This house is just perfect when you are travelling around Cappadoccia. It’s very peacefull, green & the architecture is fully in respect of the environnement ! the 2 houses are separated which is just perfect when you are more than 2 travellers & want to keep your intimicy & independance. Super easy to park, very central when you want to visit Cappadoccia. Ismek renovated his house with taste ! you feel home which is great when you travel! The place is even nicer in reality vs pics! if you want to combine peace & authenticity : this is your place!

Ev fotoğraflardaki gibiydi. Mobilyalar ve ev tertemizdi. Ev sahibimiz Levent Bey çok ilgiliydi, gece gelmemize rağmen kapıda karşıladı evi tanıttı bize yardımcı olacak bilgilendirmeler yaptı eve ve Kapadokya’ya dair. Ek olarak da sokakta yavru kediler var gelirseniz onlara mama almayı unutmayın :)

The place is great. If you are type of guest who are not comfortable to wear shoes all the time inside a house, do not forget to bring an indoor slippers to keep your feet warm.

Rukiye Hanım gerçekten çok ilgiliydi. Bize gezip görebileceğimiz yer önerilerinde de bulundu. Konaklama boyunca ne zaman istesek anında mesajlarımıza yanıt verdi. Eve giden yollar dardı. aracımızın büyük oluşundan dolayı biraz zorlandık fakat park konusunda hiçbir sorun yaşamadık. Evin önünde genişçe bir otopark alanı buluyor. Dışarısı sıcakken içerisinin serin oluşu bizi fazlasıyla rahatlattı.

Bir gecelik konaklamamız oldukça güzel geçti. Rezervasyonumuzdan eve girene kadar aklımıza takılanları sorabildik ve hızlı yanıt aldık. Evde mutfak, banyolar, yatak takımları oldukça temizdi düzenliydi. Ev çok sakin bir muhitte gerçekten huzur doluydu. Göreme'ye arabayla 5 dakika mesafede. Gezilecek yerlere arabayla 10-15 dakika gibi sürelerle ulaşabiliyorsunuz. Mutfakta ihtiyaç duyduğumuz tencere, tabak, bardak vb. hatta tuz ve baharat dahil vardı. Tek sıkıntımız eve ayakkabıyla giriliyor olmasıydı ama tek gecede bizi çok da rahatsız etmedi. Ev sahibine teşekkür ediyoruz.

I loved staying here. The home is very large and looks better than in the pictures. Lots of privacy. Easy to walk to restaurants. Bed was comfortable and the shower was great. Home was perfectly clean. Host was very helpful with assisting tour and taxi scheduling.

Absolutely beautiful place with fantastic hosts. We felt like at home. The hosts always kept in touch (they are living above the apartament), asked if anything else was needed. We communicated via Google Translate, which was absolutely no problem. The hosts helped on the road and sent geolocation. The hosts helped also with the entertainment: they helped organize the air balloon flight, told us what to see in the area. They also treated us with delicious home-cooked food - and we were able to "try" Turkey from its different sides. The apartment itself is large and comfortable: 3 bedrooms, 2 wc and 2 shower places, large kitchen. It has its own entrance. In warm weather, you can set up a table and eat on the balcony. You can park your car next to the house. There is a small grocery store 200 meters from the house. But the greatest joy was truly the care of the owners, where for a moment we became part of their family. Thank you ❤️

İlk Airbnb deneyimimdi. Bülent bey, harika bir ev sahibi cana yakın, nazik ve samimiydİ. deneyimim olduğunu söyleyince, çok yardımcı oldu evi kiralarken sorduğum sorulara hızlı yanıt verdi. Rezervasyon yapmamda yardımcı oldu. Çok ilgiliydi ve iletişime açıktı. Bizi karşılayarak tüm sorularımızı cevaplandırdı. Evi kendi evimiz gibi benimsedik. Aynen fotoğraflarda görüldüğü gibi ve temizdi. Yataklar rahattı. ihtiyacımızı karşılayacak ev gereçleri ve temizlik malzemeleri de mevcuttu. Ev merkezde olduğu için ürgüpte çoğu yere yürüyerek gidebildik. Ev; Otobüs Terminaline, mağazalara, restoranlara, bankalara çok yakın bir konuma sahipti. Evin hemen altında bir mezeci vardı. İhtiyaç halinde kahvaltı, yemekte yiyebileceğiniz temiz bir yerdi. Kimse bizi rahatsız etmedi. Konaklama süresince gidilecek yerler konusunda sorduğumuz sorulara çok ilgili davranarak tavsiyelerde bulundu. Bülent bey çok iyi bir ev sahibiydiniz çok teşekkür ederiz. Kesinlikle tekrar geleceğiz.

Zarife Hanım evi bulmamız için bize yardımcı oldu. Konumu çok merkeziydi. Evde bulaşık deterjanından çamaşır deterjanına kadar her şey vardı. Temiz ve düzenliydi. Ev sahipleri çok kibardı ve bize kek ikramında bile bulundular. Tek kötü yanı çift kişilik yatak çok ses çıkarıyordu ve rahatsızdı. Yatağın değişmesi gerek. Onun dışındaki her şeyden memnun kaldık.

Daire, Avanos yolu üzerinde, kolay bulunabilir ve ulaşılabilir bir konumda yer alıyor. Hem binanın önünde hem de sokağın karşı tarafında araç park edilebilecek birçok alan var. 70-80 metre mesafede aradığınız birçok şeyi bulabileceğiniz bir market mevcut. Kendinizi evinde hissedebileceğiniz, her şeyin eksiksiz, düzenli ve samimi olduğu bir konaklama deneyimiydi. Yağmur Hanım check in saatimiz öncesi tüm detayları bizimle iletişime geçerek paylaştı. Özelliklerde de belirtildiği gibi asansör bulunmadığı için 2 kat çıkarak daireye ulaşıyorsunuz. Daire ve mobilyalar yeniydi, içeri girdiğimizde bizi ikramlar karşıladı 😊 Bulaşık makinesi, çamaşır makinesi gibi uzun süreli konaklamalarda kolaylık sağlayacak imkanlar mevcut. Konaklamamız boyunca hiçbir eksiklik hissetmedik, Yağmur Hanım’a çok teşekkür ederiz 😊

Todo estuvo excelente, la anfitriona muy atenta en todo momento, el apartamento es tal cual como se muestra en fotos, un lugar muy tranquilo, cerca hay varios market, goreme está a 12 minutos en carro, recomiendo este lugar.

Enes Apartment was felt home away from home for myself and my parents. We Loved our stay and would absolutely comeback again if we are back to Urgup. Thank you for making our trip comfortable and welcoming.

Osman is a very good host who welcomed us at the road we dropped from taxi and showed us around in the apartment. The apartment is spacious and very clean, air conditioning is good and bathrooms are provided with shower amenities. Laundry machine is easy to use and it’s only a few minutes walk from the town center and supermarkets like BIM and A101.

C'est le meilleur endroit où nous sommes allées en Turquie. En partant ce matin, nous avions un petit pincement au cœur comme si les vacances étaient terminées alors que nous sommes encore en Turquie. Nous avons eu le bonheur de rencontrer une superbe famille très accueillante et un lieu d'une propreté irréprochable. Nous n'avons qu'une envie : revenir.
