Holiday rentals with a patio in Nine Elms, Greater London

This is an absolute gem of a place! The flat was super clean (and we have high standards on this!). It is without a doubt one of the best Airbnb’s in London. Highly recommend.

We had an awesome stay at CasaMia. The apartment was perfect for four people, and we heard little to no noise from other building tenants. Sitting on the balcony in the early morning or after a day touring London was relaxing. The apartment was well-appointed and clean. The beds and linens were comfortable. There are not many restaurants in the immediate area. We enjoyed a meal at Lots Road Pub and got our morning coffee at Harris and Hoole; both within a short walking distance. Next to the coffee shop was a grocery store called Tesco Express. Getting to central London was easy; a one-stop journey on the overground from the Imperial Wharf station takes you to West Brompton, which is on the District underground line. Another option is to walk to the Chelsea Harbor and pick up the Uber boat. We enjoyed the accommodations at CasaMia and would happily stay here again.

Very clean modern apartment with excellent rail and tube access. It does get quite hot and there is no A/C which was the only issue.

We had a great stay! The flat receives great natural light. Having the train station a couple minutes walk away made traveling into central London so simple and convenient!

Stunning place! The location was perfect for exploring notting hill and west London in general! The common space is beautiful and has so much natural light. The patio was perfect for fresh air. 10/10 experience!

Gostei muito da minha estadia em casa do River. Senti-me em casa. Eramos 4 pessoas e correu tudo lindamente. Estava tudo muito limpo e arrumado e o apartamento tem todos os eletrodomésticos como nas nossas casas, não faltou nada e ainda tinha muitos artigos de banho e géneros alimentares que deram muito jeito ( açúcar, sal, café a discrição etc...). O apartamento é muito luminoso e bonito. É exatamente como nas fotos. A cama é boa e as almofadas super confortáveis. O que dizer do anfitrião River? Que é muito simpático é dizer pouco. De facto River foi de uma grande gentileza sempre preocupado para que nada nos faltasse, a comunicação é clara e é imediata. Só posso dizer que River é 5 ⭐ porque não possa dar mais. Obrigada River por tudo e recomendo muito este apartamento. Espero ter a oportunidade de lá voltar

Travelled down as family of 12 for London Marathon weekend. The place was everything we wanted and more. It really has a ‘home from home’ feel and you immediately felt comfortable due to the numerous little touches the hosts have gone to. We stayed 3 nights and could have stayed longer…. Only minor feedback is the stairs to top floor is little difficult for the older members or those struggling after long run!! 🥵😂 When we are next this way, we will definitely look to book again. Dessy and Kian are really wonderful people and the best hosts. I have truly enjoyed my stay with them, to the point it feels like we are family! They are very courteous, considerate and kind. Anyone would be lucky to stay here!

Amazing stay! Highly recommend, we had a great time. Great for kids, our daughter loved the toys and record player. Accessible to most things walking or public transit. We had a car and had to street park which ended up being no big deal. 10/10 would stay again!

Very nice place! The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Lovely area – peaceful and close to local spots and attractions. The host was friendly and responsive. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing stay!

I stayed here for two weeks and honestly didn’t want to leave. The house is so beautifully decorated every corner feels intentional, personal, and full of character — even better than the already beautiful pictures. It somehow always smelled fresh and lovely too. Pretty clear that someone poured love into this space. The neighbourhood is just as special. Peaceful and safe, with charming little parks around every corner and plenty to explore when you feel like wandering. And of course, Izzy & James were super kind and helpful all throughout. They made the whole stay feel easy and warm, kinda like visiting the home of friends who really know how to host. 10/10. Truly unforgettable. I’d come back in a heartbeat.

I’m actually feeling homesick for this Airbnb, that’s how comfortable and “at home” we felt at Stefano’s place. The pictures really don’t do it justice — the charm is off the charts and we all loved it! Played cards on the outdoor patio, very well-appointed kitchen with the cutest SMEG appliances, loved the bathtub in the master bath, beds were super comfy, linens pristine:) Loved having laundry detergents, dish soap, dishwasher soap, shampoo, hairdryers and straightener already on site, SO CONVENIENT! Peaceful quiet and safe neighborhood close to Barron’s Court Station. Loved it all!

We waren met drie vriendinnen. We mochten eerder dan de check in tijd onze tassen al binnen neerzetten. De schoonmaakster kwam tegelijk met ons binnen. John zijn huis is erg fijn. Indrukwekkende boekenkast. Er is ook een heerlijk beschut tuintje waar je rustig kan zitten. We mochten alles in de keuken gebruiken en dat was erg handig. Er zijn twee badkamers die netjes door de schoonmaker was. John reageert snel op berichtjes en helpt als het nodig is. We hebben ons erg op ons gemak gevoelt. De locatie is perfect. Je kan lopend de stad in, of binnen tien minuutjes ben je bij vauxhall metro. Bedankt John!

Christopher responded quickly to requests and was extremely helpful in allowing us to check in to the property early. Place was clean and exactly as described and conveniently located. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again next time I'm in the area.

Highly recommended and great value. This was a great find. The roof terrace has wonderful views of the London skyline/landmarks and Mark was a great host. We used the buses (10 mins walk to bus stop) and Ubers to get around - both really easy from the apartment. The bedrooms are spacious and the bathrooms are modern and clean. There is lots of tech in the apartment which was fun and easy to use. The kitchen is really well equipped and the sofa is very comfortable. very minor note: People who are significantly higher than average height or width may find the rooftop access staircase a challenge. The apartment itself is really spacious.

David’s place was amazing. It had every comfort you could want. David was incredibly helpful and responsive at every stage. The information he provided was extremely detailed. We thoroughly enjoyed and stay and would love to return again soon.

The flat is located in good location for touring London and Hip is very friendly in giving local area advices! We had a bit trouble getting in but Hip responded quickly despise it was already past 9pm! The flat is quite cozy. The only downside is no lift with two suitcases, which has been stated in the info. All and all, would recommend!

Sharon’s place is adorable - a lovely English flat, outside of the hustle and bustle of London, in a residential neighborhood. My favorite part of her place is her back yard - it’s like a slice of garden heaven in the middle of town. A pond, beautiful flowers; it was lovely just sitting out in her yard taking in the sun (when it wasn’t raining ;)). Entertained daily by magpies and foxes. This flat is just for one person as there is only a twin bed, but her flat is roomy and the kitchen can’t be beat! Sharon was a great communicator and checked in to make sure I was doing okay and was always responsive if I needed anything. Great place to unwind after being on the road. Thank you, Sharon!

Anthony was one of the best Hosts I have ever had! One of the most thoughtful and comprehensive neighborhood guides, spotless apartment with clear directions, impeccable service with key drop off at our hotel, and so responsive and flexible. The space was gorgeous and in the perfect area. 10/10

Laura and Ralph's flat is lovely and one of the nicest Airbnb's we have ever stayed in (we travel a fair amount). They have thought of everything to make guests comfortable-the kitchen was well stocked with anything you need. A nice touch was the bottle of wine, milk, coffee, juice, bread and jam left for us to get us started after a very long flight from the US. We are not typical tourists-we lived in London for 10 years and came to see our daughters who live nearby and other family and friends. It was incredibly convenient to get around by bus and tube and always nice to come home after a busy day out in London! And I discovered a fab view of The Shard at night from the balcony!

Le logement proposé par Maria est magnifique et offre une vue merveilleuse sur Londres et les gratte-ciels de la City. L'appartement est très bien équipé et très propre. Super séjour pour nous, nous reviendrons.
