Hostitelé byli velmi přátelští, milí a ochotní. Odpovídali velmi rychle na zprávy. Po tom, co se nás po příjezdu autobusem ve 2 hodiny ráno snažil okrást taxikář v Tam Coc (chtěl 300 d, Grab nefungoval) pro nás organizovali taxi za normální cenu (130 d). Za to jsme velmi vděčni. Ubytování je krásné , tiché a pro nás mělo perfektní polohu. Pokoj byl velký a čistý, s krásným výhledem. Snídaně byla jednoduchá ale dobrá. Pokud chcete uniknout turistickému ruchu v Tam Coc, je toto to pravé místo. Ve vesnici byli všíchni přátelští, usměvaví a měli jsme téměř vše co jsme potřebovali. Doporučuji!

Super séjour, une vue incroyable qui correspondait a la description. l'hôte est gentil et serviable, elle nous propose qu'elle activité faire et des vélos gratuit a disposition. Petit déjeuner européen/américain gratuit. Seul bémol les coqs a 4h du matin, donc pensais au bouchons d'oreilles. Sinon tout est parfait et j'y repartirait

I really loved the place! It’s calm and peaceful and the rooms are really cozy and look like the pictures. Breakfast and free bikes to explore the surroundings are included. Would definitely recommend.

Thàn’s place was perfect! Such great value for money, super friendly hosts who are more than willing to help. They also gave us plenty of useful advice for travelling Vietnam which was something not a lot of other hosts offer. I’d definitely recommend this place!

i stayed at thanh's place for 2 Nights. we had a wonderful trip in ninh binh. unfortunately it's raining on the second day. but we still enjoy the trip using the motorbike we rented from thanh's. we feel like home staying in thanh's place. he is very responsive and good take care of us. thanks Thanh. hopefully i can come back to ninh binh and will visited your place again.

Really nice place with a big space in the room and comfortable beds. It’s in a good location you can easily walk around tam coc to restaurants etc. We arrived extremely early in the morning and the kind family were nice enough to let us go into our room at that early hour for a small amount extra. Really kind people.

The hosts have created a beautiful, peaceful place. They were very friendly and welcoming and went out of their way to help us out. The room was lovely and there is a lot of places to go/visit nearby.

Had a great stay here, markets around the lake which are very close and so beautiful at night. Hosts were attentive and helpful. Great stay

we had a lovely stay here . there was 6 of us and we had the whole floor to ourselves . it was on the river front and everything was walkable .

Schöne, saubere und vor allem geräumige Zimmer. Die Anlage ist schön gemacht, das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit. Es wurden uns immer saubere Handtücher bereitgelegt und Betten gemacht. Der Pool ist sehr angenehm, es könnte aber etwas mehr Schatten und mehr Liegen am Pool geben. Die Internetverbindung auf der Anlage ist eher dürftig, kann man aber mit leben. Die eigene Gastronomie an der Anlage ist eher unterdurchschnittlich. Ich wünsche den Anbietern, dass sie da nochmal nachbessern. Frühstück war gut, aber sonst musste man zum Abendessen zwangsweise auswärts essen, da die Küche für Abendessen für vietnamesische eher nicht so gut war. Insgesamt super Aufenthalt!

We loved our stay at the apartment. It was exactly like the photos - a beautifully styled place that feels like home. The amenities were great and the outdoor space had beautiful views of the pagoda at night. The location is great and the downstairs coffee shop is a bonus! The host and coffee shop staff were so friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

Super Gastgeber und eine schöne Unterkunft. Die Lage ist super da man schnell zu den bekanntesten Attraktionen in ninh binh kommt. empfehlenswert

Amazing place, far the favorite place to stay during my journey through Vietnam. Excited for them building a pool coming soon. Great location for lots of things to do in the area, will 100% recommend this place and will return during my next trip to Vietnam. Thank you for the great hospitality!

We had a great time during our stay at Phi Hung's Unique Homestay. The house is surrounded by fruit trees, flowers and  a vegetables garden. It feels like home and the family were super friendly, funny, very enthusiastic and always made us feel comfortable and welcome. Their English was very limited but we had a lot of fun using Google translate. We had a Vietnamese dinner with the family, 100K vnd pp, which was worth it. The food was delicious and it's like all you can eat. You also can specify your dietary requirements in advance. The breakfast was provided and simple but delicious. Hung, our host, wasn't there but the family welcomed us and you also can communicate with Hung through airbnb and he responded immediately. The room was comfortable and looked new. You can use the family kitchen on the ground floor. Tea and coffee facilities in the room would be a nice addition.
