I had a wonderful stay at Tuan's place! He was very responsive and attentive throughout the process, which made everything smooth and hassle-free. The accommodation looked exactly like the description and photos. perfect and accurately represented. The location is peaceful and quiet, providing a great environment to relax. There are plenty of coffee shops nearby, which I really enjoyed. I highly recommend Tuan’s place.

Smooth stay, nice place

Beautiful building and apartment. Nhung is an outstanding hostess. We rented for our son who was studying abroad in Hanoi and Nhung was so kind to pick him up at the airport upon arrival and bring him to the apartment. She took great care of our son and was extremely responsive to any questions we had.

we had a great stay in Hanoi and Thuy's & Kurt place was the perfect base home to explore the city. Totally recommended!

Great place, excellent host, decent price

Nach so vielen Jahren auf Airbnb kann ich sagen: Das war wahrscheinlich die schönste Unterkunft, in der ich je war. Liebevoll und stilvoll eingerichtet, mit einem durchdachten Lichtkonzept und einem sehr bequemen Bett. Der Ausblick ist atemberaubend, die Dachterrasse ein perfekter Ort zum Verweilen. Alles war sauber, alle Geräte funktionierten einwandfrei, und das Wifi war schnell und stabil. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war reibungslos. Die Umgebung ist ruhig und wirkt authentisch vietnamesisch - kaum Touristen, dafür nette Cafés und ein Markt gleich in der Nähe. Uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen!

The stay was overall great, and the host was very responsive, making sure we were well-settled. The property has 4 bedrooms—2 with attached bathrooms—and 3 additional bathrooms outside the rooms, which was convenient for a group. The house is well-equipped with everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The highlight is definitely the location—right in front of the lake, offering a serene and picturesque setting. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

Loved our stay even though it was only short! The view is beautiful and the room is so pretty. The amenities like the big TV, small kitchen and bathtub were perfect and the bed was very comfortable! Hope to be back soon!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour ! Le logement était très propre, tout semblait neuf à l'intérieur. L'hôte et son équipe ont été très réactifs à chacune de nos requêtes ! Quartier animé (un peu trop parfois). Si vous aimez le karaoké, vous serez servis :)

The place is just awesome and the host is so much helpful that from early check in request to late checkout request and post checkout help in getting my luggage stored for my convenience is so much appreciated. Highly recommended!

I had a great time staying here! The room was super clean, nicely decorated, and had everything I needed — from a comfy bed to a hot shower and even a little workspace. It felt really cozy and well taken care of. The host was amazing — very friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything I needed. It really made the whole experience even better. This place is amazing! The room is spacious, cozy, exactly like the photos, fast wifi, with giant TV to watch movies and gives everything what I need during my stay. It has big balcony to see the street. Located in fifth floor above a spa. The unit is super private and with elevator! At first it feels weird to take the elevator through the spa to go to the room, but then it’s all okay. Location is also great, right in the old quarter, with many good restaurants and coffee shops next door. Most importantly, the host is super helpful, proactive and pretty flexible with check in/out. Definitely will come back to this place!

I felt completely safe during my stay, and the environment was peaceful and secure. Although it’s located in the tourist area, it still felt quiet and private — a great balance of convenience and calm. Highly recommend for anyone who wants a beautiful, comfortable, and well-located stay in Hanoi.

I stayed at this place for two weeks and really enjoyed my time here. The kitchen is well-equipped, which made it easy to cook for myself. It's conveniently located near the Japanese supermarket Tomibun, where you can find all your daily essentials. The apartment is clean and comfortable, and the host arranges a weekly cleaning service, which is a great bonus. I also appreciated having both a washing machine and a dryer—your clothes come out nearly dry and fresh every time. The rental price is definitely worth it for the quality and service provided. I highly recommend this place if you're looking for a high-quality living experience in Hanoi.

This was a beautiful and comfortable place to stay in as a long term guest in Hanoi! I stayed here for about 5 weeks, and would definitely recommend this Airbnb for people who are going to be staying in Hanoi for a long period of time. Linh and her colleagues were responsive and took care of any questions or issues I had. They also provide free weekly cleaning services for long term guests! Nearby, there is a mall with a supermarket, many other shops and a gym that is a five minute walk away.

Das war bisher die schönste und sauberste Unterkunft, die wir auf unserer 4 Wochen-Reise durch Vietnam hatten. Toan war stets erreichbar und super empfänglich für Gespräche und sonstige Empfehlungen für die Gegend. Die Lage ist natürlich unschlagbar. Das Café im Erdgeschoss kam uns für unseren täglichen Kaffeekonsum sehr gelegen, auch die Banh Mis waren super lecker. Absolute Pluspunkte: die Unterkunft hat im Obergeschoss 3 Waschmaschinen zur Nutzung UND in der Küche eine Filteranlage unter der Spüle, sodass man bedenkenlos Wasser aus dem gesonderten Hahn trinken kann. Falls wir je wieder nach Hanoi reisen sollten, werden wir hier nochmal einchecken. Danke Toan!
