Mitsuru was an excellent host, picked us up from the airport and also dropped us off back into Sapporo for good value. Also gave us free lifts to and from the mountain each day which was awesome. House was nice and clean and in an awesome street. House was a little far from town but with the lifts it was definitely great. Really nice host felt very welcome

It was a very convenient and pleasant accommodation And if you plan a trip to Niseko with your family or acquaintances, I highly recommend it As the Niseko ski trip was extended, a new five-night trip was added I've decided on this accommodation

Great value, nice place, very clean

We had a wonderful stay at this place. The house is warm & cozy, complete with amenities like heater, kitchen, towels, bottled water, kettle, etc. The host is nice enough to provide complementary chocolates for us to enjoy upon arrival. The surrounding view is amazing, especially in winter. You can see thick snow all around, perfect if you want to play with snow. It’s also near to the ski resorts, which is convenient if you are going skiing. Would 100% stay here again if we ever visit Niseko in the future.

Great cute apartment in a great walkable location! The stairs can be a bit tough with skis but it was a peaceful area in walking distance of all the action. In house laundry is very convenient too and great WiFi

Perfect place to stay some days. Good to know that you cannot close the space between the kitchen and the bedroom next. If you absolutely need two bedroom don’t book this place otherwise it’s ok!

Awesome place and fun resort with a walkable neighborhood and all the necessary accommodations for snow sports art Niseko. H2 was super helpful with transport to our lodging and available within the hour to assist with our requests. I Will definitely consider them in future plans for winter getaways in Niseko

Andrew and his crew did a superb job at making us feel at home. We had a little bump with our car rental. Andrew picked us up at the train station, took us grocery shopping and helped us find a car. He helped us turn an uncomfortable situation into a magnificent vacation. He made magnificent recommendations. We visited some great onsens and had great skiing while at Niseko. We had a great dinner at Samoza. And also enjoyed some snacks and coffee at the clubhouse. Overall, an incredible host!

Great stay in Sapporo. Centrally located, 15-20 minutes from two great ski resorts (Teine and Bankei), 30~ minutes to the three Sapporo Snow Festival locations. Responsive host. Parking area is extremely small and in the winter with snow in the streets our Toyota Cross was probably the biggest car I would try to drive down the street and/or park. There was a washing machine, dryer, stove top, squeaky clean bathing room, and three very comfortable beds. As a westerner I particularly appreciated the very comfortable pillows. The only things lacking; there is a pot and but no cooking utensils, spatula, tongs etc, also no forks, knives, spoons or bowls and only coffee cups for drinking. It seemed odd as there is a generous kitchen with full sized fridge/freezer. The heater kept us toasty warm in the -1 to 2C weather. About a 10 min walk to the train station. Over all a great stay and I highly recommend!

Pros: In-house onsen. Great proximity to local ski fields. Cons: Not as many guides/instructions as other Airbnbs. Property a bit dated. Overall, I had a great stay here. The in-house onsen/bath was free to use, so I made use of it after snowboarding. Would happily stay again. Good value for money.

Lovely, homey one bedroom apartment with a small public bathouse on the top floor! Just outside the main hustle and bustle of all the major onsen resorts in the area. 10min walk to bus stop or convenience stores. Booked a stay for quiet recovery and that's exactly what I got!

We had an excellent stay. Highly recommend. Host was very responsive and accommodating. The unit was perfect. Kitchen was great. Living space was very cozy. Family loved the hot tub. Hope to be back soon. Thank you to the Elite Havens team.

Great place to stay at with everything you need from the kitchen to washing machine. True to picture with the listed amenities. A 10 minutes walk to the convenience stores, the Main Street as well as the bus stop to Kokusai ski resort.
