische Verhältnisse wirkt die Wohnung gerade so ausreichend für 2 Personen und ich würde sie nur für 2-3 Tage in Betracht ziehen. Der größte Vorteil ist die Flexibilität der Lage und der schöne Ausblick vom Balkon. Man bekommt eine reale japanische Wohnerfahrung mitten in Tokyo. Der Gastgeber hat alles Nötige für die ersten Tage bereitgestellt (inkl. Snacks, Kaffee und Saft!) und war immer sofort erreichbar. Wir haben zufrieden ausgecheckt und würden die Unterkunft als erstes Ankunftsziel weiterempfehlen!

The stay was lovely and so clean! Very nice and quiet area, not too far from Shibuya. We arrived late into Tokyo and I booked it at the airport last minute - the instant book and self check in was so easy. Hong was so helpful and friendly and the response time was so fast!

This stay was perfect! Comfortable beds, great space, kitchen with everything you would need for a few nights stay. The area was very walkable and quiet with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The station was also very close, which was great for getting around Tokyo quickly! Would definitely stay hear again.

The host was incredibly kind and responsive — when we realized the place wasn’t the right fit for our family, they graciously allowed us to shorten our stay without any issues. The unit was clean, spacious for Tokyo standards, and very close to Shinjuku Station, which made getting around easy. That said, the building and surrounding area weren’t quite what we expected. It’s near the red-light district, which may not bother everyone, but it didn’t feel right for us. The building is older, with worn common areas. We saw puddles in the hallway — possibly from the weather — and generators nearby added some noise. The elevator also showed its age. With a young child who has sensory needs, it felt a bit overstimulating — not because of the host, but due to the building and neighborhood. If you’re okay with a grittier, urban, high-adult traffic area and want access to Shinjuku nightlife and trains, it could work well.
