Phòng ốc sạch sẽ, trang thiết bị mới mẻ, host nhận vấn đề và support mọi thứ rất nhanh. Khá đầy đủ tiện nghi, khu vực đồ dùng chung cũng rất nhiều vật dụng: bàn ủi, bếp, tủ lạnh lớn,…Chị Thảo ở Home rất nhiệt tình, chu đáo và dễ thương. Home ở khu vực mặt đường cũng khá ổn, di chuyển đến các khu vực trung tâm cũng nhanh và dễ dàng. Cảm ơn Home và có dịp sẽ quay lại.

We moved from 04 to 02 because we had 2 toddlers. there is private outside balcony with little garden and bath (our kids enjoyed it). Room is spacious (living room and bedroom) we utilized kitchen everyday to cook to children. if you don't want cook you can just use grab and they deliver any food to the entrance door. we spent in total 20 days here. I guess that says a lot...

Koi was a wonderful and considerate host, especially accommodating our late checkout due to a delayed flight. The place itself was cozy, clean, and very comfortable. I would definitely book it again when we return to Vietnam.

We loved our stay at the place, and not to mention to our lovely host! She was courteous and helpful even when we had trouble to keep our rented scooter in the garage! Would definitely highly recommend this stay if you guys want a quaint stay right in the heart of Saigon!

깔끔하고 혼자지내기 좋은방이었습니다. 3층까지 올라가야하는 불편함과 좁은계단 공용세탁기를 써야하는 번거러움을 제외하면 매우 만족스러웠습니다. 호스트 역시 친절하고. 너무 좋았습니다.

I stayed here for a few days while working online and it was exactly what I needed. The wifi was super fast, around 800 Mbps, which made video calls and uploads smooth and reliable. The apartment was bright, quiet during the day, and had a solid table to work from. Having a kitchen and in-unit laundry made everything feel easy and comfortable. Tony and Bella were very helpful and quick to respond whenever I had a question, and they also gave some great recommendations for places to relax or go out after work. I’d happily stay here again.

Comfort clean room with a good location as a home base to explore the city- on foot or via Grab. The host is very polite, responsive, and more than fair. With an adjoining cafe soon to open, this good apartment may turn into a great one. We look forward to returning here.

This is a well furnace one bedroom apartment. The apartment has amazing views of the lit up walking street in the city lights at night. A beautiful pool on the roof. It’s a short walk to a popular Ben Thanh market and other major shopping malls. Many coffee, shops and restaurants. I recommend Jimmy’s pizza right across the street. The host is extremely responsive and took care of any questions I had.

this is my first airbnb where check-in was extremely seamless and uncomplicated and i genuinely appreciate that. even though there were no lifts and the way up to the apartment is dark and narrow, we still felt safe and at least the other inhabitants were private and mindful! it would be nice to have simple clothing rack where we can air clothes and towels. otherwise, the amenities were substantial, bed is clean and i really liked the electric air freshener in the toilet. slayed!!

Super séjour dans ce logement idéalement situé, proche de tout et parfait pour découvrir la ville. L’appartement était propre, bien aménagé et parfaitement équipé pour passer quelques jours confortablement. Rien ne manquait, tout était pensé pour faciliter le séjour. L’hôte a été très réactif et disponible, ce qui a grandement facilité l’arrivée et le déroulement du séjour. J’ai vraiment passé un excellent moment ici, je recommande sans hésiter !

Nice, quiet area of district one. Check in is simple and the building elevators are not as busy as other buildings. The room is clean and spacious. Perfect for working or relaxing. One of my favorite buildings to stay in.

I had a truly wonderful stay at this Airbnb in the heart of Saigon’s District 1. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and at ease. The space was spotless, thoughtfully designed, and had everything I needed to feel right at home. It’s cozy, private, and perfect for solo travelers or couples. The apartment is in a great location and felt completely safe and secure at all times. I never had any issues during my stay and felt comfortable coming and going at any hour. What made the experience even better was the host’s hospitality. They were kind, very responsive, and went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly—offering helpful tips and checking in just enough to show they cared. If you’re looking for a clean, safe, and well-managed place to stay in Saigon, this is it. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Annie has a great place. Just like others have said, it is far above the bustle and noise of the city, and quiet. If you are looking for a convenient and centrally located place to stay in D1, this would be a good pick.

Nice place and good location.

LinDa apartment was awesome. Super clean, well furnished and interior design. You can well that this apartment was set up as home. Highly recommended. On top of that, the location (District 4) is great, since I just needed to cross the Bridge "Cau Mong" to get to District 1 and this just took me like 10 mins by walking. LinDa is super friendly and helpful as well. I will definitely come back.

Overall, they stay at Mai’s place was nice. Beautiful scenery, river panorama view. Best at sunrise. The arrangement inside the condo is well-suited. For amenities, guests might need to self-prepare shampoo and shower gel. There are plants decoration in-house and at the balcony, so there might be bugs here and there. Bugs and roaches prevention might need to be done more thoroughly. Be careful when opening the balcony because there might be paederus, a kind of insect that is always available in raining season in Vietnam. All in all, the experience at Mai’s place is worth a try.

the best accommodation i have stayed so far in rivergate. clean, organized, my gf liked how the room was prepared because it catered for her needs of make-up, etc.

Responsive host. Good communication. Clean apartment that matched description. Security personnel and front desk was very helpful. Lots of cafes and shops nearby
