Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in New Belgrade

Fantastic place! I saw the pictures, I loved them and I decided to stay there! Everything just like on the pictures. It might be noisy because the windows overlook the road, but at night it was quite ok to sleep with open windows. Location is perfect, everything is withing a walking distance. Ema is great, when you have problems she will help you immediately! The best place to come back!

We rested in June 2025 for a week together. Check-in is contactless, which is very convenient, there is everything you need for a comfortable life, everything is thought out. It was quiet, cozy. The sun never shone in the window. The owner quickly answered all questions. A present was left for the guests - products, which is very caring. There was a misunderstanding with the instructions, but I knew which building was and the area so I parked at a small street and I found the entrance. Apartment is fine, we had a nice sleep. Good shower. Nice balcony. The area is very convenient for one night stop at Belgrade. Easily accessible from highway, a lot of restaurants around, very good breakfast at the corner next building so we didn't mind there was no coffee machine.

Drazen and Ivana are great hosts. We loved the space and convenience to central Belgrade with lots of cafes and restaurants within walking distance. We hope to stay there again in the near future.

We had a wonderful stay at Zaga's apartment! Located in New Belgrade, it’s close to the charming old city, great restaurants, and shopping malls. The apartment itself is spacious, cozy, and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, whether it’s cooking, relaxing, or simply feeling at home. I think this was one if not the best AirBnb booking experience that we had. A beautifully designed, cosy and comfortable private house, right in the centre of Belgrade, surrounded by museums, restaurants, shops and Belgrade’s beautiful architecture. Adrian, is most attentive, a wonderful host who will accommodate you and help you settle in, who you can count on if you have any questions, ranging from how the stove works to where is the best place to get groceries. Very interesting to talk to, had a lot of fun anecdotes and in general very charming and witty. We lived there for about two weeks and it was the best two weeks abroad we had, a true “Home away from home” experience. I cannot recommend the T.L.C high enough! Absolutely 12/10! Thank you!

Milka was a great host, she was immediately available for all questions and helped with advice and action. It is a very nice house and the complex is perfect for groups. Feel free to come back anytime!

We stayed here a week ago and I can say it was a very nice experience. The accommodation was clean and comfortable, just what we needed for our stay. It's true that it's a little far from the city center, but that wasn't a problem, especially since the area is quiet. The host was very kind and always ready to help us with anything we needed, which made everything much easier. Overall, I highly recommend this accommodation, it was a good experience and we had a good time!

First of all i would like to say that Laura is the best! She was replying so fast whatever i asked here. We were always in contact. The flat was perfect. Easy to find and location is great. A very spacious, comfortable and well equipped apartment right in the centre of Belgrade. Secure parking in the building. Stefan and his father were extremely helpful and welcoming and very responsive. Highly recommended.

The location is great, walking distance to a supermarket and shopping centre. Milo’s is an amazing host, super responsive and kind. The apartment is clean with a good AC and washing machine. I would recommend staying here :)

The B&B is in a prime location with convenient transportation. There are many tram and bus lines at the street corner, and there are supermarkets and grocery stores nearby. The owner Hristina greeted us with a smile and warm hospitality. She helped us move our luggages into the house and explained the use of the equipment in detaisl. Thank you very much. The B&B is clean and comfortable, with complete equipment and facilities. The shower water source is sufficient and there is enough hot water, which makes us feel at home during this stay. I highly recommend staying in this B&B. When leaving, Hristine helped us call a taxi to the airport, which I am very grateful for.

Good and clean, the only thing is if you have big travel bags, there is no lift to be used and need to physically carry those to 5th floor😂
