The best part of this room is the stunning view of Sapporo from the high floor! I promise you an extraordinary view and a comfortable stay in the highest room in Sapporo. How about a special room for a special trip? The host also rents cars. A rental car is essential for traveling in Hokkaido! You can rent it much cheaper than other rental cars! Quiet apartment with air conditioning ② 3 stops from JR Sapporo station 10 minutes on foot private kitchen and bathroom available

nice to meeting you.I started a private lodging in November 2023. It is a room on the 2nd floor of a 40-year-old apartment located in a quiet area about 15 minutes by car from Sapporo Station. There are daily necessities, so I recommend it for those who want to experience Sapporo life. It is a little inconvenient, a 10-minute walk from JR Shinkawa Station, and a 20-minute walk from Kitajo Station on the Namboku Line, but there are few car streets, so you can spend a quiet time. Parking for 1 car is available at the property (reservation required).It is available for 500 yen per day.(It is a parking lot that I use every day.I'll park elsewhere) 5-minute walk to convenience store 4-minute walk to the drugstore 10min walk to supermarket It is a convenient place to live. There is also a large supermarket and hot spring facilities at the second station. The sofa bed is 170cm. ☆Transportation We will pick you up at Shinkawa Station on the first and last days of your stay as much as possible.Sorry if the time doesn't work for you. There is wifi, a private kitchen, and a bath and toilet, so I hope you can use it for long-term stays, workcations, etc. Air conditioning (cooling only) installed in March 2025.

The Toho line connects you to all important stops: Nightlife area Susukino (8min), Odori Park (10min), JR Sapporo Station (15min). It's a cozy, yet spacious apartment, and you'll love the green neighborhood&park for chill-out, the closeness to the subway station, convenience stores&local supermarkets. My apartment is 3 mins walk from SHIROISHI SUBWAY station exit 7. 4 stops from ODORI subway station (about 7 mins). This room has 3 bedrooms. 2 double beds for 4 persons, 2 futons (Japanese style mat) for 2 persons. The maximum capacity is 6 persons, but I think that 3-5 persons are suitable and comfortable. We have a work room. We welcome digital nomad workers.　There is a Supermarket (open 24 hours), some restaurants, a big local park nearby. Please come to my room with your family or friends!

Staying in a room in an old Japanese wooden apartment. The toilet is difficult for tall people. Please check the review. It is a highly rated room. New air conditioning! Comfortable life! A cozy room with a private entrance, kitchenette and a small bathroom. Fully equipped with new air conditioning. 4 min walk to Subway Hiragishi Station, 3 min walk to convenience store,, supermarket, restaurants and pubs. We can recommend a local Soup curry restaurant, Ramen restaurants and many places.
