Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Ngọc Khánh

I had a great stay at this place! The location is excellent — very convenient and close to many popular tourist spots, which made getting around really easy. The apartment was clean and looked exactly as described in the listing, which I really appreciated. A couple of things to note: the TV had some issues staying connected to the internet, which made it hard to use YouTube, and the blankets in each room were quite thin — they felt more like bed sheets than actual blankets. It would be great if thicker blankets were provided for more comfort. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I would still recommend this place for anyone looking to explore the area!

We stayed at Anna’s as a family group and it was perfect for us all. Plenty of room and two bathrooms was plenty for us. The terrace area was great with the kids too. Thank you Anna!

여행을 가는 이유는 새로운 무언가를 만나기 위해서라고 나는 생각합니다. 나와 내 친구들은 3층 짜리의 우수한 숙소, 그리고 친절한 호스트 덕분에 기분 좋은 여행을 할 수 있었습니다. 특히, 호스트의 친절함은 아무리 강조해도 지나치지 않다고 나는 생각합니다. 내가 불의의 부상을 입자, 그는 다양한 요소를 물어보며 나를 안심시켰습니다. 새벽에 같이 여행을 온 친구들과 거실에서 이야기를 나누는 것은 나에게 잊지 못할 추억이었습니다. 언젠가 다시 이 숙소에 방문하고 싶습니다. 그날이 언제일지는 모르겠지만, 아마도 그날이 온다면 나는 더 유능한 체크인😆을 할 수 있을 것입니다. 고맙습니다.

Thắng and Linh are great hosts. They are very welcoming and responsive. They messaged us at our estimated arrival time to make sure that we were able to enter the home without trouble, and checked that evening to make sure that everything was going well. Their house information was clear, and they were very responsive when I had a question. The neighborhood is on a busy urban street, but the home is tucked into a small walking alleyway, so is relatively quiet for a big city. The home was clean and pleasant with ample air conditioning and good-working washer/dryer and other appliances. There are several markets and coffee shops within 1-3 blocks, and the location is an inexpensive car ride from the Old Quarter. Thanks, Thắng and Linh, i would definitely stay here again!

Tea and Ryann were such amazing hosts - they were very accommodating from the booking phase, until we checked out. They also arranged our tours for Sapa and Halong Bay, as well as drop offs and pick-ups at the airport, and it made everything so hassle free for our group. The location is very accessible and center, surrounded by great food options, easy pick up and drop off for the Grab taxis, and relatively safe. The hosts were very responsive and detailed, and even supported us with last minute changes on our tour reservations, and even on the rebooking of my friend's flight. Overall a very happy and satisfied stay and trip in Hanoi and Sapa! :) Thanks so much for all your help, Tea and Ryann!

This is an excellent choice for large travelling groups or families. You have a spacious, clean, comfortable 3 story building all to yourselves. Bathrooms on every floor and a functional kitchen area. Air-conditioning on each floor worked wonderfully as each day we were there temps were 30°+. It is located right across from a busy night market so keep in mind that there will be late noise on weekends. We loved our 4 day stay here , even the quirky entrance corridor. Tran is an excellent host and answered all communications within 10 minutes. We recommend this Airbnb.

Hidden gem in the Old Quarter !!! One would never expect to see such a nice place in the area, especially due to its location. Love the individual floors with separate bathrooms, everything was clean and neat. While I loved the spiral staircase, it is not ideal for anyone with knee issues or the elderly. Will choose this again when I visit Hanoi again.

Good place, small. Only thing that could be better is more kitchen utensils, but it was nice that they was soy sauce, hot sauce, dishwashing liquid, netflix

We enjoyed our stay at Huy's EcoNest. The place was small, but looked just like the pictures and had everything we needed. The wifi was very fast and we were both able to work comfortably at the same time in the flat. It is not near the tourist hub of Hanoi, but we appreciated the quieter location and could easily get to and from the center by Grab taxis. We found nice cafes and a lake nearby. The botanical gardens are also nearby, so some nice spaces to explore. The flat was very clean and comfortable, so we felt right at home, and the communication was excellent! There was also a nice terrace on the roof, with some workout equipment, which we didn't have time to use, but was a nice addition to the flat. Thanks, for the nice stay! :)

The room itself is small, but matches the pictures/description, and still can accommodate 2 people comfortably. However, the two major selling points of this place are 1: the location, which is very peaceful at night, and situated next to some cute coffee shops, and 2: the balcony, which offers an unobscured 180° view of the lake & city. I've genuinely never experienced a view this nice from any other airbnb or hotel. Beyond that, the host is responsive, clearly communicates, and was accommodating when we needed a late check out. Would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants a nice place outside of the main tourist zone in Hanoi

아파트였는데 일단 단지내 인프라가 너무 잘 돼있어서 놀랐습니다.바로앞에는 호수가 있어서 산책하기도 좋구요. 다음에 하노이 갈때 다시 이용할 예정입니다.

Had a great stay! The accommodation was really nice, tastefully decorated and very comfortable. The pool is super nice too, just note there’s an extra fee to use it. If you’re planning to stay at Ecopark, definitely consider this spot. The host was incredibly helpful and had the best communication throughout.

깔끔하게 정돈된 숙소는 마음을 편안하게 해주었습니다. 수건도 미리 넉넉하게 준비해주시고, 호스트가 매우 열심히 숙소를 준비해주셨습니다. 지난달에 Vinhomes Metropolis에도 숙박한적이 있었는데, Metropolis 는 안면인식 출입시스템이라 출입이 불편했었는데, skylake는 출입카드키를 두개나 챙겨주셔서 숙소 출입이 정말 편했습니다. 특히 발코니의 작은 의자와 테이블이 너무 좋았습니다. 손님에 대한 배려를 느낄수 있었습니다.

위치는 도심에서 약간 떨어져있으나 생활하는데 불편함이 없을 정도로 단지내 편의시설이 잘 갖추어져 있습니다. 새로 지은 아파트여서 깨끗하고 관리가 철저합니다. 호스트도 매우 친절합니다. 다시 출장 온다면 또 지내고 싶을정도로 만족합니다.

하노이에서 하는 행사참여로 근처에 숙소를 찾던 중 가성비 좋은 숙소를 찾았습니다. 45층의 고층 아파트의 43층이어서 호수뷰의 좋은 전망을 가지고 있었습니다. 무료로 더 좋은 컨디션의 룸으로 업그레이드를 해주셨는데 깔끔하고 아주 만족스러운 룸이었습니다. 보안도 철저하고 고층임에도 엘리베이터가 빠르게 움직였습니다. 헤어 드라이어가 없었는데 요청하니 30분 이내에 바로 가져다 주셔서 문제없이 사용하였습니다. 문의 시 답변도 빠르게 주셔서 참 좋았습니다. 다음에 하노이를 찾는다면 또 묵고싶습니다. 감사합니다

An 과 그의 팀은 최고의 숙소를 제공해 주었습니다. 1. 하노이 미딩, 호안끼엠, 북부, 남부, 서호 등등 어디를 가든지 중심지에 있기에 이동하기 편했습니다. 2. 숙소는 넓고 깨끗하고 항상 우리의 안전과 청결을 신경써 주었습니다. 3. 늦은시간 체크인에도 직접와서 모든 것은 친절히 안내해 주었습니다. 4. 우리 일행들을 위해서 공항 픽업서비스도 제공해 주었습니다. 5. 청소는 항상 깨끗하게 지원해 주었습니다. 6. 넓은 거실에는 모든 채널을 볼 수 있는 넓은 티비가 있습니다. 7. 넓은 냉장고에는 대가족이 먹을 만한 풍부한 음식을 보관해 주었습니다. 8. 여행 마지막날까지 세심하게 챙겨주었습니다. 다시 또 만나길 바랍니다!

Het appartement is gelegen in een buurt met veel groen aan het water en vol met winkels en restaurants. Er zijn vrijwel geen touristen en je voelt je helemaal ondergedompeld in de Vietnamese cultuur. Door de hoogte op de 31ste verdieping is het stil en het uitzicht is geweldig. Schuin tegenover kijkt men op een oude tempel! Aardige buren, handig ingedeeld en zeer betaalbaar!

Great host and safe location with clean rooms and good amenities

Thuy and Phuong were very helpful and responsive prior to and throughout or stay. We had no issues getting into the apartment (the electronic lock is very useful). The location is ideal as it's quieter than the Old Quarter but only a five minute walk away from it. There are lovely restaurants and cafes in the area and it's not difficult to find public transport nearby. The apartment is just like how it looks in the pictures with all amenities provided. The hosts left us two large bottles of water which was much appreciated. The only downside was the shower, which only stayed warm for about 3-4 minutes, even after leaving the immersion on for longer than recommended. Overall, I would wholeheartedly recommend staying here if you are visiting Hanoi. Thanks again to Thuy and Phuong!
