House holiday rentals in New Belgrade

The photos don't do the place justice... you get the whole floor of the house (there is another one upstairs) so you won't get the complete solace and silence (which I don't think anyone but a mysophonically challenged person like myself would even notice) but! the privacy is absolute, you have the comfort of knowing Goran is close by and more than available for any questions or help needed! And let me tell you, the place is CLEAN. Like eat-off-the-floor-clean, I don't think I've been to a tidier cleaner and better equipped lodging ever! Full kitchen, utensils, frier, etc, and oh the BEDs are SO comfy (high-class memory foam matresses), the place is more than spacious, enough sunlight, calm, quiet street, an hour in total away walking to the Avala Tower (for all my mountain goats!) all tied in a bow with a morning coffee on my last day kindly prepared by Goran! This was me scouting the place and surroundings, I WILL go back once the pool is up an running! CANNOT recommend enough!!

We spent 6 wondeful days in Diana's house in Bacevac. Location: about 45 min from Belgrade center (very doable for afternoon or evening visit to Kalemengdan and Belgrade waterfront). Located in a peaceful village of Bacevac. Beautiful views of rolling hills from terrace or even from the pool area. About 5 min by car from nearby bakeries, stores etc. In a very pea full surroundings tou will sleep well the only sound being of the morning roosters and neighboris dogs. House is spacious for 5 people with very nice leaving room. But it is the outside that makes it spectacular. Beautifully arranged pool area with attached orchard, and in the front childrens playground and nuce seating area.

Super kuca za porodicni odmor. Ima mnogo mesta i razne opcije za zanimaciju i sportske aktivnosti. Tijana i njeni roditelji su jako prijatni i komunikacija je bila mnogo ugodna. Gornji deo kuce sa kupatilom nije mnogo moderno opremljeno, ali je sasvim prijatan, i komforan i cist. Hvala puno!

Milka war eine super Gastgeberin, bei allen Fragen war sie sofort erreichbar und hat mit Rat und Tat geholfen. Es ist ein sehr schönes Haus und die Anlage ist perfekt für Gruppen. Jederzeit wieder gerne!

Отличный дом. Ухоженная территория, чистый бассейн. Хорошая барбекю-зона. Есть все необходимое для отдыха и приготовления еды.

Отдыхали с подругами, всё прошло отлично! Вокруг очень красиво, в доме уютно и чисто. Много чем можно заняться на территории - качели, гамак, батут... Есть всё для того, чтобы пожарить мясо. Мирко специально для нас подготовил бассейн и джакузи - это было прекрасно! Да и вообще с Мирко очень приятно общаться :)

A very nice peaceful natural hideaway in half an hour drive from Belgrade center. Spacious, clean, with everything inside. Suitable for occasions.

Great place to stay! Beautifull sights and very secluded. It was a bit of rougj terrain and not in walking distance of much things, but it was verry worthwhile experience.

Evin konumu o kadar güzeldi ki bunu nasıl anlatacağımı bilmiyorum. İsteyebileceğiniz herşey bir iki sokak mesafede. Ev temiz ve düzenliydi. Vesna bütün sorulara çok hızlı cevap verdi ve çözümü kolayca buldu. Çok yardımsever ve sıcakkanlıydı. 1.5 yaşında bir bebekle konakladık ve çok keyif aldık. Tek önerim belki bebekler için de evde bazı önlemler alınabilir. Onun dışında herşey harikaydı. Bir sonraki gelişimde de kesinlikle burda kalacağım. Teşekkürler Vesna

Đorđe was very responsive and proactively organized our stay before we got there. He even informed us that early check-in was possible ahead of time. On arrival, he met us nearby at a place easy to find and get to, then directed us to the house to avoid certain undesirable road condition. The house was very clean and looked just like the pictures. It was well stocked and the facilities were easy to use. We drove a car and there was no problem to visit places and eat. We did not spent much time in the outdoor areas and the pier. But they look like something a different family would enjoy. We recommend this place if you visit the area and don't mind living a little outside of the city center.

Amazing place! Good district, not far from city center, near great Green market, many supermarkets. The house is very cozy, clean and quite! I'm in love with it :) There is everything for a long stay. A cute table with chairs in open air next to the house where you can drink coffee. The street is quiet and calm. Branko is a very good host, thank you so much!

That's a very peaceful house, quiet, clean, very suitable for living. And has a nice yard, highly recommendation

Konser için Belgrad'a gelmiştik. Yoğun talep nedeniyle birçok yerde fahiş fiyatlar vardı. Ivana'nın evi ise tüm olanakları çok makul bir fiyata sundu. Ev merkeze biraz uzak ama toplu taşıma imkanı çok fazla; gece, hatta sabaha karşı döndüğümüzde bile rahatlıkla eve ulaştık. Evde de her şey yerli yerindeydi, hiçbir sorun yaşamadık. Am stat aici acum o săptămână și pot spune că a fost o experiență foarte plăcută. Cazarea a fost curată și confortabilă, exact ce aveam nevoie pentru șederea noastră. E adevărat că e puțin mai departe de centrul orașului, dar asta nu a fost o problemă, mai ales că zona este liniștită. Gazda a fost foarte amabilă și mereu pregătită să ne ajute cu orice am avut nevoie, ceea ce a făcut totul mult mai ușor. Per total, recomand cu încredere această cazare, a fost o experiență bună și ne-am simțit bine!

Daar kom ik graag terug. Gemakkelijk te vinden eigen parkeerplaats, vlakbij de autosnelweg. Spijtig dat we niet langer konden blokven Kom ik zeker terug.

Gayet keyifli bir konaklama geçirdik, aile oldukça sıcakkanlıydı. Ev küçük şirin minnoş bir evdi. Merkeziydi, herkese tavsiye ederim :)

Milica’s river house is amazing! The veranda was giving great view over the river. The weather was perfect for May, so we spend all the day outside. You can hear different birds in the early morning. The house was clean, it is very spacious and there are all necessary things to make a nice lunch or a classy dinner. There are bathrooms on all floors, which were also spotless. All windows have mosquito nets, so bugs were not present inside. All and all it was a very good vacation. Thank you, Milica!

Beautiful apartment in a great location. It’s bigger than it looks on the photos. The owners, who live downstairs, are exceptionally friendly and helpful. We would love to return someday.

It was great staying at Ksenija and Damjan house! We were a big group of 7 people and there was more than enough space for everyone. The house is spacious, fairly modern and it did felt like home. It is located 10-15 minutes taxi ride from city centre. There are also some nice traditional Serbian restaurants in the walking distance that we really enjoyed!

Very good accommodation for the given price. Especially would note the cleanness. And Milos is very friendly.

Miloje's place was wonderful! I stayed three weeks and the place was perfect. It is conveniently connected to the rest of the city while remaining very private and spacious. Very close to bakeries, markets, and grocery stores. Would not hesitate to stay again!

Really enjoyed my stay! The space was very nice and cozy, and the location was perfect with so many restaurants and other places with easy reach. Highly recommended 👌
